The rooms were new and modern equipped. The beds were large enough and not through convenient. On the balcony there is a small drying rack. A flat screen tv depends on on the wall. Air conditioning also worked well. A kettle is in the room available. On the window, as well as at the balcony door there was a fly screen. The rooms were regularly cleaned and beautiful decoration of the towels on the bed. Filled mini bar is in the room.

The food was ok. Hungern must you not. It repeated within the 2 weeks, which everywhere so is. It was not always fresh. What lunch remained remaining, was evenings the casserole made. Outside the grill master and there was grilled food. They were always tasty, but we had for a long time to line up, because it meat ( so we had the impression) extra slow prepared. All dishes in the restaurant were lukewarm, so please always fast to the table walk, otherwise is the food cold.

The service was ok. At the front desk was speak German and always friendly. We have on the way there the bell boy missed. The cleaning of the rooms was done well, there were tip, the cleaning lady even more trouble. What noticed, that the entrance area/ stay area always also very late time (10:30 P. M.) from the cleaning ladies cleaned. It was not dirty but it was vacuumed. So after the motto 'looks like we are clean'. Attention should rather on other things to be directed. If the hygiene is. The coffee machine at the pool bar smelled sour and the old cloth at the ice bar in the snack bar was also not very appetizing. The wooden table at the snack bar were not regularly cleaned. Days dirty, filthy and sticky. As special guests/ groups arrived, were the tables polished and there were at once waiter at the snack bar. There was the first time dressing at the snack bar. The food became suddenly for 2 days very good, that staff in the dining room had suddenly a new chic uniform at. The guests differences are, is not ok. On the last night our mini bar already cleared, fridge empty. That isn't on at all. Probably the hotel has bad experiences with vacations made.

The shallow pool is nice. It was from the morning until the evening animation offered. The entertainers made a lot of effort. At the beach you could volleyball play. The tennis court was very neglected and not maintained. For tennis games, the own tennis balls to bring their own. The balls are there a catastrophe. Albena is a tennisparadies. At the front desk you can buy a internet card for 5 Lev. Buy, where one 1 hour the internet use.

The hotel was newly renovated and therefore have a star to give. One is on the ground in the hotel confused, it is now a 3 or four star hotel. It is everywhere something else. It makes from the outside regards a well-kept impression. One sees closer look, may be a small faults on. Guest structure, everything mixed, little German.

The hotel is directly at the beach. The strolling promenade is also just a few strides away. Albena is a small quiet place. For children is very much in the place offered, since the child heart on. The beach is very beautiful, light fine sand. Albena is a place for themselves. Who peace and beach searches, is in the right place here.

Good but way too small. Cleanliness of the staff is ok, since cleaned daily and cleaned.

Repeated dishes and not very good

By the pool one must be careful, since the loungers to close is possible and hardly any space to walk there is. Even for children it is definitely not sure, as long as these are small as at home.

Also the furnishing of the hotel has become obsolete and should be repaired. Although the last renovation in 2010 was, it has the hotel clearly necessary. In previous reviews let you, that it only German tourist there. So well, we had straight times 3 counted. Apart from that was the hotel of romanians, russians and locals used.

The location is really very nice and directly at the beach. So really ideal for a nice beach vacation

The rooms are approximately 17 meters² large and the oh in a good condition, it has everything newly renovated. On the balcony you could easily sit and the great view enjoy.

There is a main restaurant for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner with an outdoor terrace. If you were late food you will find outside always a table. What tollwar, live music, view of the see simply great. The food was varied and there was always something delicious gefunen! What we didn't like was the children's buffet, hardly something that children like. The same unfortunately also at the snack bar!

The staff were to in any case friendly and helpful. The rooms for our taste clean deseamed could. The childcare was great, great mini club and you have a lot for and with the children made! The Alltours-travel guide was a joke, he wanted his excursions sell!

Every day there was classes (aerobics, bbp...) the good. The pool I found small and if you are thinking of in the high season to travel, then it will be critical. Otherwise get per room 2 loungers and 1 umbrella, that counts for the beach. Cleanliness could much better his, if simply times which one wipes off.

The hotel looks from the outside old, but you'll be inside surprised.

If you child travels should the shuttle from the airport be not far and this is of varna about 40 minutes, which absolutely okay is. The hotel lies right next to beach. In the evening you will find directly on the promenade many entertainment possibilities for the whole family! But also many shopping possibilities!

The bathroom was very nice apart from the odor from the plumbing problems.

The food was varied and therefore something for everyone. Delicious were the small cakes undoing. Very tempting! The barkeeper were all very friendly and accommodating. The cocktails were brilliant! Where do you get so cheap 4-4.50 leva cocktails?

The staff were very friendly. Many have very good speak German. The raumplege was always very creatively with towels. The we liked and sometimes also laugh.

High praise goes to the entertainment! Your since great, jupi jupi! We have have fun with you again.

One is to jerk twitches at the beach. 200 meters maybe! We had a bummeltour after varna planned but it was so hot that we were in albena a few clothes bought. There, there are a Aldo supermarket the 24 hours was open. There is very many excursions. We have a Jeep safari tour, waldfest and aquapolistour made.

Double room in the bunk bed, 1 closet. Was already tight but not cramped. We have the 14 days weathered. Air conditioning worked very well, mückenschutztüren and grille in front of the window in the bathroom were very comfortable.

Restaurant with a view of the sea and places to sit on the terrace. Always something delicious found, but after 14 days then stop every meal known.

Not everyone spoke German, but with English one comes also far. Helpful staff, and if you own friendly look, it shouts also of the forest.

The animation was unfortunately the worst we had ever experienced, although it is a Alltours club hotel. Very small team, children's disco in the lobby. Children were also in the kids club, but then found the tarnished program not at all instead of and so on.

