We were allowed as a part of our trip one night in this hotel spend and the was great. The room was absolutely great (deluxe ) especially the choice and quality the breakfast buffets during the whole further stay of any other hotel comes close to. read more

Very nice not too big hotel in a good location. You can go to this hotel choose, whether you only breakfast, half board or full board would. Wifi is in the entire hotel free of charge. The condition of the hotel is good and very clean. The only is, the the lobby and corridor to the room very 'hospital' similarly, it could be nice decorated. read more

    We had the deluxe room booked which very big was and super good equipped. The bathroom was enormous with a bath and shower. It was everything available hair dryer, shampoo, shower cap, slippers, bathrobe, iron, free safe, minibar, tv and free tea. Great is the closet by the bathroom and from the room to open. The air conditioning is good to taxes and finally not exactly over the bed.

    The dining room is open plan, so that you always on a terrace with views of the beach and sea, very nice. Everything is well arranged and fammiliär decorated. The starters and desserts are an extra air conditioned room set up. Everything was always clean and tidy, it was always a lot of staff in the town which it was never too much everything was clean and the best for us to do. The dishes there were no mass processing and it was tried which individual to make, everything was very nicely decorated, unfortunately the main courses were mostly not completely our taste, but the appetizers and desserts even more...

    We only the pool and no other offers. The pool but we enjoyed our stay very much, which we on the best found is that you somehow at the pool and the beach at the same time, is. It is perhaps a little umbrellas, but there are also palms on the nice shade. The pool boy takes immediately cushions and beach towels and there are real wooden pool chairs. The only what a bit annoying were the beach sellers, but they are nice and also further if you're not interested.

    So close at the beach we are still never a hotel been, this is almost like the beach. The airport is only around 20 to 30 minutes away, this was also the reason why we were on our trip for this hotel entschien have. With the tuk tuk for about 300 rupees is a katzenspung to negombo, but nearby are also many shops and restaurants.

We had this hotel as a conclusion our trip to the south Sri Lanka's options nearby the airfield to be. For this purpose the choice was okay. Otherwise we have to say, that the hotel way too expensive is, what it offers. Negombo we found dirty (there are beach sections, which obviously as rubbish dumps and toilet use). Except a few exceptions are the restaurants and shops of all kinds from tourists and their purse set. With 'Sri Lanka' that did not lots to do. read more

To relax recommendable . In the port after a business trip to India, a stone's throw away from Chennai to Colombo. From the local airport just approximately 25 minutes by cab to the hotel. Breakfast international and good selection. Dinner fulfilled not my expectations (with the taxi 10-15 minutes to good restaurants). Pool left and right rather abandoned. Fantastic beach. We have in this hotel two nights before our round trip with Martina and prasanna spent. The hotel is located in northern part from negombo right on the sandy beach. Our room was in the older wing, it was functional. A little unusual was in dark colors kept layout of the bathroom. In the hotel there is a normal restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a special fish restaurant. We had booked accommodation with breakfast and used evenings the restaurant for dinner. Especially we would like to highlight in this context the diversity and the very good ... quality of the offered food to all meal times, a highlight was the sri lanka buffet. The staff are always friendly and desires immediately, only the provision our room needed some time, as we have been very early in the hotel arrived. read more

In the luxury rooms a really excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit noisy, particularly the rooms with the numbers 101 to 104, the nearby a flushing loungers needs. We were early in the morning from the rattle of crockery disturbed. Altogether but with very good conscience recommendable. read more

We would gladly come again When booking the deluxe rooms to choose. It is worthwhile. The food was lonely sharpened, unfortunately no animation, therefore evenings always very quiet. With small train however, you can for 300 Rubien (2 euros) evenings the rodeo pub drive. Very comfortable and cheap. read more

This hotel was the last leg of our 14-day Sri Lanka round trip and a great Prelude to a subsequent week Maldives. We had a superior room with a massive bathroom, king-size bed and large balcony with a view of the sea. Great dinner in beautiful atmosphere at the beach. Very good and pleasant staff. read more

