Hotel is very beautiful laid out. Am as a single person with 13-year old son have been there. The entertainment and evening events are amazing. But the anmiateure from the neighbor hotels in the disco very obtrusive, so this as a single person not recommendable was. read more

About the hotel and its facilities was already much written. Therefore it only briefly, huge and nice hotel, gorgeous garden, the efficient of the gardeners maintained. Large pool area, children's swimming pool area a few toys and slides necessary or at the beach with shade a children's play area with equipment (i in Turkey at the beach great had). Rooms are nice large and clean, a bit shabby but still good. Try in all the rooms bolt and snacks repair and renovate, this would not be a lot of work, but much. Towel rack screw down, drains, a little bit ... of color on the walls! Bathrooms are in comparison the bedroom too small, but still ok. Everything there that you need. Mini bar is included and is regularly filled. If you want beer or water wants to have not a problem, simply the room girl say. Generally, i have on this planet in hotel only rarely so friendly staff and i am convinced, the not fake, but genuine friendliness! In all areas were the staff always helpful, friendly and not intrusive. Room cleaning there was nothing to complain about. Check in was good, luggage to the room brought. In the room was nice surprise with towels and a complimentary bottle of rum! To eat: great, what is offered overred over there. I can some reviews here not understand. I am picky, but here so much, that really for each something for everyone. And if times a piece of meat was tough, then try i just something else from. I have a few pictures and videos uploaded, as you can from the selection convince. In spite of the size the hotel and the lots of tourists was the buffet always clean and tidy and constantly refilled. The waiters tried quickly and effectively to work, tables finger and everything clean up again. Sometimes the tsichdecken be changed, i should prefer to wait a couple of minutes longer and have a clean table. Specialty restaurants we tried all, are ok, steak and seafood have my favorite, is however as already repeatedly written a matter of taste. Mostly it is in the restaurants quiet, therefore also nice change. Pool and beach: towels could every day change, couches enough by the pool and beach, but: the handtuchreservierer went i really annoying! In the morning at 6 (!) Were already many beach chairs were reserved and what is even worse, many of these chairs are the whole day not visited. I believe the people reserve the loungers even if they go on excursions. Here should the hotel itself let which break in, that was a point of criticism! On the Canary Islands one is in several hotels so far, that the towels just away from the hotel staff! And it is! The dominicana is located on the bavaro and we are the beach in both directions walked, in my opinion the nicest and cleanest stretch of beach at all. Beach restaurant and beach bar very nice and not so noisy as some by the pool. Animation team very friendly and very good, beautiful greetings to tobis and the girls. Something to criticism from some: 'one speaks german': Both the jesus at the front desk, as well as the Tobias the animation team speak perfect german! Some employees speak also german, dahre is the criticism unbeerechtigt, we are not in Austria and the hotel has many international guests! In the remaining have the guests in comparison to other locations very well behaved and there were hardly any problems! Desk there are also plenty of, we can recommend the tours with Hans (has already mentioned ), Saona and the country and people tour. In Saona nerves only the salesmen and massageladys at the beach, the you should capture! Still which for the criticism of the internet and the charges: i think it is good, that internet not for free was, me it nervt already, the one was on holiday and everywhere sit the people with the pads or phones. If one with condor flying you can still get a special service, in the hotel you can check in for the return flight and must not the luggages with to the airport take. But: unfortunately one must at 12 o'clock from the room and extension (even if the room free) gives it only against cash. I should 80 $figures and only with tough negotiations, i have 70$ until 18 o'clock paid. Until 16 o'clock should 50 $costs. This should from the hotel flexible be addressed. A clock with the local time and global times at the front desk would hilfeich. Annoying: easter costs the 2 weeks for my family almost 2000€ more than after easter, so much to the subject of family friendliness of the organizers, but the hotel nothing for! If you can you should outside the holiday time book! All together a very nice and magnificent vacation! We definitely go again next year! For who wants it my picture around videos look at. read more

Great hotel. Very good food. 2 things i have to complain about: 1st internet way too expensive. 2. when we were there from mid to at the end of march the hotel was as from the 2. week packed. The result was, that the place by the pool and beach was very limited. That means you had to put on the stupid ' liegestuhlmithandtuchblockierspiel' getting into. After 9 o'clock there were no free spots at the pool and the beach. For me this means to lots of people and too few beach chairs. A shame, the otherwise really everything was ... great. read more

The hotel is reliable. Very good in the furnishings and for offer. Amazing service and very good Dining - the kindness and joie de vivre of the staff inspire again and again. Unfortunately, the mass tourism in the dominican republic in the last few years very increased-especially To notice at the airport, where long lining up with the security and the in the heat ( 1 hour) wearing were (2. easter week ) - a reason in future not more to go back. read more

