Hotel Centara Karon Resort Phuket^{(4 stars)}

We had a room in the main house with lake view. The other rooms are partly in bungalows and low-rise buildings and differ in price ranges. Our room was very nice and recently renovated. Everything was very clean and neat. The room and was not huge, but sufficient large. There is a very good air conditioning and tv with lots of channels (1 german). The beds was very big and pleasantly hard. In the room there is nothing to complain about!

I had only booked accomodation and breakfast and this is also ideal, because one evening delicious in town to eat. The breakfast you can either in the main restaurant or in the pool restaurant one, but i decided to do would recommend. The pool restaurant is small and cosy. You get a private table and there is a very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is very plentiful and delicious and constantly refilled. There are both thai food, as well as typical european breakfast.

The staff is really extremly nice and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. With english one comes at the front desk very good. The only problem was the time of the check-in, as we almost 45 minutes wait.

There are a total of 3 pools, with a children's swimming pool with slides etc. Is. The pools all have a somewhat own character and everyone should even try, what him the most. The water is very clean and the pools incredibly well maintained. There are plenty of chairs, however somewhat few umbrellas, you should directly after the breakfast go, if you wanted one. All the pools had a small bar with snacks. It is very relaxed and quiet. Very commendable the fitness studio. Finally, a real studio in a hotel with various equipment and freihantels. Everything well maintained and in shot. Otherwise there was Tennis, table tennis etc. There is no real entertainment (luckily). But there is in the evenings always alternating actions (food, pool party, etc.)

The hotel is quite large and consists of 3 various complex in the middle in a pool is. Investors is very beautifully built with a lot of green and trees around. Despite the size of the hotel it is not crowded and force absolutely not on the feet. The complex and the building is very good neat. Everything is very clean and neat. There is an abundance of staff, the around everything worry. The internet access via wifi is quite expensive, but you can the pcs in the business center use, that is priced okay (around 2 Euro per hour)

The hotel is located in 3. number to the beach in the center of karon beach. To the beach you go around 5 minutes away on foot. However one must say, that in karon no hotels directly at the beach beach chairs, but also all beach road are separated. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. This is really in the middle in it in the place and there is endless lots of tasty eating options. Still it was within the hotel complex very quiet and geschottet. The guests come mostly from Scandinavia (very pleasant) and England (less nice). Because of the broadness the hotel one comes however anyway not necessarily with other guests together, if you didn't want.
