Room super furnished, dreamlike view, clean, complex in very good condition. We had booked accommodation with breakfast, which simply great was, every morning freshly squeezed juice after choice, everything freshly prepared, very courteous service. Do not know why so lots of guests complain. Whoever booked cheap wants, also get cheap, even if in the five star hotel is! Our vacation was great, in any case in this five star hotel again! read more

The accommodation in the junior suite were the expectations. The breakfast in the ' level -restaurant' was the separation from the general Operational very pleasant, quiet and bribed by a courteous service. Also the advanced breakfast Times until 11:00 o'clock arrived a relaxing vacation very accommodating. read more

We were middle September there at the gold beach.
It was too late! The weather was while still relatively good, but the restaurants and bars have stooped. With the hotel we were actually very satisfied. However we had our departure with the shuttle bus-bus even take care of it. In the Reiseordner was no pickup and the frontdesk employees have meant we would call and inquire. Unfortunately it is not self-evident, that the hotel from care. read more

If the taste of the dishes and the temperature ( fresh Paella cold ) exactly would be good as the optics would be the hotel very recommendable. Best only with breakfast and outside eat out, there are very good reasonably priced possibilities. read more

This is oyr 10th time in Bulgaria but for sure the best one! Melia is the best hotel! The biggest room in Bulgaria with lovely sea view. Already booked our next visit in 2013. We recommend it to everybody!
The staff was very friendly, the beach is 2 minutes walking and the sea is great!
The food was good as well, though the waiters were a bit tired.
Everybody speaks Russian and it is very easy to get informed if you need something.

The hotel impressed already on the first glance. It is very impressive and looks very well maintained. We arrived in the evening at. At this stage is the hotel lobby with cold lighted, what the whole a bit uncomfortable seem. During the day however really beautiful and very clean.
When we were there, were mainly German, iranians, russians or bulgarians there. On English you met in the hotel only a few. read more

Me and my girlfriend spent a wonderful week in this great hotel. We have been travelling a lot on the Bulgarian sea cost but this is defenetly the best hotel we have ever stayed in!
We prefered to go in September and this was the best decision! The rates were good, the sun was shining and we felt like in the beginning of August. The view from our room was magnificiant!!! When you look from the terrace you see only the endless sea.
The staff was very friendly - at the reception, the restaurant, the spa. We booked directly with ... the hotel and got very good prices. The food was good, nothing bad to say about it.
It is really family friendly hotel, There were a lot of families and their children were having fun. The animation team was excellent and were taking care of the children as well as the adults.
Will come back for sure next summer and would highly appreciate this hotel to anyone who is wondering where to spend their vacation! read more

Had 'the level' upgrade, hotel very clean, staff with us very friendly ( but: as you in the forest inside gets. The unfriendliest are the guests even, no thanks, no please.), delicious food, sometimes a bit bland and only warm but this is probably amongst others typical of the country. Beginning October closes the hotel, that means no animation more, the umbrella and loungers are not a not dismantled, however therefor it is very quiet and has plenty of room!
At the rich buffet one always finds something that one tastes. All in all very recommendable, I know however ... not, like it in the months July/August is, if the hut with 2400 persons is full! read more

It was my first visit at the hotel and I have to say that I am very pleased with my experience. The service was excellent from the very beginning and the organization of the conference I attended was outstanding. The conference room was spacious and bright, timing was perfect, all the staff knowledgeable and professional! Being located on the beach and the comfort of the room made my stay that much more enjoyable and the transition from business to pleasure very easy. After hours of meetings being able to escape into the beauty of Golden Sands in a matter of ... minutes was something I really appreciated. I would highly recommend the hotel to all my friends and colleagues visiting the area.
Overall it was a great experience, one I would gladly repeat.

The hotel is definitely not worth 5 stars. In my opinion it is barely on 4 rather 3.5 stars.
The hotel is the construction is very big and beautiful built, makes a good impression, the already on arrival all dreams destroyed.
Arrived at 12:00 o'clock. The rooms are but only from 3:00 P. M. always available.
Evening agenda for the bin, especially nothing for children. As a children -slide at the beach more.
Gym rather something for craftsman. Elliptical machine 2 piece broken, the most device rather risk of injury a real workout.
The people the all ... inclusive book, should not be too much on beautiful food, since it is disappointing. Live cooking in the morning fried eggs, evenings Noodle warm up with 2 sauces.
With the half-board but in the restaurant but also all drinks all inclusive. Cola, Fanta, Sprite, beer, white wine and red wine. The drinks are first class except for the milk and juices.
Pool very nice and clean. Enough loungers available. Massages not recommendable. Waste of money. Other hotels in Bulgaria make it better and even reasonably priced.
The rooms are nice, however noisy. Clean only on the days neatly made where tip is left, apart from that we are partly mold at the silicone seams had, our Klopappierhalter has come off and was just in side swept, lag a whole week just as, as if he is not visible. We would be 10 weeks since he would still not be appropriate.
The staff super nice.
Apart from that other hotels for the price book.

No after german requirements star hotel, but beautiful big room, especially the bathroom is genuinly beautifully large. However, you should also definitely not each small corner, but hey we are in the south and not in Germany... The staff has so far has no german, only english. Had only booked breakfast and that is enough also perfectly! A hustle and bustle early in the dining room, amazing. Oh well the food is really nothing special and you should not expect too much. We are from the breakfast but nevertheless full! read more

In short, everything was perfect! Service, staff, cleanliness! We had a superior room booked, respectively we booked the level category, the I absolutely recommend can! Own reserved area by the pool! And a separate dining room! Just a wonderful!
But unfortunately the food was for this a catastrophe! Every day were all meal times cold and not fresh! That is however the only thing which in this hotel to criticize is! read more

It has been years since the last summer vacation I had on the Bulgarian sea side. Listening to my friends' stories I thought it was not for me - average hotels, crowded beach and pools, poor food
Thank God I found the one place in the Golden Sands, I could call my personal paradise retreat)
Your hotel is beautiful. The rooms are well-appointed and had everything necessary in them. The location - right on spot. I truly enjoyed all your facilities and could not be happier with what we had on the plate.
It will not be fair to ... miss out the service. After all it is mainly what gives the hotel this special feel of being almost at home and looked after. We even had the chance to meet your leisure tourists lady (Maria) - a true professional taking care of few very picky guests) and a lovely person.
Both my company and I would not hesitate to visit you again!

In general great hotel all together it was good.
The pool was completely reasonable, the food could be a bit warmer but apart from that completely reasonable, as well as the breakfast and dinner.
The dessert was also very great, again and again fresh.
The outdoor swimming pool is super and clean (NEAT) and the snacks are fresh and Geschmackhaft. read more