A well for the hotel a super good for the staff! The hotel was for us, it was very worn. Much is here by Iberostar not alright. We noticed, that everywhere tried to save. The pool must be replaced. Children's swimming pool no slide nothing special very boring. The gardners worked very diligent and good, but the equipment was very bad (you can not have a new wheelbarrow and other costs too much?) The new rooms in the main building are very nice and new. But the blankets had holes in them, as again saved the us is still not ... even in a star hotel happens. It was a review distributed and what it was?! Only the staff they are super why ask Iberostar not even about the hotel direct?! We thank you, dear staff definitely again really great for the lovely time. Klara in the operation. Mirian and alexsandra in the entertainment( alexsandra Angelina loves you!) The love gardner. Simon from the beach, the our kids the crabs showed. And all other whose name we unfortunately forgot. To eat is to say that it was good and plentiful. For us, the dominican republic always again worth a trip. But probably no Iberostar more we would have expected more! read more

We had 10 days in the Iberostar Dominicana spent. The reservation was done in december 2012 as a short-term service solution. Because we in Karibik for the first time were (previously Thailand, Canary Islands, Greece) we were looking for a new destination. The complex has a beautiful landscaped tropical garden. The paths are for such a big hotel relatively short., everything is easy to reach. The beach is very beautiful, the water great. We have a great beach vacation experienced. The food is for all inclusive really good. The entertainment team has a good program (although we didn't like that) ... afforded. Always present but not pushy. That's how it should be. In some places the age the hotel on. The plates partly expired and the pool could once again be updated. Nevertheless did this a great vacation not detract from our stay. Which has gene ffs, is the fact that i for wi-fi had to pay extra (9 Dollar for 2 hours). Thank you again at Damaris and Renato the service (here, many of our waiters a slice friendliness cut). And mr. Speed of the towel issue. His comments will remain unforgettable. My daughter was regular at him and was always decorated with balloons back. Thank you, you have contributed, that we caribbean feeling to take home could. It is really the first holiday, which i gladly extended could have been. read more

The hotel complex is attractive and has a nice ambiance. You have lots of possibilities around comfortably a cocktail schlürfen. The service is very good, the staff always friendly and very accommodating. The drinks are superb, the food could been more diverse and tasty. The offer of dishes was very on the americans laid out. Entertainment really makes an effort - there is lots to laugh about, if the people the monkeys make. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Pool area was big and beautiful. The beach is wonderful, the water a caribbean dream with about 26 degrees. It always ... blows a heavy wind, the but also severe sonnenbränden leads. A major problem is the unauthorized reserve the beach-, as well as the pool are. At 7:00 o'clock are already all the beach chairs were reserved, so that even early risers as we, no shady place got more. Impudent way from 2 persons partly the same 4 beach chairs reserved (2 in the sun, 2 in the shade). The best thing is, that the people then against noon at the beach emergence (or in the afternoon), after their intoxication out-slept. Complaints to the manager were taken note of, but with the sentence arrivial: we get the couch reserving just not in the grasp! For this hotel this is a big drawback and the reason, this stress and annoyance with the liegenbesetzern not do and therefore this resort will not any longer visit. As a tip we can give, put simply the towels on the side and submit yourself on the chair and then it means prayer, that the couch before no bulliger more muscular guy reserved, and now to pounds, that this is probably his couch was. read more

The hotel belongs to a plant with a total of 4 hotels, whereas the dominicana with the Punta Cana convenient form a unit, as all of the services for both hotels are available. The complex is horticulturally nicely decorated, very spacious and lots of hard-working hands clean and tidy kept. Very nice the spacious pool area with different depths and small islands and finally a wide sandy beach with a variety of beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately were already early by ' handtuchasoziale' occupied, so that later arriving either no or only worse places (for example without shade) got. The ... guests come mainly from the USA, many also from south america and Canada, also in the german language area and russians. read more

    The rooms are big enough, the storage space for the laundry is however not lush. An old television had only warm up, until a standsicheres image brought. In the bathroom, small but sufficient and with space, the soap dish from the other, the towel rack at the wash basin were too narrow and improperly installed, at least good washing and shower attachments. The cleanliness was tidy, you should not to high standard.

