We were about 25 years with our child in this complex, in the ensuing years, we have Playa del Ingles
Avoided and us either for another island or one of the hotels in Maspalomas decided. As a part of a short break we wanted to see, which the hotel has become our summary: stay paid off, we really liked the complex. We had a bungalow with 2 bedrooms in the middle the hotel, because of this very quiet, since no impairment by the streets.
The hotel is very well-kept, it only bothered us the 'carpet' to the pool. In the ... other part the hotel the area around the pool tiled. There should also be improved. We had booked half board, we would not again make. The half board in a restaurant nearby restaurant. Here there was then each evening a ' 3-course menu ' with 2 hautgerichten, generally fish and meat, but also times pizza and. Not suitable for vegetarians. The majority of the guests on the complex are self-catering. With a repeated booking (which is not excluded) we will choose a variant. There are loads of reasonably priced pub in the more immediate vicinity.
The location is for Playa del Ingles ideal, good access to the dunes. The buses run also nearby from, one is fast at the beach in Maspalomas, if you don't by the dunes run want.
Even a call to the operator: wi-fi ended approximately 5 meters before our bungalow, was a little annoying. So lavish, but a full supply not be.! Before we next booking, not in 25 years, we ask before for the situation! read more

Bungalows good overall. Unfortunately, ants, with unique application of insect spray but keep in check left. Besides that very clean. Nice quiet area. Very well maintained. Beautiful pool also for small children. Only the artificial turf in the pool area was a bit filthy. We had the half board, this was in a restaurant nearby was served. Food was average to below average with less choice. read more

Were the 4. time in Playa del Ingles, this time for the 1. time over christmas & new year's eve and for the first time in Parque Romantico. Great facilities, very well maintained, a superb pool (with children's pool) the incredible is heated, 2 children's playgrounds, 3 tennis courts (free of charge-rackets, etc.), incredibly friendly staff from the charwoman to the reception manager, nice restaurant with delicious food & possibility for ' inside or in the sun' food, and. All in all a perfect hotel for the perfect holiday-both for families with children, as ... well as for couples. The complex is centrally located (5 minutes to Cita, 10 minutes away in the dunes ) but nevertheless nice and quiet! Will be 2013 over christmas/new year's eve probably again \u263a read more

A very nice and with body to detail designed bungalow area. The bungalows are furnished nicely with a small kitchen with equipment (dishes, coffee maker, stove, microwave, kettle), german tv, living room, bedroom with 2 beds and large closet with a safe and a small bathroom (was clean, but here and there be renovated). The room service cleans up daily by, but the beds you have to make your own and occasionally refer. We were very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and the helpfulness. When we made a complaint because of a wrecked duschschlauches had, was a leg aisgerissen, the ... problem to quickly resolve. To eat you had to go to a neighboring hotel (approximately 250 meters). The is however very pleasant and you get a menu. Not high cuisine, but we were satisfied every time and full. In the morning, there was breakfast buffet with all, that you need.

We are because of the good reviews on this hotel and must say: it is really very nice here. The staff are very friendly and hard-working, the bungalows daily (except on holidays) cleaned-if you have dishes leave, the cleaning lady the rinsed off, the pool is very clean and neat. We had room only booked-but in the reception building is a small restaurant, in which we from time to time ate. Everything was delicious and diverse. If we didn't want, in the restaurant/reception food, we just our food ordered and then in the bungalow it. As a family with two ... small children ideal \u263a self catering one must run also not far. Very close is the Cita with a german bakery and several supermarkets, where one gets everything, what your heart desires. Also the beach is not far and more than reachable on foot. We are definitely coming again! read more

Great holiday. The Parque Romantico offers an idyllic white bungalow area with two pools and tennis courts. Especially offers it is a peaceful location. About the food I can't say, as a self-catering in the bungalows is possible. There were drawbacks only for the separate beds and uncomfortable pillows. A renovation the establishment in the next one to two years would also not hurt. However can you enjoy the sun and not in the bungalow hang out. Apart from that was the value for money nothing to complain about. For this hotel you need when booking no bad conscience! read more

A very nice, quiet, zentralgelegene bungalow area. Although we had a bungalow in the smaller part the hotel in vordester row and no opposite. We went on loads of trips, for our purposes the ideal accomodation. In the evening one is fast on foot on the promenade, in the shopping center or on the main street to eat or for a cocktail. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our coffee maker was broken, we told the cleaning lady, and a quarter of an hour later we had a new machine in the room are. Some kasterln were a bit ... old, but it is important, that everything is clean and there were no complaints. As everywhere it depends stop on staff at. The complex is tidy and clean and only by key card entrances. Has the advantage that only guests have access to the grounds or pool. The garden together with the romantic bungalows dehumanise an idyllic picture away from 5 story concrete bunkers. read more

As a result of the overbooking we had to ( 4 adults persons) with a 3 -room bungalow exp. Despite relationship with such a small bathroom not happy. Our complaint at the front desk was incompetent treated. Overbooking is usual and we had to accept, that it is a breach of contract, it seems not to care. The guide made an effort, nevertheless had to for a compensation be negotiated as a bazaar.
Although we usually nothing to complain about had and the hotel nice and quiet, this house, we are entering not more. read more

Spent our honeymoon there. Unfortunately in all bedrooms separate beds... But it was immediately a solution found and the beds together. Beds not so comfortable. But you still got the possibility on the sofa bed at night. Apart from that really all great. Staff very nice and friendly. Bungalows clean and cozy designed. Facilities very well-kept. Pool on some days a little over- chlort, but apart from that clean and even for children great. Guests were totally mixed, older audience, as well as families with small children...
