As a 3 star facilities reasonable in a good location with large rooms and something shabby decor. In the area forth in the winter quite quiet, if not in the bar in the evening for a long time and loud party (once during the nine days). Mostly hard-working and helpful staff at the reception. The cleaning crew did their job very neglectful. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, subject to location of the rooms at night disturbing can be. Be careful! There is room with very poor view shortly before the wall of the neighbor building. read more

There were 'only' three stars, it is therefore simply furnished. The furniture have already gotten a bit old. May which renewed, as well as the mattresses.
The staff were always friendly and helpful! The food varied and always fresh!
Nevertheless there are people the fact something to moan about have!
Of the location, of the food and of the staff I recommend the hotel further. read more

Hotel apartments panorama big hotel and the condition is ok.
Cleanliness of the hotel was all right besides in the rooms. And in the dining room the paint on from. I had half board and was very satisfied. Food was varied and always fresh. The staff were very polite and helpful. Guest structure almost everything was represented. Average age was with 20 to 60 years. read more

The apartment was huge, had a kitchenette, living and bedroom, furnished balcony with view of the sea - that's why excellent. The breakfast was against some getting used to, a bit musty atmosphere in the breakfast room, bread always somehow dated and fruit from the can. Nope-we would not again book... read more

I had for me and a colleague low cost studio. However we got during the check in spontaneously a studio with sea view, as just one was available. Otherwise the staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is on a peaceful location, however one is nevertheless very fast at the beach and in the various restaurants and bars. We would immediately go again.:-) read more

If you want a anspruchsloes hotel only for sleeping searches and merely breakfast catering in addition Bay, is for this hotel nothing wrong. ( bus stops in the nearby environment for excursions convenient)
It was a lovely vacation, however the hotel we would not choose again.
Here are some observations:

Really beautiful vacation very good value for money - you can for three stars no luxury but don't expect the hotel is clean the food is good - it lies in a very good location! The staff are always attentive and friendly everything was clean and the pool was cleaned thoroughly every day - there were enough chairs available! The audience is average somewhat older but in a good mood! We really enjoyed it and we would in any case come back! read more

After some reviews had read, we have some fears, but we were of a better informeth. It really is a small, nice hotel. If you don't degrees the time of the restaurant food, one gets immediately a place in the comfortable restaurant. Waiter are super nicely and also times for N to have fun. That food was every evening different. My highlight was always another pizza - delicious. I was very impressed with what has, that even for breakfast, from every country the typical US-English, American, German. Everything for everyone. Of the location it is also okay. You have a ... small piece to the beach run, but in April you make the because of the temperature it was rather rare. Nearby you can have a great shopping and the bus for excursions runs also right around the corner. I think for some the peace and quiet search just perfect - far enough away from the noise but density at for things to do. read more

small hotel in great location, Ot San Eugenio, about 170 apartments, to 50% sold. About 30 apartments with a view of the concrete wall from shopping center! The apartment and studios are around the pool in the hillside built, from 2a 5 floors with lift.

We were with a small group (28-45 years) in the hotel. In contrast to other hotels with three stars this hotel was rather bad. But we were fortunately out all day and only in the evening in the hotel, but not on the terrace sit and talk, certainly not laugh as the extremely thin walls all neighbors bothered us. The structure of the guests was in the 60 years, but what the concerns nationalities mixed. The location was okay, but not great, the beautiful beach you had to walk a short or some stairs. Entertainment in small bars was okay ..., but really to be there, where which is loose you bus. A small purchase centre was equal to nearby as well as a bus station. For travellers under 50, I would not recommend this hotel. Also not as a group of more than four persons. The staff were visibly irritated us to arrange the tables in the restaurant and wanted always to separate tables. Generally I such an unfriendly staff (except 1 waiters, the front desk at the check out and the cleaning ladies) ever and I have stayed in many three star hotels. When we arrived it was partly really very unwanted. Despite second birthdays in our group there wasn't't even a map from the hotel (last year in a third star hotel in Tenerife even to map a bottle of champagne). Questions at the front desk often gooey and annoyed when we. The rooms were very shabby. Separate beds, small kitchenette with not really usable content. The safe you could easily carry ☺ Unless the tree window there was no window in the dark room! And direct by the pool our room had one could not really open the curtains on the move if you don't want to be etc. observed. A couch and a desk without table. Bathroom was okay, not really nice but okay. Grounds and pool were really nice. The food in the canteen in a hospital reminds, already better 3-star seen. Little choice, but you were already get full ☺ we do not have leisure offers used since we all day with the car the island to have explored. Unfortunately, there was only one friendly waiters, the rest was rude. I had the feeling that young people and small groups are not desired (we were not party group). read more