    There are several buffet-style restaurant, the not always are open, but there are always plenty of options available. In addition 5 specialty restaurants, after advance notification (3 times per week) to be able to receive visits. We visited the 'la sibilia', gourmet restaurant praised. Except, that you tried, us expensive wine sell, we could with the meals little gourmethaftes discover. A bland vegetable soup as a starter, instead of Hummer a crawfish (the on this day also in büfettrestausant gave) with sticky rice, potatoes and broccoli and as a dessert tatin of apple, a cold, small baked apple! We declined to another visit, went the la's marinera, the qualitative also is not any better. We enjoyed the star rock cafe with good fish and funky atmosphere and the without vorabreservierung. Overall was offered a lot, different sorts of meat, fish (tk product), pasta, salads, desserts... Mostly very bland seasoned. Good drinks in every aspect.

    In the restaurants and bars was the service, although not without exception, mostly very friendly and sufficiently quickly. A gentleman at the reception thought, that i a information a restaurant in the house but, even should do, no german in this case, -lacking but still clearly! German alone could be difficult, that means, you have to the right people meet.

    During the day sport, in the afternoon already times' schnellsaufen' as animation, often sharp and restaurant with music acoustic irradiation through various bars and activities, if you wanted to have some quiet, was by the pool and environment wrong. Peace in the regions under palm-roofed umbrellas. The evening entertainment was quite attractive, with dance music from the good house band, or shows on the stage.

Expectations totally outreached. Beautifully maintained tropical area with great vegetation, ponds and walkways. Super animation team in all areas- artistically-creative fun-human, the shows not always, but partly very high. Also otherwise great and cheerful atmosphere everywhere. We liked everything. Golf course very nice and not very much one stressed. ev. Negative points 'too much service ' - food and drinks was quickly thrown away, several times was the breakfast, because you just teewasser or fruit nachholte. Not so friendly front desk staff, otherwise all extremely friendly and kind, whether with or without tips. And nothing for those seeking relaxation, there ... is a ' factories' and always something going on. read more

Our vacation in Iberostar Dominicana was for the whole family a wonderful experience! We did on the first day note, that the balcony door in the kids room not wear left and then - on the way to the dining room - at the front desk reported. When we from the meal wiederzurückkamen, the door was repaired. Much better is customer service not! Also otherwise there was nothing, which is a complaint or deduction would be worth. On the contrary! Never have we ever had so friendly, cheerful staff. - the waiter in the hotel (Hamlet, duany, Mario.) Always ... have any rubbish with our 4 year old daughter rushed. - amarylis knew already on the 2. day, which we to eat want to drink. - and Virginia was tirelessly for everyone, the floors clean, always with a song and a smile. Because of the good reviews we enjoyed our vacation in Iberostar Dominicana booked and weren't dissapointed. The whole hotel area is really beautifully maintained and very clean – quite much praise goes to all of the staff! As already described several times is possible the hotels dominicana and Punta Cana in a common garden area. %blank% the pools, the sezialitätenrestaurants and the beach bar will work of both hotels. Our room was in the main building with a nice view in the palm garden. The rooms are clean and very big with beautiful kingsize beds - have never slept so ... well as-, minibar, coffee maker and lots of counter space. The safe costs per day 2 American Dollar. Had once problems with our safe could not be opened. Appears to be but more often. Adapter are not necessary – electrical outlets are also for ' german plugs' fitting. Food we were actually always in the restaurant of punta canas, as we were a little quieter appeared. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The choice in the evening is also quite large and there were various theme nights. Had sometimes problems a vegetarian warm food to find (if it's not pasta or pizza should be) maybe here they could vegetarian food better mark. The pool area is quite lively-were also in the pool swimming, have but apart from that always at the beach located. The beach is really nice. Shade places are also in the late morning to find. The sea was wonderful. Took long beach walks in both directions done. In our opinion is the beach area of dominicanas and punta canas at the most beautiful. Nice wide with lots of palm trees. The souvenirjagd is through the caribbean street of the hotel or by the ' place ' at the beach also processed. The evening shows in the dominicana were not totally our case-it was very noisy and quite on the american people. We were mostly in the Punta Cana and have also dealing with mamajuana made. You should definitely try! In the evening you can on the cigar shops watch, how cigars are made. Try and non-smokers also a very special urlauberlebnis! Over our travel agent we booked two excursions-land and people and catamaran ride to the Island of Saona. We were lucky and on both tours Hans as a tour guide. Both tours recommend. The situation on the Saona-tour through Cuba Libre is definitely secure! Our vacation we definitely enjoyed it to the fullest and we will definitely come back again. read more