Decent clean hotel, room reservation was about 2010, good condition.

We had a family room, that means two together, the double room, only separated by a connecting door. We had accordingly also twice, that means 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony, 2 tv ( not the important). That was really great. The rooms were well maintained, also furnished nicely. From a bathroom it stank from the drain in the shower, this was already many a time criticized, but with a darübergestülpten cups you could also fix it. We arrived at the friday morning and tuesday not even in the bathroom swept respectively in the remaining room vacuumed (the living area with carpet laid out). I have complained on tuesday then, afterwards it was then suddenly, everything was well cleaned.

There was 1 main restaurant with an outdoor terrace and view of the sea, as well as a snackbar for details at noon, a pool bar. And a bar, the in the entrance area is. The quality of the dishes is overall also nothing to complain about, the selection was however more than poor. Every day there were as a side dish rice and so-called 'fried potatoes' ( potatoes in disks in fat fried, without any spice, onions, etc.). There were often fish and chicken, who here of no lovers is, had often lost. Outside was every day freshly cooked but always chicken and a whole fish, that means with head and so on for cutting. For cleanliness was not a priority. So you could get lucky, if you want a clean tablecloth had and the crumbs from the previous guests poured out were, which so good as never the case. The floor was sticky throughout the dining room, so that one always' schmatzende ' noise left, if you with flip-flops on the way was. The crowning however is the snack bar: plastic plates and plastic cutlery ( I haven't hotel with all inclusive-service experienced ) everyday the same: pizza, balkanröllchen, salad ( if you white cabbage and red cabbage without any dressing at all can be so called), fettgebratene potatoe chips. The used dishes were from the staff also not cleared, so that the tables within short time totally trashy appeared. Here one could not quiet conscience food, without running the risk of, something wegzuholen. To the dessert there were then do ice. Disaster! The garbage bin overflowing and by the leftovers, the around the garbage bin assembled, I start only not at all at. I think for a four-star hotel ( for the it is) very bad conditions.

The employees in the lobby were all quite friendly and understood and spoke also partly quite good German. In the morning and evenings was the reception with a currency exchange facilities, in which you his money a very good course could change, which was very convenient. The employees in the restaurant seemed often mürrisch and warped no expression, some of them were but also very friendly. On the cleanliness I will down still dwell. The laundry service we also once taken into account, our towels to clean, which super folded, next day they were already done and for 4 towels we had to 18 leva are charged, which completely okay was. My complaint, which the cleaning of the rooms concerned, were immediately cared for and you have very friendly response.

The animatlon has a good job, the shows were as a part of the possibilities, in any case what we saw, good. The pool area looks small and could in any case a bit deeper, swimming was not great possible, crowded it was at least middle/ end of August not, as the majority of the guests at the beach went. So you always got a beach chair, was not a problem. The cleanliness here however also again to be desired. There were at any time the loungers with a hose hosed off, let alone the cushions. The loungers and also the cushions were always dirty, the cups on the tables next to the chairs, the guests forget had bad wasting everywhere, were on the next day still there. I would still understand, when staff shortages prevailed would have, but this was not sunday For the pool area were several employee responsible but they were probably not responsible or played dear maps or made it under the sun screen comfortable ) the crowning was at the pool bar the coffee machine. pottendreckig, absolutely disgusting. The hotel is outdated however in good condition. Reception area/ lobby nicely finished and everything was clean, what you from the rooms, the pool area and above all the snack bar can't say. Nationalities: too many romanians, some German, russians many families with children. Towels could at the front desk for the beach borrow, per day 3 leva per towel.

From the airport varna we are about 40 minutes drive, which completely okay was. The hotel is directly at the beach, just across the promenade and you are in 2 minutes to the wonderful broad, clean sandy beach. Also you are within a few minutes in the center with many stands, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Excursions many offered, also in the absolute price-performance -proportion.

The rooms are for a four-star hotel too small. But otherwise does not exist to moan.

With all inclusive you can't filet and parma ham expect. For me the food was good and tasty. With more staff and ideas you can more variety offer. Glass sparkling wine before the dinner at the front desk I found nice. In snackbar you should itself let which break in. Pizza was perfect, but always quickly. Salads, potatoes and hackfleischwürstel are too monotonous. Cakes would have been nice, or even a burger! With the drinks there was the local alcohol and beer from the barrel, juices and soft drinks. For a few leva also moderate cocktails and imported drinks. -but for all including all typical. -often plastic cup also in the hotel.

For all inclusive it was usual, that you all self service. There are mostly friendly staff the a the vacation enrich, other make only their job, or the not even. For perfect service you should then 5 stars or not all inclusive. Rooms were clean, sometimes also beautifully the bed made, depending on who on duty. Perfection there was only in Germany, but we had nothing to moan about-we were on vacation.

The 4 girls of the entertainment were not pushy, but did a good job. As they just were four of us had I strong praise for the evening show and the children had great fun. If you wanted you could -, the other had their peace. So perfect. The pool area should be increased, there is only a pool and that is not for swimming-rather for children. The sea nd beach are the beautiful. Loungers there were always enough.

Prefabricated building hotel, but great renovated, you can't complain Albena is a town with lots of hotels at the beautiful sandy beach with small toristischen shops and entertainment possibilities for families. The hotel on vacation to the end of the season in August many romanians with small children, as well as yet German families. Albena was especially for families with children, from o'clock is peace and the path are dead. Nightlife does not exist.

Through the poromenadenstraße separated directly at the beach. Small shops are not far away. It is centrally located in the village. The neighboring hotels are nearby, so is with music and animation until o'clock to be expected.
