The hotel with the entire hotel is very nice designed and very well maintained. It consists of a large main building and several bungalows. We were in the main building, which 3 floors and the most rooms includes. We stayed in 3. floor and had a really beautiful view of the garden. Beautiful. There are all sorts of guests there, from families couples of all ages to large groups. There were both german guests, as well as many americans and brazilian represented.     The rooms are huge and furnished typical of the country. There was a balcony, tv, minibar, coffee maker, telephone, etc. The bathroom was also big enough and very nice with an open shower.

    The food was really brilliant. There was a main restaurant, in which there is breakfast and dinner. There is a huge selection of warm dishes from fish with various side dishes, meat and vegetables, fruit, bread and in the mornings also still at jam, yogurt, fresh juice etc. The main restaurant is to the sides open and water and surrounded by greenery. Very nice, even if the basin fresh color would do well. Furthermore there are 2 restaurants at the beach, in which one knows the lunch (until 17 hours). These restaurants evenings to 2 of the specialty restaurants. The tables then with tablecloths and candles set and everything looks the same completely different from. We were in two food. Food was in two delicious, in the 'marinero' (fish restaurant) was the service but better. There are still 3 further restaurants: a gourmet restaurant, a mexican restaurant and a chinese. The chinese we didn't visit, but all other were really great. These restaurants are also included, but you have to the guest service reserve a table. There is also a rock café, in which you do not need to reserve. This we can however not judge, since we didn't use it.

    The staff was always friendly and in a good mood. Many sing at work itself. Everybody spoke english, german many. The only staff, that sometimes a bit unmotivated seemed, was the front desk. Had a question about the cardphone and had the feeling, that already too much requires was. The impression i always had questions and paying the room bill. The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily and thoroughly. The cleaning was also the mini bar refilled, the also included was. It was called was, that it only all 2 days refilled, but ours was every day again filled.

    The entertainment is really great. Almost all of the entertainers speak 4 languages (spanish, english, french and german) and whole day entertainment, however without being pushy. As above already mentioned, it was at the beginning of always with a bit of research connected, for a beach chair at the beach or pool. But the end better. Between beach and pool there were showers and also distributed several toilets. That was really great. The pool and the beach were well-kept and clean. Only some in the pool could have been a bit of paint. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna and gym. But we only used the gym. It contains: 3 cross trainers, 3 treadmills, 2 stepper, 5 spinning bikes and various equipment for body building. Everything was well maintained, but the spinning bikes times definitely needed to be replaced. They are rusty, wheels grind, resistance is in a not set etc. Also were a stepper and a treadmill broken and it took very long until the repair was taken care of.

    The journey to the airport took about 30 minutes The beach is right next to the hotel and the loungers and sun screens are inclusive.     We had the junior suite 3894. The room was a bit shabby and not very clean. See note under service. As we have stayed in several ibersostar were, amongst others in Mexico, Cuba or Dominican Republic. -bayahibe, unfortunately, we have to say, that the worst room was.

    The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They also speak german at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good. Unfortunately we had the impression, that our maid didn't want to clean had. Times were missing the towels, then the shower gel or the toilet paper. We had to us this article then by other maids get. On arrival was our balcony door not more to close. To 2 hours it was then finally repaired. Also we had twice the technician there, because our safe didn't work. Took always 1 hour, until someone came.

    Who has desire, can the whole day by the entertainment belustigen leave. Around 12:00 a. m. was always water aerobics in the pool or at the beach. The was always very lots of fun and is very recommendable. We would like to especially highlight the entertainer small santo, who spoke german very well. The number of of the chairs at the beach is more than adequate. Unfortunately the loungers also here again very early in the morning with towels taken.

