The hotel is general the 4 stars and it is a prominent point dreamlike view. Because the hotel by coaches was full and it was late in the afternoon arrived, were the big room all away and we had to us with a somewhat small room with especially a tiny bathroom be satisfied. Especially the staff at the reception and bar were very friendly and in a good mood. It was very pleasant stay. read more

To us the hotel lies wonderful, although the relatively busy street it is very quiet. The lake view from the room is very nice, you could the shipping, surfers and sailing and watch the visit of the ducks wake-up calls. We were by car and therefore flexible, what the accessibility of our objectives concerned for example malcesine, ledro lake, Verona. On foot you need 5 minutes to the center, what at the beginning of very good visited, evenings had all bars and restaurants open, the end of of the vacation however strongly decreased, probably the season then just stopped. The ... hotel is completely fine, the food not spectacular, but good and for the a week also varied. We would definitely stay there again. read more

Well-kept, somewhat older hotel ( respectively there were two adjoining, the put together were). We had the half board plus, so drinks during dinner included and afternoon coffee and tea. The guests were mostly English and German. English over 60, German mostly over 50, not many young people. read more

    I say so: rather to the English taste. We had unfortunately very hard mattresses, whether the however on all beds applies I can of course not say. As mentioned carpet, two single beds, the together were, but also very easy apart slid off. Our bathroom had no ventilation, was apart from that reasonable but from a four stars bathroom rather a bit further away. The hair dryer was in his performance actually not worth mentioning and there were no tissues. Minibar was available, safe also, however subject to a charge. Wi-fi in the whole hotel, bspw 30 minutes for 0.50 Euro

    Breakfast all together as you at a four star hotel expected. In any respect plenty of choice. Bread and the bread rolls were at the German criterion measured not so good, but reasonable. There was fresh fruits, but also very much canned fruit, the fruit salad morning stock bspw only this, the evenings was with fresh made. The only really disappointing for breakfast were the beverages. The juice was the past and more from sugar and water. The coffee you 'tap' from a large thermos was rather weak and tasted also not outstanding, but still better than the coffee drinks from the machine. The brühte the coffee in other words unfortunately with working -powder and not with ground beans. Lunch we never in the hotel eat, so I can't comment. But there is a selection of snacks, like pizza, panini, fries and so on The afternoon also included was, was the speech not worth it, unless one is English and drinks like tea ;-) the coffee drinks were we already described above, the working -device prepared. The dinner was great. Drinks also self-service, all about water pumps, also the wine. The red wine was bspw Bardolino, I found him very good. The beer forest, gem. My husband thoroughly drinkable. As mentioned the food perfect. That was our first Italian vacation, all hotel food which we up to now had (also five star hotel) that was actually the best. Not completely as much selection as leg 5 stars, but who is also always food? So cold appetizers and salads, 2 different soups, 3 different noodle dishes, 2 meat, 1 fish and various side dishes. Always a massive piece parmesan. To the dessert, different cakes, creams respectively mousse, fruit, ice... Plates were cleared away very quickly. In the morning it was however already sometimes difficult set table to find, if you came later, since then already again for dinner eingedeck was.

    Catering as mentioned half board plus. Staff a zealous, but not everyone was friendly. At the bar / on the terrace you had to also already times longer wait, when it was busy. In the restaurant mostly wortloses clearing of would be removed dishes, welcome also rather behavior. But if you as a guest was friendly and said hello, / thanked you, the staff were also very friendly. Cleaning of the rooms reasonable rooms have carpet, but a right clean impression made, I believe every second day fresh towels, so exactly I have not observed. At the front desk could all with whom we spoken very good German. The remaining staff ( except the zimmerreinigungspersonals ) can in any case so much German, that you for example on German drinks can order, English but everyone.

    A pool with chairs directly at the hotel, in the indoor pool we were once, both basins nothing special large, but a few rounds to swim adequate. There is also a 2 small' pool area', the somewhat remote of central hotel building is located, in terraces in the old zitronenhainen designed, minutes a quite small pool, but apparently not chlorinated was. But you can really great pool chairs and if one this hotel down left also in the garsasee jump. Beach you can but rather less call, firstly, because it at the end the boardwalk, regularly ferries dock and not lots of space is. If you are in the lake Garda want to swim, you should public ' beaches' prefer, left from the hotel there are two small, right onto a large. Evening entertainment there was also, bspw solo entertainer.

    Great location respectively great view of lime! I believe no other hotel so a great view ( from the terrace) on lime as the splendid palace-I found the every day on the new just great. Nevertheless very close to the center, no 5 minutes. There are shops limone enough. Of course souvenirs of any type, but also clothes and shoes, but rather upscale. Two supermarkets ( a spar) the however not too large. Direct excursions through various ferries with which you for example after malcesine or riva del garda can drive. Market is in limome only once in the month and was not at the time when we were there. We were in riva del garda and desenzano, although in desenzano the biggest should be found in riva somehow better and beautiful.

