Unprofessional decor and inferior massageprodukte should the topmassage (85, -€) not to use. The food, was very nice, good quality the products and very good preparation. We had a lodge booked, the lodge was clean, nice and in good condition.
The breakfast buffet was tasty and rich, muesli, ham, salami and cheese, different spreads (Nutella, honey, cream cheese...) To yogurt, banana and really delicious fresh cakes. Also the dinner left nothing to be desired. read more

The hotel was generally was alright. The lady at the registration has no idea and send the people always where wrong. Food and service staff warschon alright, but otherwise we believe there were already something much better for the price as in this hotel. read more

We were just 5 days in the lodge, a large room with stairs to 2 further beds. By the size and the height of the area it was for October and the beautiful weather bearable, but the two small radiator can not for pleasant warmth. US has a wardrobe was missing. So I a couple of days from the suitcase lived, the on the floor had to wait. The tv is for the gr. Room way too small and old fashioned, or with the ' cribs' there was whereas a flat screen. A small fridge is in the room, rather ... it should a mini bar his, but it was empty and not turned on. Furthermore was missing to us a safe! The rooms are badly soundproofed and lots of small shortcomings. The sofa appeared so dirty that we just in case of an emergency time to add insult to injury-erneuerungsbedarf! We have to praise in all aspects the restaurant - thai bay super and delicious, keep it up. read more

The lady (boss ) at the front desk has nothing a idea, but right much. Bathrobe to get is a challenge. Of Al we with prior into the room arrived we were greeted by the color on the wall frazzled. Completely in red. The bed was hell.
( we had actually 2 days booked half board, but on a after a day evenings left.)
During dinner and after a sleepless night for breakfast the next morning, it was so loud due to the lots of children at our food for us fast was clear-no night LONGER!
The food and ... the waiters are really absolutely great! Also the massage and beauty treatments are really recommendable. However stands for us feast- never again read more

We felt in Schnitzmühle all around well! The staff are friendly and always in a good mood, the Bavarian and Thai food on the spacious terrace tasted very good to us and the ice cream tubs are huge and very delicious! Our room had a big balcony and fulfilled our expectations. Great I found the plants on the balconies looked with all kinds of herbs, instead of as in the area usual with geranium. At the adjoining campsite, by the way wellbeing atmosphere has, you can canoe tour start and stop. The bathing sea was very cold, but very inviting ... and child-friendly with gently sloping sandy beach. Also our son ( three years) it was not boring: it is next to a good equipped children's play area, everywhere other small adventure and possibilities for playing. We definitely again in Schnitzmühle have a vacation! read more

Hhhmm, we just came from the schnitzmuehle and really sad and disappointed. It is no longer the, what it was. This was now our 4. Schnitzi -stay, and I fear almost, it will not be many more will be added. Somehow this time so nothing at all works. The otherwise warm welcome was considerably unfriendly from, well, well, is just Sunday we had ( additional) massages and the Monday as appointment email confirmed, upon arrival we were told, that the massages at the Sunday take place. Options for change there would be no. Basta. The rooms ( we had a ... small house) are now run-down, in every corner and ending was the color or even a thorough renovation. These confirmed the two friendly couples, the mitgereist were. The advertised Wi-Fi has never only time worked, shame, after you down there almost no cell phone reception, you will be completely cut off from the outside world. Complaint has in 5 days unfortunately nothing helped, was net. Basta. Already again sometime functioning (original Soundtrack ).
The hot tub is now in such a desolate condition, as we have really large eyes made. Not only, that he through sand and dirt sensational contaminated and was nasty, there are also all headrests so worn and dirty, that one as its head really not set to. Unfortunately is the plastic the hot tubs on diverse spots broken and had sharp edges (was attempted, with tape to repair, unfortunately without success), that there really have to be careful, that one back aufschneidet.
All together the hotel makes become a shabby impression, the urgently a complete overhaul needs. Clearly, it is actually summer, but so many spider webs as in the schnitzmuehle I already completely for a long time not seen. Where would be the problem, as an employee with a broom send? Broken Planking on the terraces, flaking plaster in all areas, a steam engine in the steam room, the except noise nothing is- not any steam -, broken glass on the steam engine, highly dangerous and not repaired, the list could be even longer continue.
What still just great is, the really nice and friendly boys and girls in the service in the restaurant. The can however the in our opinion qualitatively and quantitatively a little poor became food just compensate. In operation a small special wishes or changes prompt and friendly fulfilled, in service B that is completely impossible. Why?
Now I am writing the point' recommendation' yes, however with clear downsides respectively Restrictions May Apply. Flair, the whole still, however should the operator really times over a complete overhaul reflect, respectively your hotel simply better in good repair. A shame, for us were the stay in the schnitzmuehle really always a highlight. This time we come with a tear in the eye back. I don't know, if we again.-( read more

