Hotel has more types of rooms. It is medium sized friendly hotel and has 2 parts, main building with all facilities and the other building on the other side of the road with rooms only. We have spent 2 days in the main building, breakfast inculded in the "Discovering Milan" package. Very kind staff, breakfast was excellent with hot meals, fresh fruits, cakes and everything. Wifi was working both in room and in the lobby. In the lobby 2 computer was available for free (half an hour) Friendly free coffee corner (coffee, tea, water, cakes) in whole day, 8 free ... soft drinks in the mini-bar. read more

Very nice hotel in a good location. the hotel is located next to the main railway station and right next to the metro. From here you can reach the city center but also quickly comes out smaller towns are easily accessible.
The room was also very beautiful. fresh towels every day and always beautiful clean.
At breakfast you could find everything, what the heart could desire. here was really for each something thereby (International breakfast)
Also the staff was very courteous and helpful.
I can recommend the hotel to 100%. read more

A medium-sized hotel, with a small entrance area. The entire facilities are outdated. Breakfast was included in the (high price) - otherwise it costs 12 €. The guests come from all over the world - thus it is quite a colourful mix. The internet connection was lousy - although I was assured several times that the connection was superb .... And I would have needed one like that as well. The hotel probably meets all the makings for a four-star bunker, but compared to other four-star hotels in Europe's major cities, it is misleading. read more

Hotel Berna is 'brilliant location. The proximity to the Stazione Centrale makes it the perfect starting point, in a few minutes one is at the metro and from there out can easily and quickly to the center. If you want you can also in about 30 minutes to walk. Hotel is in a relatively quiet area and staff is friendly and we were very satisfied with everything. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger be otherwise everything was OK. read more

The hotel is good, but could be a thorough renovation tolerate. The rooms are rather small, but still very quiet. The location of the hotel is great, about two hundred meters from train station and 1 mile from the city away read more

We were for a short break in Milan in the hotel Berna. The hotel consists of the main building and a new building ' on the opposite side of the street. This is a small street with little traffic and within ten seconds from one is in the main building, in the reception, breakfast, Internet, etc. were located.
Our room (quality room) was clean and spacious. Bathroom not small or large. pretty much the center, but in good condition and clean. The room had a safe, TV (including two German channels) and mini bar (free!). Unfortunately the air conditioning was ... not really effectively (probably centrally controlled) so it was quite warm in the night, but what with window opened far (5. Floor) was unbearable.
Since we already to ten o'clock in the morning in the city were we still could not check in, but our luggage at the reception in the room Bagagge deliver.
The huge breakfast buffet was a dream. Everything what the heart desires for breakfast, and something more. Fresh bread rolls, ham Italian, cheese, cakes, fruits, hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon), and much more ☺ It was already almost to good start into the day.
The location of the hotel is also very good. about 500m (Statione Centrale) from the main station away in a small side street. About. 25 to 30 minutes walk from the cathedral. But with close convenient metro (Statione Centrale) easy access to the entire city to reach. Single fare 1, -eur. pass 3, -. To either buy in the metro or the many magazines and a souvenirständen.
All in all, the hotel was in the price/performance expectations and has promised compared top, what you on the description has expected. read more

The hotel Berna lies only three minutes 'walk from the Milano Centrale railway station. The city centre with underground or tram could be reached in less than ten minutes.
The hotel can be highly recommended. It is 2-piece, the older and the new tower on the opposite side of the street. Both are very well maintained.

If you are the partner hotel Dante in Lugano knows, the Berna is a small decline. The best room category is much to small and not quite hangers in the closet with four, two people do not unpack your bags. No other storage space and a small bathroom! I have three days from the suit-case lived. The is in this price range, not OK! Breakfast is perfect for italy and also the garage. Apart from that, everything was great. read more
