Room/ balcony were cleaned thoroughly every day, also daily fresh towels ( it was 3 times weekly announced, but we gave the room cleaning maid every day 2 € tip given). The bathroom was with a bath tub equipped and almost seemed completely fresh renovated. The furniture in the bedroom/ living room appeared to us typical of the country, had something comfortable and gorgeous. There was tv in the room and a safe, as well as a telephone ( we have both never used) and a additional couch (think, which one could if necessary for the sofa bed and). No minibar is available in the room, we found that somewhat a pity, the vacation but not at all a breakdown. Balcony was also very clean and with a table and two chairs ( I was so looking forward to it, when I the white plastic chairs seen :-) they are just top and belong to the vacation!) equipped. There are several electrical outlets available, so you can also several device at the same time invite. A ceiling fan is also there, we could not be turned on, but worked well. The room was great and we felt very good!

There's a restaurant, in the breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The buffet is not huge, but perfectly adequate. Certain basics there was every day ( like fries, rice, salads, bread products), and then every day varies from various other food, especially meat and fish were excellent, but also everything else. We were very impressed by the food, we enjoyed it wonderful tasty! Everything was great fresh, beautifully prepared and warm. The dining area was always clean and attractive decent. We always outside eaten, because one then also smoke can. One must outside with plastic plates (plates/bowls/ cutlery) exp-probably for safety reasons, because the wind was sometimes very steep and we think, that as to the one or another ruins of old... The plastic plates was a bit hard to get used to, but we have the with humor and found it completely reasonable. The dishes were already adapted to tourists, but there is now everyday something, the local is. The chef is excellent, we him to personally compliment, because we the food so enjoyed!

The staff are very friendly, helpful, decent and pleasant! German speaks hardly someone, but with English you got along super over the round. No prompts on, is however for every question open and hard, will be charged to help. Especially at the front desk you can also good tipps for excursions and the like get. The rooms are cleaned daily, change of towels there is noisy information sheet ( that everyone on the way there will be distributed get) 3 times a week-we have the daily maid service 2€ tip and-probably due to the fact-daily fresh towels. US was especially the low-key nature of the staff very pleasant - for us, there is hardly anything nervigeres on vacation, as if you constantly addressed and no peace has.

Pool and outside area were also every day very thoroughly cleaned. The large pool is wonderful suitable for swimming, is at the deepest point probably around 170 to 180 centimeter deep, and the shallowest around 120 to 140 ( estimated) centimeter In addition, there was a shallow pool, the a pleasant size and is very flat. The water daily changed in the shallow pool. From o'clock it is not permitted, in the pool to bathe, which, as well as very pleasant turned out to be. You could evenings then really the peace and quiet enjoy the magnificent view of the pool-/ gardens! The animation free hotel, as well as the place is really for peace-/ people who want to relax laid out :-) the beach is wonderful, but without chairs or sun screens equipped. We have very much appreciated, we say, that you more your peace and the tourists were not such results are as elsewhere.

The complex is with about rooms, spread over ground floor and 1st floor (ever with a terrace/ balcony) arranged and nevertheless spacious enough, to as a guest for itself to be. The whole complex is very clean. Room was comfortable, everything in good condition. As all inclusive -guests we could breakfast in the morning, us the whole day to evenings 23 hours drinks get and afternoons and evenings also eat. It were too many french there, also English and German, as well as spanish. The average age was the first days with middle 30-40, the last days under 30 (we are 29 + 39). Due to the arrangement of the unit as a 'framework' for the pool-/ gardens around, one is on the complex but clearly wind than outside. Therefore also the rooms too many with a pool view instead of with a view of the sea. You have view of the sea, so a room to the west side out, the wind can sometimes be enormous, as you could enjoy the wonderful complex.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, on foot you can reach the next beach within a few minutes. Public transportation you can use, we had however the whole week a hired car, so that we flexible and many natural treasures the island explore could. A few minutes away you will find for example the bays of Lagos, really exceptionally beautiful is (just be careful, where you car park in the sand, it could be destroyed-we speak from experience *g *) or at the steep coast long beaches, the especially popular with surfers are. To Corralejo it was about 20 kilometer, to the airport about 40 kilometer and after morro Jable in the south good 100 kilometer. All distances, with a car playing back and the dreamlike countryside. Right at the hotel there is a small souvenir shop, the drinks and snacks sold, as well as toiletries and bath/beach kit. This shop is so charming, I had to as at least 1 time a day :-) 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the hotel is a small supermarket, where you can shop well, a bit further there is a bigger supermarket, the really great stocked. We had all inclusive, wanted but nevertheless everything see. In this supermarkets, as well as in the hotel shop there are cigarettes very cheap! Per person you should 4 rails to deutschlandnehmen, of which have 2 poles in the suitcase his, 2 bars in the hand baggage and one of the two hand-rails must be broken-so just in use, -. We correct behavior, were also not controlled (and saved a lot of money, the cigarettes are really great and cheap!).

