    Big room, very dated and dark, Blinds very hard and either openly or not to, since the mechanism was broken. 2 matratzenbett, very hard. We sleep on hard mattresses, but this was the worst! Pillows, old and agglutinated, super uncomfortable, hard and painful; only 3 pieces for 2 people, not convenient in bed to read. No only shelf for clothes (clear, bugs nest in the shelves!) , only 4 large hangers for gentlemen. Nothing for small sizes. Air conditioning/heating is very noisy, and was not repaired... Tv video projector broken, wrong senderliste No balcony, although it advertised! Bathroom dirty, greasy before the shower, in the corners, on the plug, pretty disgusting the whole. Shower head broken, shower stall was very cramped (circa 70 centimeter wide): for 1.85 meters large people, it is difficult not to push. Mini bar filled, without quotation.

    Breakfast has nothing to do with the photos, 7 days long, 7 ttage the same: cheap sausage and cheese, winterfrüchte, not always from the first fresh, eggs and bacon but not italian. Industry croissants and cakes, everything very ordinary. Wallpaper (fabric covering) spotted, unstable tables. Fresh flowers every day. More appearance than substance!

    Friendly but ineffective if problems arise Understand french. And english, speak however nearly only italian, a bit of english Room cleaning? Unknown! Under the bed it was never cleaned, not even the floor, bathroom obedrflächlich, quite disgusting: better not look! Bugs in bed and pillows! Complaints has been lovingly accepted, but nothing has been done or hardly. (for example telephone broken, was only after 4 days repaired, and, because we were still time weighted.)

Good, central location, nevertheless in a quiet side street located. 4 floors, 3 with lift. Room very badly soundproofed. Furniture already somewhat older, but clean. Free wi-fi, breakfast included International guests, from retirees to the family. read more

    Double room offers for two people sufficient space. Older, somewhat worn furniture. Desk, wardrobe and small flachbildfernesher available. Minibar and telephone available. Small, somewhat narrow bathroom, but really big sink. Room unfortunately very badly soundproofed. If the neighbor in the middle of the night shower, is at sleep no more to think.

    Small breakfast area, but offers sufficient space for the guests. Good coffee, even the milk was warmed. Very good breakfast buffet, wide selection of warm and cold dishes. Rolls/white bread very dry and krümmelig, but in Italy are everywhere.

    Staff is very friendly. English is required. Room was cleaned and towels were changed, even though there was just a night. Staff for breakfast very hard, the buffet soon again to fill up.

    2 minutes from Canale Grande (train station Santa Lucia) and the water taxi stop, 5 minutes on foot from the Piazza de roma, thus no water taxi to arrival, if you have a ' bus or car. Shops and restaurants in the immediate area (Canale Grande) available. About 15 minutes on foot to Markusplatz.

The hotel lies on foot about five minutes away away from Piazzale Roma, it is well without use of a vaporetto reachable. Next Vaporetto-stop is the train station Santa Lucia, FERROVIA. Right around the corner is a very convenient small bar, MITI. The hotel itself has only a breakfast room, a private restaurant isn't available. read more

A typical hotel in Venedig, the rooms are only so large, that one with the run us bed not at its feet einfädelt! The service and the cleanliness were very good. The view was on the courtyard, but in the 3rd floor in Venedig it is very impressive! I would book there again! read more

we were welcomed in a friendly manner and got a room with balcony. The room, clean, nice and practically equipped. Elevator goes up to the third floor. We lived on the fourth floor, room number 401. breakfast was good, however daily right! Eggs, Bacon, juices, muesli, water. Bread/rolls be at the table serves. One day we were hard rolls serves, after complaint they were immediately for freshly baked exchanged. International audience. the rooms are very badly soundproofed. You can hear the neighbors everything, Hear water Running, entertainment, telephone calls -that was unfortunate and has some of the 5 nights my ... night's sleep disturbed. read more

    size of the room for Venetian proportions okay small flat screen with many channels, also German Channels. room very, very badly soundproofed -one hears not only, when the neighbors come home, but also everything in the room next door spoken/done will. Each turn by the glass. Telephone calls eTC. room service/cleaning daily and tidy. so I can the hotel only with restrictions to further-recommend.

    This is the location of the hotel very quiet. No cars, Scooters, pedestrians etc. the noise. near the bus station. A few steps to the train station or the vaporetto. the hotel lies very centrally located. around the corner there is a bakery with delicious bread and cakes. Also are within walking distance restaurants and small Trattorien available.

Wonderful quiet place ideal to relax and unwind, only a few steps away right in the center of Santa Croce and the public transport (trains vaporetto and) also nice restaurants and ice cream parlors at great prices (not overpriced as often as they claim). All in all we were very well cared for. read more
