So we stayed in this hotel have the most expensive and newest hotel as we thought that since nothing can go wrong we were unfortunately strong disappointed.
Pool was perfect sea also. Outside top, inside a flop.
Room dirty and outdated already after a short time.
First room we had to because of blood on the toilet change.
2. room was after three times to deseam on one day always still totally dirty.
Schimmelkekse under the bathroom. Mold in the shower dust as far as the eye can see and ants on the 10 floor! Dust on the air conditioner ... and getank. Then we were free better room type assigned. Unfortunately it was the worst room. It hardly came water in the bathtub the shower head came only droplets was immediately clear everywhere verdigris and totally calcified. Chewing gum stuck on balcony. Hair from the last guests in the tub toilet dirty mold in the full bath and on the walls and again ants and fruit flies. The corners in the room dirty and disgusting.
Service in general bad english they wanted to do understand main language russian.
Unfortunately also very loud due to the russian population.
For breakfast there was often the cutlery and places were partly double.

We have this hotel because of the pool area for our daughter booked. I would like to also with the best start. The complex is as the terrace has a jungle feeling and river laid out. A small supermarket with all necessary is directly in ... front of the hotel. 75% of the guests are from the East! Decency or courtesy is often a foreign word! The remaining guests asian roots or are English or Aussis. German are the exception! For 50 cents you can with the pickup taxi Ind 15 minutes after pattaya city for shopping drive and nightlife overthrow. read more

Would not hesitate to re-book. Hotel is great for families with children. About 2/3 of the guests were Russians. But no negative experience. Only now and then times Europeans.
All rooms have a view of the sea and sunset. We had (cheap) room on the third floor was good. Price about 77 Euro with breakfast. It was definitely worth it.
In front of the hotel there was a small supermarket. Several restaurants (German) in about 200 to 1 kilometer away. Accessibility to walking OK
In the proximity temples around three-kilometer away. Very worth seeing.

Very beautiful hotel with one very large pool area, the from a variety of level, combined with water falls and slides extended. The hotel offers a very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. The food in the different restaurants in the hotel is very good. Sashimi, fresh wild oysters, many Japanese, chinese and Thai cuisine, all fresh and very tasty. A Italian restaurant, aqua, offers too very good Italian dishes. The grill restaurant flames didn't bother us so much, since it was missing at the richness.
the complete staff in the hotel is very nice, helpful and accommodating.
the spa area ... is lovely. We had every day other massage, from Thai yoga massage to the traditional Chinese head massage with hot oil offers the hotel was found to be of a relatively cheap price. The massages are first class!(90 minutes-about 30 euros)

the hotel is brand-new, first 11/2009 eing hallows. If you like a gigantic-scale production do feel well here. The complex is a huge maze with fountains. Children it will be very be comfortable. The beach is very small and the beach chairs there are not enough. (but there are enough place in the area).
the rooms are a show of the extraclass. Better it is almost impossible. The breakfast looks pretty good from, jaded but after a few days, there was no variety. The restaurants and the bar have relatively high prices and are always dahalb male waiter however didn't ... seem empty. But in the area there are some nice places for the development of evening. Also at lunch and nobody had to starve, because the beach salesmen are very active and cheap.