Lovely hotel bad management

This was a beautiful hotel, wonderful location, excellent food and drink. However the experience was ruined by being in the lower rooms on the 9th floor, we were next to the generator room for the indoor swimming pool, the noise at night was unbearable and we didnt have a full nights sleep the whole week. We complained on 3 consecutive days but to no avail, there was no Manager available or willing to come and talk to us, we were ignored totally. The reception staff did not understand us and when they did, did nothing to help or address the ... complaint. They were not helpful. What a shame a lovely hotel let down by bad management who never contacted us once to see what the problem was or if it had got better!! The restaurant and bar was very good. The indoor pool was lovely but cold. The pool outside was lovely but again the guests putting towels on sunbeds was very annoying, we didn't get a sun bed for about 3 days!! All reserved but no one on them, this needs addressing now. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again, i like my issues to be addressed and someone to speak to if i have a problem. Fortunately this hasnt happened before, but if your staying and if your offered a room down on the 9 th floor don't take it especially 902,903, or particularly 904!! read more

    The room itself was small but very clean a nice bathroom and a good shower. Unfortunately a real trek across the whole of the hotel, to a lower part a nightmare with cases, and late at night. Difficult to find at first, with no help. A terrible view being lower down a brick wall outside and a side view through the edge of wall to the lake and limone. A very noisy room you get no sleep down on the 9th As its right next to the generator room. For the indoor pool. No one is interested in this although they have had many complaints.

    The staff in the hotel generally were very friendly, the cleaning staff were excellent. The restaurant and bar were friendly although spoke little English. The rooms were very clean with maids in every day, and clean towels every day. I didn't find the girls on reception very friendly, and no one helped with suitcases although we had to trek right across the hotel to the other side, very confusing lay out, and 2 lifts and 2 lots of stairs. No management was available at any time to speak to about any issues, and although reception were there they had no authority to say or do anything and hardly spoke English.

    The pools were lovely but very cold. The sunbeds were rather crowded and unfortunately unless you where there at breakfast time, a towel had been put on by selfish guests , you had no choice but to go elsewhere as you could never get a sunbed.

    The location and surroundings were wonderful! Really close to the town a couple of minutes walk. We had two excellent trips, and many more across by boat, lovely. Lovely little town with lovely shops and restaurants.

Sharpened food and great service. The hotel is only 3 minutes limone,2 minutes to the Investors away. Has a direct access to the lake. I will this hotel book again next year! read more

We were with our 3-year old daughter 1 week there. We super felt at ease. Food and staff super. Unfortunate was only, that many older locals were there and our daughter almost the only thing child was. We had really not to moan have super felt at ease. read more

We had a double room with lake view (against extra charge) when Lidl booked, received a small room in the ground floor with only a limited view of the lake. Apart from that were the service, the dishes in the restaurant not too complain about. read more

We had a beautiful relaxing week of vacation, the food was very, very good. For dinner were all drinks free we found that sharpened Our car we have the entire stay not Move. read more

This choice of hotel for us was the absolute right decision. Whether service, kitchen, room, cleanliness, friendliness, And so on everything with us a very good impression leave. Location absolutely super: the hotel lies about 150 meters away from the mooring, as well as the city center. Very good food: the Speisevielfalt, the quality, as well as the variety were very good - I hadn't expected. Cleanliness: also here I was positively surprised - not even at the top of the doors dust-the balcony furniture and the balcony railing were cleaned daily. Negative: from the taps was the most chromium runtergescheuert. Room: the room was quite small. To watch you had to get into the bed beach chairs. As seating possibility there was 2 chairs. The small room has a spacious roof terrace, as well as a bar (you didn't order ) with a view of the entire sea balanced. Here you could with bad weather good stay. The indoor swimming pool ( also the sauna) is quite small, there is a changing room possibility; apart from that it is beautifully designed. Altogether the hotel is very quiet. The passing street is located in the front desk, the bar and dining room. To the rooms one drives up to 4 floors down. The renovierungszustand is good. read more

Beautiful short break good value for money. Very beautiful view and good location with nearby options for shopping ( on foot reachable in a few minutes). If a somewhat older decor and older audience that didn't bother us, this very good hotel advised. We will definitely stay there again. :-) read more

Recommendable hotel. Top location, everything is in Limone to reach on foot. The view of the Lac de Garde was unique. Service and food are not to be exceeded. Dreamlike Limone must be seen! read more

Very nice gelegentes hotel. Problem is the thin ceiling you can hear the Fußgetraple, and in the hallways the tag of the children of a Floor to the other. I also had a Parklatzproblem. read more

We were with Neckermann in this hotel. The baby was bed inclusive. We had in the room still plenty of room for a small children's play area. The bathroom was large enough and very clean. The lake view was from the side somewhat limited, but nevertheless very nice. The mini club was unfortunately still closed, our son with 2. 5 but I believe too young. The staff were very nice and child-friendly. In the restaurant there were 2 high chairs. The food ( large buffet) was very diverse, varied and everything tasted very good. That was with me still never ... so, since I rather picky-). Are also the beverages inclusive. The indoor pool was small, but really nice, to splash around a little, or a few shorter laps. Two small points of criticism the are mattresses ( a little hard) and the self-door which is next to our room ( unfortunately a bit loud - only in the morning) was. If busy it is could with the parking spaces a little tight, but there are, in addition, pay in the underground garage. For wheelchair users not really suitable, since we only 2 ways in the place found, the lead both over stairs. (Perhaps ask?) If we go on this side of the Garda lake want would, we would certainly to this hotel again drive. read more
