Who this hotel in spite of the from Barbara very well described defects bay, should the rooms with the 0 avoid. Detours is in the catalog 24 metres ² on. This is correct for example. For 096 not. The rooms are very spacious held, the furnishings very old, but functional. Partly the furniture broken, to the windows are large mold. The food in buffet form is plentiful and very tasty.     Rooms were very different. We had a room on the 3. floor of the hotel 2, with a view of the pool. We found the location, the size and the design of the rooms okay.     The hotel is located west of the historic part of town on a mountain, in a residential area, nearby the port. Not far away are 2 supermarkets. Adjacent to the hotel grounds is a ganztagsschule. Directly in front of the hotel is a viewpoint with a view of the old town and the beach. Of course you could also by this point the sea see. After a couple of meters is the stop of the stadtbusses to reach. Long-distance journeys are only through the bus station to realize.

The size of the hotel was well arranged. The whole area is beautiful (pool area and so on). Room were cleaned each day and fresh towels brought.     The beach can be reached in 7 minutes downhill. Uphill but you already need 12 minutes. The historic part is very nice and also 10 minutes away. Albufeira is huge become (about 16 kilometer long). Airport Faro with transfer about minutes away. Albufeira has plenty of shops. The entertainment on the square was all right. We have often evenings from 8:00 p. m. sat there and music or indiomusik enjoyed.

    We were very positively surprised: room had two sides view of the sea, the we only as customer's request specified and not extra pay had. Everything was clean, we were greeted with a bottle of water and always two clean glasses. The air conditioning was great, in the television unfortunately only 2 German program but who looks already tv on vacation? Good was, that in front of the balcony door and the window really thick curtains were, so the room during the day not aufheizte and also without climate always was pleasant, if you are looking for the beach came in.     Do cerro is my knowledge on or on the mountain it is! You have because of the raised location from all the terraces and many rooms a wonderful view of the sea and the city. Therefore first all roads lead down and then naturally again up. Walking is however healthy and makes also fun in the area, otherwise drives also every half hour a bus. The wonderful city center and the beach( lift) are in shortest time, a street below is a small shop with the coerced for the beach for cheap prices

The hotel is on a great location in a side street with a residential area. There are, however, other hotel rather nearby. One reaches in about 5 to 8 minutes the beach, as well as in 10 minutes the center. The way back is however took some getting used to (quite steep uphill!) Had a very large room with beautiful view of the sea and terrace. The breakfast was very English held. Suggestion for improvement => shower to the bathtub squeeze! (=> bathroom otherwise after every duschgang almost completely wet!) But would the book this hotel again at any time! ... HCLFHL- Boat tour on the Algarve along is a must! And a trip to Lagos and on the South Western point Europe's;-o is also very recommendable read more

Good informally run portugisisches hotel. We were with a 4-year old girls and her with the children -pool very good, despite a steep Anstieges to the hotel from the beach from, after a ride lift. We really enjoyed it and we will be back. read more

We booked the estalagem due to its location. This is really perfect. You were quickly at the beach or in the old part of town! The garden is therefore a little sparse from. The house has a typical Portuguese flair, it is very winding and in every corner are small local details to find. We found the staff unobtrusive but friendly. The English breakfast but OK. The guests were mostly English. We found great all-inclusive! read more

A small, verwinkeltes hotel with 190 beds, in the you have to find our way. In the 4 . Floor to get about half the elevator changed (and this is quite small). The hotel is mostly visited by the English from 50 years old and above, so no parties in the rooms at night and blissful peace. Also have these at the buffet which was centrally controlled you at least on the few Germans in the hotel is kind of not noticeable. read more

    The rooms are functional and reasonably clean. (You need to use the "corners" overlooks ... ) But the decor is a bit dated. The closet for the minibar was empty unfortunately (no fridge). Safe rental (€7.50 per week + 12 ,50€ deposit). We had 418, a corner room, therefore a large balcony, others are acceptable I much smaller.

    We had booked half-board. The restaurant was definitely too small and cramped. Depending on where you sat, walked around 24 people back and forth or but you could not far enough back push chair to even right. You can only choose tables, if you sit faster than the service could see (otherwise you will in twos crammed into a mini-table and not a tables for 4 table). The food was good average. lots of choice, always a fish dish and several meat dishes. A daily changing delicious salad bar and high calorie desserts. Prices for the drinks were ok and will be against signature issued at check out.

