An excellent hotel for all those who just want to relax and not worry want. It's a real adults only hotel without children. We were 2 times within 4 weeks for 4 days and once for 3 days there and felt very comfortable. Only drawback was the so-called italian food, which was rather bad, otherwise everything was really great from the saubrekeit to friendliness of the staff or the excursions. The staff were wonderful,friendly and helpful. The grounds were nice also.. The food was horrible,no day activities,the spa was awful,the night programs lacked everything. Fresh fruit in our room for honeymoon were 2 apples. The food was so bad,the desserts awful,no fruit. The restaurant ran out of food on the menu. No one showed up for scheduled activities.. Had a huge problem with the spa...no one cares. We have been to sandals and couples .....we will not return or recommend this resort. read more

The arrival was impossible, with 2 shifts. A Erstbuchung has been canceled on Frankfurt. The flight was now over London to Miami and then after 4 hours further. The food was after 14 days boring. read more

Actually, it is not an independent hotel, as for example all restaurants the orchid belong and not, therefore, be used ',', but 'needs', inclusive breakfast restaurant. This must be very clear.     the rooms are big enough, the cleaning unsatisfactorily. Coffee Maker is there, the coffee will however only irregularly replaced. Very good the quality of the beds, it sleep good pleasant.

    Number of restaurant is good, very pleasant is here the service À-la-carte, the buffets in the mornings and afternoons rich. However were during our stay several more days. Eventveranstaltungen of American undertake (construction company, Canadian bank etc.) for your best staff carried out (always about 150 to 200 people in each case). These were then partly restaurants and bars for these people reserved, one came as the'normal' hotel guest not purely. A romantic Pärchenhotel is definitely something else.

    the staff are friendly, however is in principle expected tip. This is also okay, but for our expectations sometimes something exaggerated. The housekeeping service is a five star hotels unworthy, as well as the permanent lack of service in the room. This has undoubtedly something with the mentality of the Jamaicans to do.     Hotel is located near the location to overall, if you are there however independently wants to move, should be brave, the so-called Hip Strip is a joke, unless you want a opaque shape with a pump shotgun see. Airport is close and disturb in the hotel not, which is a great advantage. The level of the price outside is ludicrous, presumably because of the AMIS spoiled. A taxi from the hotel to the hip strip (a distance of approximately 5 kilometer) cost/back 60 US-dollar, is also in the hotel so as. Daytrips are OK, however also relatively expensive.

As to the area two hotels belong it is all in all very large. It is located directly on the sea beautiful sandy beach. Outside of the hotel area, there was nothing, is-apart from trips- in the hotel takes place. We liked it evenings a little stroll, to eat out etc. knew but not in Jamaica given is.     Had a room on the ground floor the preferred club-very spacious, also the bath was a nice size. On the terrace there was a bathtub. Mini bar was free and was daily filled. There was a coffee machine, iron andboard, flat screen TV (but no German Channels). Because the hotel fairly new, was also the room accordingly little worn. Plug adapters you don't need, it fit our plug.

    There will be seven different theme restaurants (under other jamaica Javanese, Italian, french-very good-, Mexican etc.) everywhere there is a la carte. At noon two Themenrestaurantsan are the pools (seafood and grill restaurant), as well as a buffet restaurant open. We were always very accommodating served, had sometimes to wait a little bit, but we had some time-were finally on vacation. furthermore there are several bars.

    cleaning of the rooms took place daily, left a lot to be desired though( dusty, in the fridge uS is discontinued, two days was not cleaned). Since we were in Jamaica, we can, of course, no European standard. the hotel area all in all is very well maintained. Without English you have no opportunity. No-one speaks German. because we arrived at 18:00 picked up from the hotel, we asked for a late check out, was also possible, had however per hour 25 US dollar pay. The have ever had in any hotel. In a hotel of this class, there were also in the preferred club, the as a service be free. Except for a few exceptions, very friendly staff.