Size and cleanliness fully a three star hotel accordingly. by the way we had 4 German programs. Who all programs by zappt is clear in the advantage ☺ okay and mattresses in two rooms, which we had, not saggy.

Quality and quantity the food was for a 3 star totally OK. breakfast = 3 varieties rolls, toast, sweet Croissants and small cakes. muesli, various dried fruits, 3 varieties yoghurt, 4 sorts of jams, Butter, margarine, 2 times sausage, once cheese, large fresher fruit basket, 3 sorts of eggs( mirror-, scrambled eggs and cooked) bacon, beans and sausages. just International. to the lunch and dinner were always fresher fish and meat grilled. At the buffet there was potatoes, fries, Rice or pasta, Misc vegetables and fish and meat. In addition various desserts and a decent salad buffet. this choice has guaranteed no Negativbewerter at home, but once complain about... You get what you pay for, 2 weeks all inclusive with Condor flight from Hannover for 530, € per person, any questions? the dining room is bright and friendly. there is a bar, the so-called pool bar, but in the building. Open from 10:00 until 21:00 o'clock, then go a few Steps the outside rum into the animationszelt where a bar from 21:00 to 23:00 is opened.

Thick praise goes to the staff, always, really always and all, really all friendly. there 5 times a week cleaning of the rooms offered, it was made even 6 times. we had initial a room to the pool and with sunrise and would have preferred one with evening sun had. As after 2 days one became available we could without any problems change. at the front desk English and Spanish spoken, that is rich.

during the day light entertainment and evenings light entertainment in the animationszelt. There missed but not really what. You can but also evenings in the place in a few restaurants set. 1 pub has once weekly live music. from the animation unfortunately, you can't ask for more, it is only one person. This is a 7-year-old Spanish category three star hotel. The hotel makes at first sight a likeable impression. Its charm power especially the size ( small) from. It has only 130 rooms spread over ground floor and first floor and a pretty Lobby. The inner courtyard, in which the beautiful, but in January natural cold pool, you can reach directly over the lobby. during our first week of vacation were too many british vacation guests, as well as some German, and a French couples in the hotel. In the second week turned the guest structure and it arrived more German and French. There was every day freshly grilled fish plus freshly grilled meat. Some dishes, such as for example Ziegenragout or similar gave it also. the staff are always attentive and very friendly. Cleaning of the rooms very good. Our question after a dentist in town was bringing, however they gave us a description for the bus ride to health center in Corralejo. The bus starts immediately next to the hotel. A few foreign languages skills are required.

In the pool only a few trusted, since the water cold was. Access to the internet was available. Entertainment was not used however offered. the beachquality is because of the naturalness very good. no way Satellite TV-it is only Spanish TV! The rooms are quite large. Our room was to move dirty. Dead mosquitoes etc. in the bathroom. The grout was moldy and on the ceiling were blutspritzer... No A/c (we needed at this time of year not) balcony after inside and was extremely loud.