The hotel is relatively big. The guest structure from young to, which we met had, 91! The room was every day cleaned, if now and again late in the afternoon. The bathroom was for our terms in a disastrous state, for example hung the cable from the hair dryer was from the wall, the towel rack was probably sooner or later give up the ghost, since the screws from the tiles hanging (s. pictures). In the large and whole was the cleanliness ok, but you could not look exactly, as for example the surface from the vanity. As there were ... glasses turned off, you could several days after the wreath see. Now and again, it was missing at the little things, for example washcloths were not refilled, milk or sugar were not refilled (also not after 2 days), also, the bar on demand refilled, which we found annoying, since included. Wi-fi only after payment of 7 Euro per hour! Hello? The food was perfect. Every day another issue or country, whose specialties were presented. Steaks were before the eyes, the quality was good. The breakfast was also good. Omelets or fried eggs, what your heart desires, everything freshly prepared.     The size of the room was good. The closet was enough for 2 people. The room itself was in need of renovation. On the balcony there was a small table and 2 stühloe, as well as a clothes horse, which was enough for us. Air conditioning was okay. The mini bar unfortunately only on demand refilled, as well as the coffee. The size the bath was sufficient, the cleaning also, the condition even corresponded rather to an three stars hotel

    Over the friendliness the service you can't complain. They gave themselves large trouble, the guests to converse. German of the waiters is enough barely from. The communication worked reasonably, since i not good english. But, for a bandage, 1 syringe against pain and 8 tablets rich (almost) 400 $. That is what i call a high price.

    The beach was directly in front of the hotel, however the loungers very close to each other. The beach was regularly cleaned, bin emptied, cups were collected. One had already relatively timely to be, a good place to get. But as we more and more or less the rear were, it was not a problem. Us is however noticed, that the loungers partly already late in the evening with the towels' were reserved. Shopping you could in the caribbean street. However, it is to be careful. I have 2 signs engrave leave, the price per sign 22 $. As i no dollars more and in Euro had to pay, was the result, for 1 sign 26 €! So before action!

We had a very great vacation in the dominicana experienced. The room was brilliant and always top clean. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The service was more than satisfactory, pink always wonderful service. The entertainers were warm, but never obtrusive. It was our 2. stay on the complex the Iberostar hotels Punta Cana & dominicana. The hotel we have re-elected, because we the last time really liked a lot and we the offer and the quality of food and drinks, as well as the different bars, the also in the evening open, very appreciated. The year's stay we were not disappointed, it was a great vacation! If i had a criticism to be, is only to mention, that the buffet in the main restaurant unfortunately only a weekly interval has. That means in week 2 there again the same food ..., such as in the first week. And the buffet area was rebuilt and is now small, as at our last visit. The but with visits to the specialty restaurants good arranged. read more

We are 3 where as a family in a suite at the dominicana and evaluate almost everything very positive: food, staff, facilities top, beach ok, but the music in all pub, the animation at the pool and beach has a volume, a umwirft. The band plays great, however way too loud, the entertainment burns itself with 'applause' -call and ' klappi - klappi' -something to applaud animate expected in the head, so i am now in the last days were already correctly disgruntled the entertainers opposite am. My request the music silent to make, are the entertainers inadequately accommodated, in ... the pub not at all, since this was controlled centrally. We also have the hotel manager our request under consideration-he has itself thanked you, nothing happened. Therefore hotel would be really nice, only we consider this duration -speaker sounds not from and will therefore not be back. Apodosis to the beach: the surf is extremely, not suitable for small children. Ever we had the entire 3 where the red flag, which means as: not swim. And something else: the device in the fitness center are rubbish. Both stair machine did not work, from 5 cross-trainers only works a, music also here you loud! read more