We were now for the third time there, unfortunately is the complex from time to time from the usual. The rooms are not clean and unfortunately not thoroughly cleaned. The whirlpool was dirty, does not work properly, has many defects and broken parts partly with tape covered ( risk of injury). The steam bath is warm, but the steam does not work. All areas of the complex are tired (plaster crumbled away from, everywhere Scratch and so on). At the swimming pond there is only one garbage bin and only old loungers.
The hotel entrance to the wellness area leads ... to a covered terrace past, at the roof sections partly hang down ( the terrace is not against the entering processed). The Wi-Fi net not Working.
The food is still very good, unfortunately are the portions shrunk. The service staff in the restaurant is very friendly.
The website was completely wrong with the reality match.
When we Christmas two years ago the first time were there, everything was still great. A shame that the formerly very nice complex so this. read more

The complex has wholeheartedly my expectations met. There is an informal atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and hard-working, to satisfy the guest. Even if here and there once the paint was crumbling. It wasn't great hotel chain, where money is irrelevant! The lodge is a spacious and was clean, the food varied and very tasty. Next time I will however no half board more book, but only breakfast ( delicious), because the à la carte menu looked very much promising and the prices are human. There were evenings also very lots of guests from outside only to eat there. ... Am 30 years in the tourism teaching and white, where to go! read more

Our lodge double room was in good condition; very nice extravagant decor. The room seemed very big by high ceilings with wooden beams. Bathroom, bedroom and wohncouch in a; very stylish separated by a frosted glass wall

I was within 3 weeks 2 times in the Schnitzmühle and I was once again very comfortable! Original rooms ('starry sky' on the bed ) service, kitchen, friendliness and last but not least the two ladies in the beauty area, Nadja and Margret, very to my wellness stay contributed!

All facilities of the hotel are definitely in need of renovation. Very small wellness area. Jacuzzi didn't work perfectly. No towels in the wellness area. Value for money would fit, if all facilities presented would be. Food and restaurant are good. If you are looking for a real massage would, may definitely not the Tibetan massage the Buddha book. read more

The nature and atmosphere of the hotel I have enjoyed very good.
good general condition, although the house is already older.
I had booked overnight stay/breakfast, as I with the selection of the meal flexible and I wanted to be both nights very good dining( for example the roasted Breast was excellent!)
the breakfast buffet was good stocked, everything was very fresh and my desire to fried eggs with bacon was very friendly met (without extra charge)!
it was during my stay some young couples, people on business trip and young family present, which nice and pleasant atmosphere formed.
evenings ... were several Einheimmische to eat present, which also very good kitchen is located. read more

we had in this hotel a few super relaxing days. The love sunny moon package booked, includes a welcome sparkling wine and tiramisu, Nice decorated rooms, a massage and a candle light dinner per person. Otherwise in this package will add to the half board.
breakfast was in form of a buffet with very a lot selection. For dinner you could as part of the half board, from a menu its main select. Pre and refeed could not be selected, but it was very delicious. The dishes were very appealingly prepared, for my taste also very delicious and the staff ... were extremely friendly.
Portions were in the price performance ratio considered very good, the same also applies for all drinks.
the massage in the package was a about 50 minutes continuing Wohlfühlsafari. Can only be recommended!
sauna area rather small, but nice designed. The hot tub is large and very good heated. We had it all to ourselves alone in the evening, since in the hotel shortly after the holidays not so a lot was going on.