I had to eat several years in canteens (student responsable). I have ever experienced in my Studententagen not yet. It would be my college (till about 2000 and not 1968!) to protest and flying students arguments run! luckily we only half board booked. The breakfast is cold! We wanted to after a busy year just peace and US daily hotel life only very moderate involved. During the day there was certainly no entertainment. But a hotel bar with an outdoor inclusive room noise. From 11:00 we have in the room no longer work. Evenings it was very loud Caraoke evenings. We could sleep at least from 0:00. The cotillo beach is a small area, the at first glance a good and new impression power. However left the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets in the reception area have no light( what a blessing...) and stink as an ape! There is no lift in the hotel. Staff spoke only Spanish and very broken English. BTW very rude! Age structure of the guests was very mixed. Even on new year's Eve the hotel was maximum at half full. Except for a few German and a niederlänisches couple only English the lowest league. From lunch blue, loud and very rude. With Schainsland, we have the responses were then garment and we were put off every day to day.

the hotel lies a bit out of the way. The village center and the beaches quickly and within walking distance. Our room was facing the interior (rough mistake). The street would probably quiet been. For a small money (about 5-7 euros) you get at port in a central really good food. Simple, fresh and a great location. Here meeting an evening also lots of Spanish guests to eat. The remaining restaurants through the row path not bad either. Very recommendable is the tapas bar directly at the main road. Small, comfortable and great food.

the room was for the two of us big enough, we felt at home. The mattresses weren't saggy, we have a relaxing Sleep enjoyed. the bath was pleasant large with sufficient land for the storage. we have our room found as very quiet. the TV has several German speaking channels history. the balcony with table and chairs equipped, big enough, were unfortunately missing evenings the lighting -that was supposedly for several weeks, a relay broken.

If you are to the British kitchen and their affection Würzverhalten, is right at home here repealed! the vegetables strength of his bite perfect -but unfortunately tasted like nothing. As the other warm dishes more or less wasn't seasoned. The buffet was regularly refilled, so that there was always enough and also warm food available were. if you're looking for fancy drinks sets, is disappointed -after a few days the Pastice -bottle was empty and it remained also. on the positive side, that there was warm meal not only the 'British' buffet was, but also fresh roasted fish and alternately pork, beef or poultry. for breakfast tourists were rolls and toast area, if you want a real Spanish rolls food, is one of the two supermarkets or bakery dependent. Friendlier staff we have rarely experienced. the knowledge of German were perfectly adequate. Apart from that was English at any time appropriate. the cleaning of the rooms is particularly praiseworthy, as these thorough, and regularly carried out was.

the animation team (Claire) was very pleasant, not pushy, thereby friendly, helpful and very talented in languages. beach chairs were available in sufficient number available; the pool we didn't used, to cold, but made a good and clean impression. the Toilets in the pooland bar area made a run down impression: of 5 lights were broken 4; in some cabins as well. Rooms were beautiful; good size-double room for single use- clean bathroom with bathtub, balcony with sitzmöbels, no air conditioning (which is OK). Phone only works hotel area internally, no departing calls possible. Safety deposit box available against price.

there is a dining room, the more of a university cafeteria. No beautiful atmosphere. drinks you have to get yourself from donors (water, juice, coffee for breakfast and wine and beer in the evening)-a bit strange. So not mentioned in the description of the hotel. you want outside food, so you have to use plastic dishes. quality of the food was OK, with the typical büfettauswahl. there was a fresh Corner, where you evenings pasta or Div meat freshly prepared has received. in addition there was a pool bar-here you could in between Snacks or eat evenings drink-all self-service or bar on counter-in plastic cups. lunch offer from all inclusive not perceived.

Service was OK. the check-in problem, that the assigned room was still occupied :/ otherwise hard-working staff at the front desk -English is OK. staff 'house' is in stressed and a 'hello' hardly be desired.

pool area beautiful; beach, see above. No chairs or bodies such as cafes or promenade walking distance. activities program available ( during the day and evenings), not used.

Hotel from the first glance made a reasonable impression. rooms are fine and clean. Dining area clean. 'house' terrible. as all inclusive Version booked. guest structure: many British and French; families with children and couples at the time.

as peacefully located hotel described, who is also true. Relaxation without action is. in walking distance supermarket, however hardly other places as nice restaurants or cafes. proximity to the beach, about 3 minutes on foot; however you have to walk a while, to bring about a genuinely beautiful and quiet section. You do it, you will be rewarded.