We really had a beautiful holiday in this hotel! The value for money the hotel absolutely true! Some have in the neighboring hotel with 5 stars and then annoyed, since you paid more than we do with our 4 stars but absolutely the same the offer for food, room, activities and so on had. So beware -4 stars to book, then it is cheaper and may the 5 star area good. (the only difference to the 4 stars and 5 stars hotel lies that, that you are in the 4 star hotel at 3 no room service anymore, the a ... for example a steak at the bed!) The food is really delicious and there is something for everyone. The only thing i complain about dignity is, that vegetarian food is a bit better identified may. Sometimes it was not clear, whether now meat in it or not-i have then just asked. In some hotels in the Turkey are vegetarian meals with a v on the tag before the food are declared-this could be the problem in dominikana solve. The rooms are huge, spacious and really clean. The bed each 2. day freshly referred (except one, the cover on the floor), towels every day freshly changed the bathroom is anyway really clean! So if you stay here find any dirt, we must really long to find one! Our urlaubsbekanntschaft had a small problem with ants. Shortly after you at the front desk we called was the exterminator and eliminated the problem. The beach is really very clean. During the night is always a lot of seaweed washed ashore- on the next day immediately picked up. At our beach strolls we noticed, that our hotel was the cleanest beach of all had! One runs the beach right a few hundred meters high, you get to stores where traders bags, towels and so on offer. Small tip: is your hotel on the inside, so that the traders can't see from where you are-it is the price made. Oh and action is absolutely necessary. The sales assistants are totally unmanageable and say original goods for sale. I took my bag of 55 Dollar on 15 beaten down. (and this is actually still too much) The bars in the hotel are really great! You get tasty cocktails and rum especially recommendable! The animation is ok. I am rather the quiet observers and found the beach toys really funny. All entertainers were really nice, come just to chat-but if you don't want to disappear again! The evening entertainment in the theatre is so so. Partly genuinly well, if professional dancers and singers are invited, but also very loud! You can really bad time if the times loose-put! The location and the general service can be said, the fact that everything very maintained. The gardners worked the whole day and the beautiful park. The staff are very friendly and all have the whole time a smile! So, now times the small negatives! 1. wireless internet in the hotel you can to the wireless net access if one for it 7 Dollar per hour is charged, not split apart is. Because of my job i am on internet abroad and it was up to now always so, that the wifi free of charge available stood. The hotel should move with the times and its wireless network for the guests open, the berufstechnisch your emails or the like must check. I so every day 7 Dollar for briefly my mails to may. Way too expensive (and a whole hour i had also never used)! 2. in the hotel there are some really nice restaurants. In the rock cafe (or as it always is) and the mexican restaurant freezes you almost see, if you eat. The air conditioning is think eich on 16 degrees! One runs from the restaurant skin it a nearly if one were against the 27 degrees outside runs! So a little less air conditioning would have been good! Otherwise i nothing to moan about! read more

Hotel and beach are just amazing. If you bring your purse into the immeasurable milk can or wants, is here great value for money. The hotel employees are always hard, the guests the stay as pleasant as possible. From the cleaning staff to the waiters in the dining room are all extremely friendly and have always a smile on the lips. Our room had no view of the sea, was very big with a freshly renovated bathroom. The coffee coffee machine will be our new 'must-have ' for future versus are.     Since both restaurants the dominicana and the Punta Cana can be used, we have just the chosen where in the evening less people were. Meal gives it with both enough and the specialty restaurants are great. The buffet repeats itself after about 1 week, but still sufficient variations to choose from. Highly recommend is sea food restaurant by the beach below, perfect steak and lobster ☺

    Excellent service and friendliness of the staff. At first we had a room with 2 single beds (as a couple!) And view on the rooftop of the restaurant, after a call at the front desk was immediately on a king size bed and great view changed. Tv in the room was a good size, the reception occasionally but somewhat friable. English super channels Fox, tnt series in english available, german were partly recorded (due to the time difference) and repeated after some time.

    Absolutely gorgeous pool in double execution. Test and the entertainment was great funny, after the 3. day they knew already our name, and were also very pleasant after we then but never participated, but only lazed have ☺ never pushy and very anxious perfect vacation to make. Showers, beach chairs in abundance available. Reserve is basically prohibited, is but nevertheless many and was a bit annoying when the haunt is reserved and around 11 e is still not there is.

    The considerable size of the hotel leaves nothing to the imagination, since 4 Iberostar hotels next to each other, with the Punta Cana fully adaptable could be used. Distance to the airport about 30 minutes, although it sometimes a bit take up all the people in the bus and you are from the airport whcih, who without transfer bay can take a taxi to the hotel drive, according to the information from mitreisenden costs one way circa 40 Dollar. Location and the beach wonderful, desk for example Saona either from dressel divers or other agencies at the beach offered. We have Saona already on the dressel divers homepage with 20% rabat and everything has worked perfectly!