Very beautiful hotel, animation is by the pool, beach and also very noisy at night. Because of the volume is almost nothing. In german language there are nothing at all. The beach is very beautiful but in our opinion are the chairs and screens too close together. And if one beach chairs with umbrella wanted you had to reserve (5:00 a. m.), simply horrible. The hotel with the entire hotel is very nice designed and very well maintained. It consists of a large main building and several bungalows. We were in the main building, which 3 floors and the most rooms includes. We stayed in 3. floor and had a really beautiful view of the garden. Beautiful.     The food was really brilliant. There was a main restaurant, in which there is breakfast and dinner. There is a huge selection of warm dishes from fish with various side dishes, meat and vegetables, fruit, bread and in the mornings also still at jam, yogurt, fresh juice etc. The main restaurant is to the sides open and water and surrounded by greenery. Very nice, even if the basin fresh color would do well. Furthermore there are 2 restaurants at the beach, in which one knows the lunch (until 17 hours). These restaurants evenings to 2 of the specialty restaurants. The tables then with tablecloths and candles set and everything looks the same completely different from. We were in two food. Food was in two delicious, in the 'marinero' (fish restaurant) was the service but better. There are still 3 further restaurants: a gourmet restaurant, a mexican restaurant and a chinese. The chinese we didn't visit, but all other were really great. These restaurants are also included, but you have to the guest service reserve a table. There is also a rock café, in which you do not need to reserve. This we can however not judge, since we didn't use it.

    The staff was always friendly and in a good mood. Many sing at work itself. Everybody spoke english, german many. The only staff, that sometimes a bit unmotivated seemed, was the front desk. Had a question about the cardphone and had the feeling, that already too much requires was. The impression i always had questions and paying the room bill. The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily and thoroughly. The cleaning was also the mini bar refilled, the also included was. It was called was, that it only all 2 days refilled, but ours was every day again filled.

    The entertainment is really great. Almost all of the entertainers speak 4 languages (spanish, english, french and german) and whole day entertainment, however without being pushy. As above already mentioned, it was at the beginning of always with a bit of research connected, for a beach chair at the beach or pool. But the end better. Between beach and pool there were showers and also distributed several toilets. That was really great. The pool and the beach were well-kept and clean. Only some in the pool could have been a bit of paint. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna and gym. But we only used the gym. It contains: 3 cross trainers, 3 treadmills, 2 stepper, 5 spinning bikes and various equipment for body building. Everything was well maintained, but the spinning bikes times definitely needed to be replaced. They are rusty, wheels grind, resistance is in a not set etc. Also were a stepper and a treadmill broken and it took very long until the repair was taken care of.

    The journey to the airport took about 30 minutes The beach is right next to the hotel and the loungers and sun screens are inclusive.     The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They also speak german at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good. Unfortunately we had the impression, that our maid didn't want to clean had. Times were missing the towels, then the shower gel or the toilet paper. We had to us this article then by other maids get. On arrival was our balcony door not more to close. To 2 hours it was then finally repaired. Also we had twice the technician there, because our safe didn't work. Took always 1 hour, until someone came.

The was always very lots of fun and is very recommendable. We would like to especially highlight the entertainer small santo, who spoke german very well. The number of of the chairs at the beach is more than adequate. Unfortunately the loungers also here again very early in the morning with towels taken.

In the large and whole was the cleanliness ok, but you could not look exactly, as for example the surface from the vanity. As there were ... glasses turned off, you could several days after the wreath see. Now and again, it was missing at the little things, for example washcloths were not refilled, milk or sugar were not refilled (also not after 2 days), also, the bar on demand refilled, which we found annoying, since included. Wi-fi only after payment of 7 Euro per hour! Hello? The food was perfect. Every day another issue or country, whose specialties were presented. Steaks were before the eyes, the quality was good. The breakfast was also good. Omelets or fried eggs, what your heart desires, everything freshly prepared. On the balcony there was a small table and 2 stühloe, as well as a clothes horse, which was enough for us. Air conditioning was okay. The communication worked reasonably, since i not good english. But, for a bandage, 1 syringe against pain and 8 tablets rich (almost) 400 $. That is what i call a high price.

    The beach was directly in front of the hotel, however the loungers very close to each other. The beach was regularly cleaned, bin emptied, cups were collected. One had already relatively timely to be, a good place to get. But as we more and more or less the rear were, it was not a problem. Us is however noticed, that the loungers partly already late in the evening with the towels' were reserved. Shopping you could in the caribbean street. However, it is to be careful. I have 2 signs engrave leave, the price per sign 22 $. As i no dollars more and in Euro had to pay, was the result, for 1 sign 26 €! So before action!

We had a very great vacation in the dominicana experienced. The room was brilliant and always top clean. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The service was more than satisfactory, pink always wonderful service. The entertainers were warm, but never obtrusive. Chairs were abundant and for cleanliness, also in the outdoor area, placed a strong emphasis on. To the many thick americans you get used to it in the course of the days. Striking and drinkers russians were not available, we were very satisfied altogether and can only recommend the hotel.