    Entertainment was available, primarily sport. There are a few shops in the area. Cigarettes are very expensive -10 American dollar, so bring the best. There is a good selection of cocktails in the all-inclusive, the package. Evenings was of the more often live music. beach chairs were at the beach and by the pool enough available. This was our honeymoon... a really great hotel with a great service. from beginning to end really all perfect. A small minus point were the cocktails, mostly from a container: ' chrashed ice' in various flavors added a shot alcohol. Montego Bay city only with the taxi rEACH, which is quite expensive. Otherwise it is only the shops on the hotel area. great the beach and the great food, there is always friendly staff. ' all inclusive' even the room service... Really great... read more

Everything there, everything the heart could desire. Hotel in absolute top condition. Preferres Beréich in even more. However, a tip is essential, in order to ensure grins to enjoy the popularity of the staff and absolute great service. And I thought that was also completely okay Sunday service in the restaurants, bars, beach rooms on this absolutely top top top. Area was super well-kept and clean. It was estimated at Wednesday Monday to Thursday to 30% Sunday with 50%, so no problems with loungers by the pool and the sea. Only the beach chairs are not quite as comfortable as ... the by the pool. A very small problem s however: when the wind is the starting machinery from the airport about 30 seconds; at least long. Then there is already past. Thank God it was run as not so many. read more

We were with a 'welcome home' from the friendly Front desk staff at secrets St. James and the Hotelmotto is' unlimited luxury ', and that is exactly what should be our next 2 dreamlike weeks lost. We were already much on the way, but with such a continuous friendliness orientation and we had never experienced. the April 2010 constructed hotel is in top clean condition, is clean and well-kept and beautiful spacious; a small world in itself with a white powdery sand beach and turquoise private sea. Freestanding jacuzzi in the room (a dream: 8 massage Nozzles), rain shower, marble, 2 washbasin, air conditioning, coffee machine, fully stocked its finished Filter daily must be served, same applies to the Mnibar: 4 water, 4 red stripe-beer (yummy!), 2 coke, 2 coke, Diet coke, Fanta 1, 1 Sprite, Apple 1 be daily free of charge filled! Culinary wishes remained open. 24 hour a free room service! Absolute crazy. Daily Re-filling of the minibar inclusive! Cafeteria, fresh Coconuts and jerk chic (!) at the beach! Late night/snack from 11:00 P. M. with hamburgers and hot dogs...

    The service was fantastic. Point. If you want something other said, must have excessive expectations, and we are already quite spoiled. The staff were always responsible, friendly and hard-working, still for a small Chat to be desired. You should necessarily the English languages in more than broad guidelines to be powerful, but then you also the ultimate care of the staff. No all inclusiveBands, by the pool and beach service, on the third day the order and automatically even came. You should always a tip of $1 US have, this is however not a must, opens however further doors. there was a 24 hour-room free service to for example the dinner in room or balcony, in case you don't want, is evenings ready for that. The rooms that were at least 2 times per day cleaned or towels changed. Beach chairs, Mats, umbrella and towels were also free. We were every day on the new astonished, as smooth everything worked and how much effort there the complete staff there, the guest the best time of the year to sweet. 'it's a pleasure' and you are welcome ' were standard for each of the staff. Really great!

    Who wants to, the can the whole day be diverted, if peace like, get this. It is not at all permanent from animators asked, whether they wanted to participate. It there was something for everyone. A daily Schedule to carry out said, when you need to do any event you can walk. Barefoot beach-party at the Thursday was awesome! Livemusic and BBQ at the beach, atmospheric and delicious.

    The hotel complex is about 10 minutes with the taxi by Dirk-city, we however mostly within the area stopped, as we only wanted to relax. And there is all comfort, in a 5-starall inclusiveHotel expected. You could on the dream island Jamaica almost every day a great Excursion, whether for nature-loving, or adrenaline junkies animal; there is something for everyone. We recommend definitely a day trip to Port Antonio (sum RSET in case, blue lagoon and as a highlight the 3-hourly, romantic Bamboo-Rafting tour on the Rio Grande). A absolute dream!

We are thrilled by the hotel area. We had a master suite in Peferent Club and the jacuzzi on the balcony happy to help relaxation used. Otherwise we felt like kings, everybody was very friendly, always cheerful, 24-hour room service, we constantly have something to eat and everything was very tasty. In the leisure there were enough possibilities and in the evening came through shows and events, no boredom. About a tip everyone was happy, but also without you were served in a friendly way. We would again at any time in this hotel area! read more

The best hotel, in which I ever was-and they were not just a few! Super service, the coffee bar of the best cappuccino world with really friendly staff -everything was great!