I find it difficult, after such many positive reviews also write something negative to. But my wife and I have 10 days in jetwing sea and come for a qualified judgment. On the one hand, the complete service excellent, the staff are extremely friendly, it is clean and maintained, the food is good, the hotel lies direct at the beach and all complaints are immediately dealt with. but (!): the rooms are now all with the front door to the busy street. You can hear the noise day and night. the beach will daily cleaned, but the lots of dogs ... anytime again soiled. The direct Surrounding area is quite neglected and dirty, the hotel itself is a pure functional building without flair or architectural finesse. You can without any problems 10 to 14 days live, but it is in Asia many hotels with more flair to better price. Most older guests were at least half of Sweden, the rest Europeans all countries and Sinhalese. read more

    We stayed in a superior room, US but also the deluxe rooms looked at. The latter are larger, but are not somehow better. The extra charge from 32 euros per person and night is in my opinion too high. The size our room was sufficient, traffic jams or counter space but there was too few, the bathroom was too small. Unfortunately, there was for the chairs on the balcony no pillows.

    There is a main restaurant and a fish restaurant, where you extra charge food. Both are wonderful direct at the beach. Unfortunately, there were only a few pillows for the many chairs, on some evenings there was nice LIFE-music. The food is good, but without characteristics. Mostly different menus. It is the selection somewhat satisfactory. From time to time there was grill buffet, sometimes included in the price, sometimes cost it tidy extra. It is very clean, the service is very friendly and accommodating. Drink prices relatively high.

I have here the standard room is. This is not recommendable: The floor drain in the bathroom smelled, the sliding door of the shower pinches and didn't close. From the air conditioning came musty air (is not in any of the rooms). Ran the air conditioning not, stood condensation water on the floor. The bed linen hung on the side and saugte fully. The handles on the furniture were sticky, because you have already long not more cleaned were. On the floor there were still long hair. The standard rooms in the south wing. The wing is with the hall ... in parallel to the street. The room doors are not very sound proof and you can hear the traffic on the first floor. On the ground floor is a additional Stone fence between hallway and street. The deluxe rooms are in Nordfügel. very good and clean hotel. Very recommendable they are new deluxe room. These are new annex. The rooms are large, all sea view and have a very large bathroom with blue bath tub lighting. If you draw a blinds back the bathtub on, you have a view on the sea through. The double bed is huge (King). The only downside: on the back Side of the building there is a salt water purification plant. The noise was really loud at least in our room (2. Floor) was still quite loud-even at night. However this noise is quite deep and absolutely ... monotonous, so that you can really very quickly used to and after a short time hardly nor is responsible. the food is absolutely excellent and very varied! It is partly also direct in the dining room prepared (Grill, fish, meat, Poultry). Every other day there was food from the menu and service, otherwise rich buffet. the staff is very friendly and helpful. With inquiries or complaints immediately, quickly and efficiently helped. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Minneapolis! the quality of the beach was not bad, it was always a good surf there. Nevertheless still suitable for children, there is a little bit higher waves only a few meters away from the sea and back the beach was it again shallow and quiet. read more

The sea Jetwing Negombos is located in the North, about four kilometer from centre away. Small shops, Internet cafes, restaurants and bars are plentiful at the Lewis place and so walk in immediate nearby. I had a 'deluxe' room cheaper in the next section booked (double room with breakfast for 350, -€ / week on holidaycheck. 5vorflug de in de). Will the hundred, -€ / week more expensive 'premium' room in the main building have a much larger and nicer bathroom, but otherwise a similar amenities such as my room- view of the sea, or balcony terrace, a safe, AC ..., very silent Ceiling Fan, flat screenTv with 23 channels (not German speaking), refrigerator (mini bar), telephone and hair dryer. Room and bathroom were cleaned thoroughly every day cleaned and the staff throughout the hotel were very accommodating and competent, the food varied and very tasty. The only downside I found the rigidity of the front desk regarding my breakfast: I had seven nights booked with breakfast, came at 9:00 on a Sunday (there's breakfast from 7:00-10:00) and had to leave the Sunday to 7:00. On the day of arrival no breakfast I got, therefor on the departure day-as usual-limited altenbrak almost package. As a single traveller I had paid the full double room, I would have liked a bit more firm's expense. Overall I am very Jetwing sea felt comfortable and at a similar price would again at any time check-in there. read more

