This was already our 2. in this hotel, still one of the top addresses in this place. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help, english you should bring but. At any time of the day there are free chairs at the pools and at the beach, so the reserve with towels this is absolutely unnecessary. The kitchen is amazing, alone the breakfast buffet impressed. The audience here is (still) very mixed, many australians, korean, chinese or french. But also russian travel agencies have the hotel now discovered, because the hotel however no all inclusive offers, keep the ... guests from Eastern Europe within limits and not on. The drinks prices and food move for balinese standards in the upper level.
We were at njepi, the balinese new year, there. This is a quiet day on a Bali, that means there are no cars, all people remain in their homes, the hotel guests on this day on the property is limited, even the air traffic is stopped. A completely quiet Bali was for us a completely new (and beautiful) experience. read more

Beautiful room in the garden wing/ground floor, with excellent bathroom, great rain shower. Large terrace, however somewhat uncomfortable wooden pool chairs. Room service friendly, used utensils were refilled daily (tissues, shower bath, coffee/ tea, mosquito koil etc.). At night nearby hammered, and on the neighboring property clack relentless the chickens, but for Asien nevertheless relatively quiet. Very silent air conditioning in a deckennische, so that you are not right angepustet is. Large deckenfan. The closet is a genuine gimmick, is both from the living room, as well as the bathroom opened (in the partition integrated). Fridge was unfortunately empty ... Breakfast great, huge selection, international. Only the staff were a bit dozy cutlery, coffee cups, sugar/cream etc. I had to every morning extra inquire, although actually on the table should be (but it is vacation, so one should always nice relaxed stay.). But at least clean, and as mentioned: the food is phenomenal.
Beach -restaurant very recommendable and atmospheric, especially for the price western kitchen (pizza, pasta etc.) indonesian food was passable. Unfortunately tons of flies, but 1st are the tropics, and 2. was mangozeit ( musim mangga), so normal. European price, restaurants in the area only minimal cheaper. But nearby, on the main street, there was a great balinese, the ' kecak Bali'. Definitely try it!
Beach very nice, fine yellow sand, clean. Quite busy on the sea (jet skis, etc.), but the bathing area is separated. Pool in the garden wing always empty and good for a few lonely lanes in the morning.
Hotel taxis / shuttle bus a bit overpriced, for example 150000 generally for airport transfer- there is a public taxi under 100000 (definitely on active counter 8., on indonesian is the 'argo', and its use are, rather than a fixed price negotiate!). Have a wonderful trip to tanah lot and uluwatu made - definitely recommendable (from the hotel 5-6 hours for 550000 generally included driver)!
Good shopping opportunities in the area (hauptstr.), kiosk, atms, nippesläden, massagebuden etc. Very pleasant. Quiet, thank god no discos like in Kuta. read more

A really recommendable beach hotel with really high standard and possibilities to recover. Great breakfast bufett and changing büfettabende. But also the area has culinary a lot to offer. Discreet entertainment program, if one has times no desire on reading or sleeping, however at any time pushy or annoying. A true delight. A nice hotel with good catering and a high relaxation factor. The staff is very friendly and hard-working to fulfill every wish. The breakfast is very good and also the service on infinity -pool is very accommodating. Only fly in the ointment: for us only with idellen value potentially beach bag is from our room disappeared. Immediate walking distance to all sorts of small markets and restaurants. Water sports centre immediate nearby. Good starting point for excursions! Cons: difficult to swim at low tide, seaweeds very high, tickle with the Scwhimmen! We are in the water. Pools are in the evening cleaned, but also until late in the morning, so a early in the morning dip was possible! Communication within staff was not satisfactory. My husband had a swimming accident and unfortunately knew the front desk nothing, although it knew the operator. No one should have give me know, I could not have insisted on whether someone is something. This is part of the problem of the guest relation! Internet access should be provided free everywhere! The selection of food at lunch and evening, not very lanesüblich and overpriced. It it is worthwhile in the area in the small restaurants to eat or drive with the shuttle to the Balo collection and eat there. Transport rental too expensive! read more

To the hotel: we booked this hotel as part of package with TUI as Mixreise meiers world travels. Targets were honeymoon and the objective has been achieved. Fantastic atmosphere, great view and location of the hotel. Tropical terrace room there were evaluated. For pure beach baths, there is probably not the place for you, as the swimming area is quite clear and water sports activities take place on a massive scale. (Noise, including as well as seaweeds) the pools are very nice, everything was neat and clean, especially the toilets. General information about the vacation in Bali: for the week ... stay in Bali, I would recommend first and foremost to make excursions, it is really worth seeing sites, temples and prospects. The hotel was generally very good. Facilities, cleanliness, food and rooms were OK. The beach was clean, but were again and again a kind of algae and seaweed washed ashore and also in the water you felt. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the noise level, even though we are not especially sensitive. The hotel is very badly soundproofed and we heard from the neighbors, as well as other guests on our floor hear almost everything. Even if people across the hall were steps we went in our rooms. Furthermore, the hotel is in the entry area of the airport-plane ... throughout the day and especially at night about. Not very pleasant, because the noise was very disturbed. Us has fallen it very well in the hotel. If you also something noise on the beach (motor boats and jet skis) can do, we recommend the this hotel to anyone. It is certainly more beautiful beaches but it are also three nice pools compensation in the area. The staff of the hotel was always super nice and small repairs were done very quickly. Food in the restaurants outside, there it is cheaper than in the hotel. We are the 'nelayan' gone, there is also something German. Gladly again so we travel there ☺ read more

Nice hotel with great facility
Annoying was the noise small in the breakfast room. The Deluxe room are located on the other side of the street a little bus character has what you from a security guard on the street is run.

If you complained here at this hotel, you should stay at home. Grounds and rooms top - staff very friendly. We stayed for an overnight stay at this hotel and had to our Singapore-stay a little short wanted somewhere we could really relax; and also found in the north continues, before we left.
