A wonderful location. We stayed for the umpteenth time on the complex and are in september again 2 weeks there. We lived even this time stay in a family suite with a separate bedroom.
The rooms as the entire area are clean and the grounds very well maintained. read more

The rooms are a good size, with a small kitchen counter. Condition is good, everything is very well maintained. Really clean, the floor was sparkling every day new. It was in the corridor/hallway carpet.
We had half board, which was sufficient, since in the vicinity lots of small restaurants and cafes were. The food was overall good. All-inclusive is worthwhile definitely not. In the hotel for 24 Euro all inclusive to book, which is quite expensive.
For extras (but you definitely not need), you had to pay: wi-fi in of the lobby 1 hour 4 €, 1 day 7 € ..., safety deposit box 16,25 Euro per week, bag 1 €, billiards 1 €.
The schuleferien were there, were the guests 60 and couples with small children, most german, but also other europeans Norway, british, french. Overall very pleasant. read more

The hotel is somewhat outdated now.
Everything is very clean and neat. However, the a or other be renovated. So were tiles in the bathroom bailed out and the bathtub had some places, after rust looked. Also the mattress was in bed already very worn. The doors were a bit leaky, so that it on days with strong wind also in the room very drafty. This was especially at night unpleasant, if you the bed had to leave, as it was only very cold in the room been to.
The room had a safe. However, the on the floor in ... the closet appropriate. This means: if you want to use the safe you can on the floor.
But apart from that is the hotel recommendable.
The food was always good stocked. Each taste could to each time something delicious find. But were the prices for beverages in the evening quite steep. (i had booked half board) so for half a liter of wine 10 Euro! And a cup of coffee 3,25 Euro. read more

Even if the again and again announced renovation still not done, the hotel is still only most warmly recommendable!
The ' flaws' in the facilities ( for example the ageing furniture, leaky bodies in the bar in heavy rain, not quite ideal fahrstuhlverhältnisse for disabled, missing air conditioning, may especially disturbing in the middle of summer (?!) But 100% ig offset by the location and kind of the hotel, especially however the kindness ... and courtesy of the entire (!) Staff in all areas, the cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel and the excellent cuisine regarding quality, quantity and variety the menus!
While new guests were perhaps this or that 'fault' may be inconvenienced while that will (?), can regular live, especially if must be taken into account, that a 'complete overhaul' of the hotel sure 2 stars more, but also the prices for a much higher!
We have stayed 20 years in january to this hotel, also know lots of hotels on Lanzarote and other kanareninseln, but still convinced, in this hotel ideal conditions for a few beautiful weeks of vacation (especially in january) to find. Nice hotel, good location right next to the promenade, quiet on the left side of the bay.
Restaurant not by elevator to reach (not accessible for disabled people).
Staff are very friendly, food after a week not very varied (everything repeats itself).
Unfortunately in case of bad weather no heating in the room!
A hair dryer there was also not.

Well-kept, clean hotel with some restrictions.
Here only once the positive thing:
Very friendly, speedy staff and good room service. Facilitities are very tidy and clean.
The food to the breakfast and dinner is in buffet form presented. Varied and tasty (warm, cold, fruit, fish, meat cakes.).
Now a few drawback:
The price for a bottle of beer, 0,33 liter, San Miguel is 3,25 Euro to eat. The water bottle 0.5 liter, handed in a peru time bottle, 2,25 Euro. I think a little exaggerated.
The safe in the room must 3 Euro per day ... be paid.
Internet is per day in the lobby with private device for 30 minutes free, apart from that 20 Euro the week.
The average age of the guests at our time of travel, at the end of january, was estimated 75, the was funny at the buffet, with a dining room with about 300 persons occupied. read more

A great hotel on a great island with the best location with good cuisine. Sure because of of age already a bit shabby. As well as the pools, the already a few mosaic tiles had lost. But all no ko. -criteria. The friday the cleaning of the rooms forthcoming, the maids are very loud (tables, chairs and beds back) and a little bit mold in the badewannenfugen is, the cons. Have all rooms a big balcony with a dreamlike view of the sea and a view of the neighboring island Fuerteventura. Playa Blanca the st tropez the Canary Islands. A ... little bit more expensive than the other places. A beach promenade, a yachtahfen and a pedestrian precinct, as a none other place. The nationalities are here balanced - Puerto del Carmen and teguise are very english. The temperatures were in january great. 21-23 degrees in the shade and 32-34 degrees in the sun. So it was from 10:00 until 16:00 o'clock just lovely at the beach. The bathing in the atlantic with 19, 3-20.7 degrees was pleasant. Definitely a rental car, in advance in Germany/ internet book and the island and their beaches explore. With the Fred olsen is one in 18 minutes for 20 €on Fuerteventura. We were the 2. time for new year's in the hotel and it was so good like last year. The staff very accommodating and friendly, at the front desk one understood german very well. We got even a family room with wonderful big balcony, although we did not in this category booked. We booked a room with sea view and our customer's request could not be met, therefore we got this great room. The new year's eve feast was again excellent, a great champagne with tapas and violonistin, a great buffet with seafood specialities, serano ham and many delights more. ... The anschlie 0 end of celebration was great, to point out here the entertainers, the mood widespread and then the children supervised. Small drawback were the mixed drinks, which you can still improve could. It was a lot shown, like for instance the in the kitchen used oils and spices, as well as the mix of drinks. Every evening there was an interesting program offered. The promenade invited for long walks. We had also again by Germany from a car rented, the countryside to explore. Although one a lot already knows, one discovers nevertheless nor beautiful stains. Convenient is, that the renting station directly at the hotel is. This was our 3. time in this hotel and will definitely again book this hotel again. Our room was in the ring c. we had a big room, which earlier an apartment was. A double bed, a couch and a table with 3 chairs were in this large room. The balcony was also very big, as well as the bathroom with bath, bidet and toilet.
The hotel is however very badly soundproofed and should broadly be renovated.
The staff everywhere very friendly and skilled. Check-in and check-out worked very well.

Recommendable three stars hotel, very friendly express staff, clean, sunny rooms, proximity to the beach and place Playa Blanca. The hotel is very bright and open built, everywhere cacti, banana trees and of the season everything was beautifully decorated. At the front desk could all of the staff perfect german.
The rooms have a separate bedroom and a balcony or a terrace.
There are several pools. Very many beach chairs and the beach is not 3 minutes away. It is a beautiful bay. The water is very clean!
The food is extremely delicious, there is every days different delicacies. If you on cafeteria food on vacation and the finished dishes you can't on the property, but if the canadian ... cuisine, the freshly prepared fish and meat, great sauces and a huge salad buffet, much antipastie and for dessert cake and ice wants, then you are in the right place here!
Everywhere there were the possibility buy something. The beach promenade invites you to beautiful walks, everywhere one comes to small shops in which one souvenir, clothes, parfum. Buy can.
There were daily from the morning until the evening entertainment. From the sport from then on archery, Volleyball, bingo. To the evening shows. Very beautifully designed. read more
