The mirabell is a wonderful place to relaxing days in a very beautiful ambience to spend. The architecture is very good in the area a. The premium spa leaves nothing to the imagination. The panoramic views of the south tyrol mountain world is from all sides to enjoy. Enjoyment you can also head to the wonderful kitchen of the hotel. The service is competent and very cordial. Ever met a in this house only friendliness, from the greeting, the chef in the egg station, the host couple and so on read more

We were curious, if the charm of the former small wellness hotels the construction and the expansion has survived. Our fear, mass instead of class were unfounded. The newly built chalets are modern and comfortably furnished. The new spa area an additional signboard for the hotel. The food varied and excellent. The service the individual wishes of the guests friendly one. The saalchefin mrs stojka is instrumental. Complaints or wishes the change by mrs reiterer, the soul and manager of the hotel, extremely sovereign, exemplary and quickly resolved. Before we the mirabell booked, we have a lot of reviews read and were using the positive reports safe, the right hotel to have found. And what shall i say. On the day of the trip there were the expectations for a multiple exceeded. An absolute top hotel! Best location with a wonderful view of the mountains, large, friendly room (bio relax suite - very recommendable) with romantic tiled stove, well-trained, always helpful staff in all areas, fantastic kitchen, which we every day looking forward to it and a wellness area, the is unparalleled. Very demanding guests will be thrilled ... and best relaxation find. We already look forward to our next visit in mirabell! read more

Our large room was in older hotel building. From the big balcony we had a free view over the valley and in the mountains. Directly in front of the hotel leads the road to Meran 2000 past. This is in the morning and evenings some traffic, we in the morning in the room good heard, didn't bother us. The room as well as the bathroom were very big and pleasant furnished. We felt really comfortable. The spa area with baths, swimming pool, different saunas and so on is nice and generous. Both in the large garden as well as in ... the resting rooms there was always enough free chairs, although the building was full. We appreciated the very good cuisine with the varied menus in the evening. Unfortunately convinced us the service in the restaurant and at the bar not completely. One evening waited we have 20 minutes, to we drinks and the choice of the menus order. The many present waiter Erklärtung to our questions, that they are not responsible for us are. After we had ordered, spilled the waiter the area on the tablecloth and the cutlery. An apology from the waiter did not receive. The manager of the hotel apologized later for the behavior the waiter and brought a new tablecloth. We requested on the next day a new table in another restaurant area. We were very accommodating and professional service. Also at the bar waited we one evening about 20 minutes, to we coffee order, since at 21 o'clock still no staff at the bar was present. At the bar -terrace is in the evening a fire made, the around the bar guests sit. One evening was to midnight business on the terrace, with subsequent tidying up and Umherschieben the tables and chairs, what in our room above the bar very factor was good. Since we gladly peace have, we will in future a room against the mountain or in the new Chalet -building book. read more

Modern hotel, that even after the increase comfort and an easy going atmosphere conveys. Modern, big room; large, very well maintained pool- and sauna area with unique view over Meran and the surrounding mountains. The publilkum -this is evident at the vehicle fleet in the garage - were mostly in the' middle age ', and also families visibly feel at home. We were this year twice in this house and considers it both times as one of the best. read more

    The food was again excellent, very diverse and lots of dishes would have Gault-Millau-points earned. Example a wonderful appetizer: homemade rocket- raviolo with spanish chestnut and gartenkresse. Main course gleichentags: pink roasted roast beef (was absolute great) from hflinger alpine ochsen with sauce béarnaise, that casserole and young spinach. Also the desserts, especially the sorbets, are excellent and nice presented.

    The service in the dining room is exceedingly friendly and the mostly young staff members are very warm and attentive. If you of a high standard wants to complain, then there are some small things, you grab could: on arrival the luggage is not to the room brought (the hikers in the hotel are still fit :-). A real leader de service missing in the restaurant or he took this role not at all true, for example the overview keep empty appetizers-bowls.

    High above Meran on approximately 1400 meters altitude-in the immediate hotel area there are actually nothing. But you could enjoy a crazy-view from the rooms, from the terrace and the restaurant. Unique also the view from the sauna. Super -there are shops in Meran - everything, what the gourmets-, hikers and luxury-oriented heart desires.

