We book this hotel for about 20 years, nearly every year (2012= 25-year-old Anniversary of the hotels!) and were always perfectly served. Very good breakfast buffet, restaurants and bars. Clean rooms, friendly and always helpful staff.

We spent four days in the hotel. We had more expected us to this hotel, also on the basis of the good reviews and the high price. Our room was very beautiful, very clean and with all the amenities you the expected in a holiday-Inn. Has us the hotel but not convinced. The area is much to small for the many room. At the pool the couches are close to each other. At the pool were only playing children, although children pools are there. A swim in the pool was not possible. The beach is on the busy street to ... reach. Patong beach is hopelessly overcrowded-the. Couch at couch.
Positive we must stress the quality of the breakfast. It is everything what you can. The room is not very comfortable but, reminiscent of a warehouse but.
Patong is very noisy, dirty and it smells terrible everywhere. Phuket is a fully built and is worth a trip. read more

The room (studio) are extremely noisy. The air conditioning in front of the hotel area through the offenenen hallways to the hotel rooms audible. The balconies are on two seats available not. Positive: no Minibar refill, everyone's responsibility is for the filling (mini-mart) eiswürfelmaschinen on the hotel corridors. The breakfast shines with a very good selection and presentation-a reason chose this hotel to have. Patong is but no must, and should be considered. It is quieter hotels in neighbouring bays. If you want to stroll in the evening is the place to be. read more

Everything was very schone unfortunately were very many children in the pool for the adults, although it two children's pools were super nice, so it was something to wild and loud. the food was in every restaurant in the hotel was excellent and very friendly staff. The beach and the sea were unfortunately very dirty of rubbish and waste. read more

Very pleasant hotel in a surprisingly quiet location. Although we traveled in the rainy season, we had the first four days never rain. Under the big umbrellas at the pool a short good dining. We will definitely come back. read more

Good time in Hotel patong never again. The place is very dirty and is to be the most expensive in the whole of Thailand. Prices in first line at European level and sea also not very welcoming. Totally overcrowded tourist destination. The hotel itself: everything is nicely laid out. Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, everything was fresh and tasty. Furthermore, you can sit nice al fresco. The pool area was very nicely arranged, but during the day also very crowded. The surcharge for busakorn-wing figures, there is very much quieter. Furthermore, there is a separate pool where is ... nothing to do. Rooms are nicely decorated and a great bathroom. You have to ensure, however, that you get a room facing the street. Patong beach is really not a nice place. But we didn't use as a base, so it was fine for us. The island is great, just at the landlord a scooter or motorbike around and explore the island. Right on the beach You can take the boat to freedom beach-a dream! read more

The hotel is very clean, has a great location, one must only over a road and already is one at the beach. Also restaurants are a lot of good it in the surrounding area. After a sleepless night in burasari change in this hotel. An excellent hotel, the many children due to its size, despite very quiet is. The food in all the restaurants was cheap and very good.