    The staff speak good English, but were very little German, what they really nice though sorry. They were all very friendly, no matter whether reception, maid service, bar, or dine. A broken bulb in the bathroom immediately after complaining, they got exchanged. The room cleaning was ok, I didn't feel that without a tip a bit sloppy cleaned and the towels not be folded and certainly not changed (I need but also not new towels every day!).

    No sports possibilities, the pool is located in a courtyard and is very small (for this near to the beach but also not necessary). The evening entertainment was for us only last resort in bad weather.

    The beach is about 400 meters away, but must also go uphill to negotiate: The way there was easy, always nice downhill, on the way back you should be able to walk well, since it steep uphill. As Someone who has no lift so good again some work off a few pounds: -) walk will get you into max. 20 Minutes on the beach or in the center of Albufeira. Here there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, all with reasonably priced (large beer 2.50 euros, small 1.50 Euros), and in the evening was always live music.

We spent 11 days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. Since we had only booked bed and breakfast, we can at half board nothing more to add. The hotel is on a hill, as the name suggests. You should be a strong. Otherwise is Albufeira is a lovely place with good beach. If you have been before place, you should make a day trip to Lisbon(57, - Euro per person). The ride is about 3 hours. be shown the sights at first, then you have three hours free time, which of course for Lisbon itself far too short. ... But no matter, was a beautiful day. We recommend a car mieten,1Tag is more than enough to go around on the Algarve. Small tip the place Portolimäo, Praiera Rocha, very nice. read more

The hotel is very winding arranged, very big! (Good luck with the view) built in addition it is more! Some of the rooms are only about winding flights of stairs without lift! (Great with heavy suitcases! ) Only English-language staff, of German language do they very little! Room only superficially clean if you looked more closely you discover a lot! (Bath very old, all very dirty mirror and closet doors) condition of the room is very old and the furniture was very old and it didn't really to relax! (Fridge is not available! Anyway ) Fortunately a more on the ... beach! The rooms and the lodging buildings consist of had a weird smell so after old and musty! Half board well say so, you didn't starve if you are patient waiting in line has in the evening and early no high demands! Be careful, there were high drink prices for dinner! There is not a lot of choice in the early always the same and also a "nice" english Breakfest!! The terrace from the Katalogphoto is closed for the normal food as you to a hotel own restaurant, so only for Barzahler!!! Guests, there are only English and Irish in the hotel, accordingly, the whole resort Albufeira a hub of British!!!!! The German can a handful of!! The resort is English with German language looks bad!!!! After the season are only old English!!! read more

Room cleaning well at least beds were made and always fresh towels!! Only one German TV channels on room!! The working moral of the bartenders left something to be desired!

    The distance to the beach about 400m from the hotel but everything steep down and back up!!! So you need to be able to walk well in the truest sense of the word!! Two schools at the hotel, so it's in the early! A main street in front of the hotel where in the morning, there was also good going on! View if you have one should is very nice!! Shopping possibilities, if you are on MUNICH4AMERICA shops is enough available in the place about 500m away! The rest is restaurants tons of spoken!! It won't like to see you would want to drink!!! Rates are not advertised!!

Very friendly staff, lovely, nicely furnished room with balcony and sea view. The breakfast buffet was very "English", a bit more variation for example, jam desired, dinner buffet delicious, especially the starters and fine cakes for dessert. Comfortably furnished bar with outdoor terrace and reasonable prices. Pool was OK. Suggestion: a small refrigerator in the room. read more

The organization of the evening meals are not well arranged. Partly no tables available. Long lines at the buffet and sometimes not always everything available. Breakfast was top. Very many British and Dutch as guests (German). Breakfast excursions very poor and had not far from a 4 star in my book. There is a sachets of toast, jam and Schnellkaffee with private boil water. Value but perfectly OK. Excellent for pure seaside holiday. Trips partly only to experience with foreign languages. Be aware that the tourist guide available. Scenic in fine, though the sights but strongly neglected. Once Algarve bar ... needs. You can just about everything, only the Algarve book again for beach tourists. read more

We stayed a week two people in the hotel (2 girls) and can only recommend this! The bathroom had two sinks and a toilet is in a separate room separated by a glass door. The room was very large with small sweet terrace, very clean. Can't understand, that you write, the hotel would be getting old, because everything is very modern and Stylish furnishings. We would go back there anytime! The food was varied, a different theme every day. If you like-your own fault. We enjoyed it very much...! read more