That was a unbelievably beautiful relaxing vacation. The hotel is about 9 kilometer away from Meran approximately 1400 meters height. The outside area of the hotel is very nice, modern and tastefully designed. It features a natural pond, as well as a pool and a jacuzzi. In the interior area the 'spa' is a further pool, sauna on two levels, as well as various, relaxation rooms where the perfect place to relax. In the field of Premiumsauna is another hot tub. We had a room in newly grown 'chalet' with a breathtaking view and a very large balcony. A large ... underground car park, with access to the 'chalets' is also available the cleanliness and order in this hotel are exemplary and particularly praiseworthy. The service is very friendly, nice and always around seine guests very hard. The icing on the cake was the menus served. Big praise to the chef and his team. One thing is for sure, we will come again. read more

Great wellness hotel, very pleasant ambience, great facilities, great view. We were after the 4 days totally relaxed. The team was exceptionally friendly and professional. Really only one negative was the young, unfriendly receptionist Lisa, the issues and so on always the feeling gave, guests second class. read more

We have already been on several occasions in this hotel and come gladly anytime again back. The kitchen is perfect and with 12,5 Gault Nillau -points. The natural swimming pond, which we because of the weather unfortunately not use could. read more

The hotel is from the number of rooms was manageable, if there was nun 60 room. We had a last minute offer for chalet room garden deluxe and for one week booked. The new room with a jacuzzi, and an infrared cabin are tastefully decorated and have actually everything, what you need like for instance safe, sufficiently large wardrobe, tv ( hinged, so that you from the bed from could watch ), separate toilet and fridge. We missed however somewhat the south tyrolean cosiness, after we the rooms in the main building looked at, the next time we would go ... here a room book. In the hotel there was three-quarters guest house, that means mornings buffet ( Renate day fresh, delicious egg dishes or pancakes, many thanks again but), lunch details, in the afternoon cakes and evenings a 5 - -course menu. Also here a praise goes to the chef Rene us on kitchen staff, the very good food we have in our minds. read more

    Chalet room garden deluxe: room new since may 2012, Size sufficiently, as already mentioned was everything available, a coffee machine would have great. Rooms are on the ground floor, unfortunately each of of the terrace walk past. Daily cleaning was of course. Towels were always changed, unfortunately the empty duschflaschen /samples not replaced.

    Quality and quantity of the dishes and drinks were great. The chef Rene conjures every evening a heavenly menu. There were different theme evenings. The invoices for beverages are only at the end of the stay In a accounting settled. For tips piggy banks at the front desk.

    The waiters was friendly and has also extra wishes for the food received. It is at the beginning of a table, the during the whole time for breakfast and dinner reserves. A please for us, the table but in the morning free to choose, was rejected. Unfortunately, as the new cultivation in some areas the view really great is, but they will not enjoy. This restaurant is a on the internet tasty. It is a cakes laid out, but, you will not be allowed. This should in any case be changed, because some seats are located so inconvenient, which one A bad not any view.

    The new spa area is great. There are a variety of saunas and recreational areas. Best liked the suspended benches in the indoor and outside area. There you can forget about everyday life and enjoy the beautiful view. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool with pleasant temperatures and a swimming pond. This probably is heated, it was for us but still too cold (about 23 degrees ), so that we didn't use. In the entire wellness area are perfumed incense sticks set up, so that it always pleasant smell.

    Nearby there is no shops, was for us but not disturbing, since in the hotel everything available was. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, we had however the bad luck, that the bus crowded and no more taken. There the bus only 1/hour, we had to thus the car around to alpine or the various hiking trails to arrive. Parking spaces but were abundant, so this option is better, than 1 hour to the next bus to wait. From the hotel there are already many possibilities for hiking, also hikes from the hotel offered. To apfelernte by the slopes to hiking is simply stunningly beautiful. Meran and Bolzano are good reached by car. Worth seeing also the trautmannschen garden. Evenings it was rather quiet in the hotel, after the dinner you can still in the bar sit or a small walk undertake. ( lights however very sparse)
