The worst hotel, that I have ever had in Phuket. I would have on my previous speaker hear. The check-in took forever. First we had the booking, as another person came with almost no English. The view from my window, of a brick wall with many other rooms. 2.50 meters away about. To request another room award, it was bringing. I would be happy to pay a little extra. The balcony was less than 1 metre. You could just a cigarette outside in parking smoke. Draw up a chair product impossible former. The hotel apparently had the name changed. ... I had dinner once, the food was delicious and the staff friendly. Other comments I would save at this point. Never again! read more

We go every year gladly again anytime there. We have everything for a long-term, what we need in immediate Environment. The pool we stayed mostly to ourselves. Hotel is very new and no tour operator connected, so a inside tip for people, who look for the silence. read more

In principle, we can recommend the hotel. Note, however, that we had a room, did not close in the door( noise in the corridor very good factor) and renovation needy was the bathroom (sink did move around), as well as Toilet lid and ring should be changed. Pictures of rooms on website Freshly superior has not met with our room. At least there were double beds room. Tv-satellite reception was partly bad. Very good was safe and fridge in the room-even air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. A direct way to the beach ... lead to a small sewage past. While some seconds must be the air. Location very good-quiet with a small possibility for shopping and several restaurants. Next to the hotel twice a week a market. read more

The hotel has a good situation at the edge of Kata Beach, 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the night life district in Kata or Karon. Everything was very new and the rooms were always clean and furnished to feel well, with love for detail. Breakfast was good and the room service at normal restaurant prices was very good. Internet was available in the lobby or WLAN at a small charge. In Sepetember everything was still under construction, they are buidling a new, large pool, the street was getting redone. read more

    The rooms were not very large but furnished very well with desk, space for baggage, closet etc. and were very comfortable. The bathrooms were new and very clean, European standard. Towels, bathrobes etc. were available. Room service was very good.

    The breakfast was good but nothing special, the room service for normal restaurant prices was very good. The restaurant food was very good, there was spaghetti, club sandwhich, Thai dishes etc., a good mixture.