This hotel has everything you need for a great beach holiday. We were lucky because of difficulties in two days deluxe room to be allowed to spend, these are the ansolute dream with a huge large bathroom, wooden floors and with all the bells and whistles. The superior rooms are corresponding small and minimal equipped, but perfectly adequate facilities! It was every day reliable cleaned, the quality was good! Everything is very clean! The food is absolutely fabulous and Haute cuisine on evening there was irregular and a 4-diversified buffet course menu in which you from different possibilities can order ... different. The waiters all spoke very good English, as well as the whole staff of the hotel and are great friendly and helpful! The directly attached to the hotel beach (all rooms have view of the sea) which is ideal for swimming, sufficient beach chairs are available, also at both pools were always pool and Retteungsschwimmer views active tried hard to please the guests, the pool chairs furnishings. Sri Lanka general is absolutely worth a visit, but you have to aware his, that is a developing country! Country and people were very pleasant, although poverty at the order of the day is, what you see above in the hotel licensed traders, the part in adventurous cabins offer their goods. You can unfortunately no ten minutes on the beach chairs without referred to, that the seller in orange and the day after day, hour, that is why I also a star reduction given! On the own terrace one has rarely peace before sellers, as they as mentioned right on the beach and only a small green area as' border ' and the seller was still vir and in the field of view were those seeking abie! What is also worthy of note, is that you do not have small children this hotel should be explored, as there is no entertainment or customer service in the form of playgrounds etc. offers, the surrounding area is not a trip with children to make. Keyword Developing country! Before our stay we had a 5-day tour with Jahn Reisen or Diethelm -travel (suburban agency), which we have booked by the Federal Republic of Germany! There you will learn a lot about the country and its people and that is a must-see for every Ceylon-holiday-makers dar! Absolutely excellent to organize and carry! All in all a great holiday, you again at any time can and should do so! read more

ESL consists of a main building in which front desk, lobby, a large stay Area, as well as the hotel's restaurant 'Cafe c'are, and two directly subsequent buildings (1 3-storied, 1 time 1-storied) in which the rooms different categories home( approximately 60 rooms). the hotel is located in good condition. A little disturbing seemed the multiple day painting the exterior during our stay, the even directed the the pool couldn't be used. Probably was the hotel for the peak season ready. the hotel offers breakfast, half ... board, as well as Full board. Mainly are guests from Europe and Russia, at the age of 25 to 80 in the hotel. read more

    We stayed in one of the less expensive 'deluxe room' people. the furniture is functional and rather simple( air conditioning available). Each room has either a balcony respectively a terrace with direct view of the sea. the bathroom is quite small, the lighting is rather inadequate. furthermore there was unfortunately no hair dryer available. In-room amenities include tv, safe, telephone, mini bar, kettle, coffee, Tea, as well as 2 bottles water per day.

    the hotel owns the main restaurant 'Café C' , in the breakfast ( in buffet form), Lunch and dinner ( either buffet or à la carte) are served. furthermore located on the hotel area still a fish restaurant. the quality of the meals and drinks is very good. Unfortunately, the buffet in our opinion from time to time somewhat inadequate refilled. In the evenings, à la carte- menu the individual courses a bit opulent be. the cleanliness at the table, as well as in the restaurant was not complain about. The kitchen style was international with many local influences. the prices for beverages move in German Level.

    the staff from the reception to the waiter were all very friendly, nice and accommodating. With English you come to Sri Lanka well, not rarely speak the locals even a few Words Of German. the daily cleaning of the rooms with change of towels was not complain about. As additional Performance the hotel offers a laundry service for reasonable prices at. Positive is here the flexible and unconventional behavior the front desk on the day of our arrival to mention. As we already mornings at 7 in the hotel arrived, we could on request our breakfast of the day of departure (which we because of the flight times't have used it anyway) on the day of arrival transfer, and so on breakfast participate. our room then from 9 available.

Small supermarkets are located in immediate surroundings of the hotel. especially positively mentioned should be is the free Wi-Fi in the whole hotel complex. the beach is clean and fine sand. the sea was during our stay unfortunately a bit churned up and cloudy. the two large pools are clean and fairly well kept. loungers, sun screens and shower were sufficient available.

    the hotel is located between coastal road and beach. Negombo is about 3 kilometer south. After Colombo are about 40 kilometer. International airport 'Bandaranaike' is about 15 kilometers away. In direct surroundings of the hotel there are many small shops, restaurants and supermarkets. possibilities for excursions to aim at the entire island will, of course, from the tour operators offered, but also on your own you can safely Sri Lanka( for example with private driver) explore.
