It is a small, cozy hotel in a central location, from the outside not so appealing but from the inside very beautiful and comfortable presented. You feel good!
The cleanliness in general was alright.
Breakfast tasted us very good, for everyone participates something!
A average age was in our opinion not, it was well mixed ☺
The hotel is in a residential area, that's why we could the costs for the underground car park save, what was also very practical. Straßenbahnfahrkarten we were given for free at the front desk.
Unfortunately we could first from 14 o'clock on our room ..., but for the size of the hotel is perfectly understandable. read more

This modern hotel lies just a few meters from the train station wilhelmshöhe. Room and bathroom were reasonable. A great thing about the hotel is a modern setting because of its location very good

We felt at ease. The breakfast was ok. The sonntgasbrunch with 16 Euro too expensive. The bathroom was a little cold. Apart from that for the short stay good. Overpriced is the hotel's own parking garage. (15 Euro per day) directly one cannot guest parking. Close proximity to train station wilhemshöhe and public transport is top. read more

The hotel's design in the foyer /restaurant area and a very small however quite beautiful wellness area refresh and enhance the apart from that very average and not really 4-star rating becoming services of the hotel at. There is a decent equipped small fitness area. The staff are extremely young, highly motivated and pleasant, from 4S -hotel-standards but with check in and in the restaurant-business far far away. Amongst others there were no pressed hotel-information in the room or the front desk - an obvious verbal briefing there was at the check-in but nevertheless not, but I 'might' the services ... free of charge on a computer in the surf google?!? The food I thought tasted rather hausmännisch with very strong flavor, the choice ok. In front of the hotel were 3 days cigarettes on the lounge tables, ashtrays not emptied. The room to the side of the road was quite small but functional and clean and tidy - however there was a safe.
With small expectations for a few days because of the central location at the train station recommendable. read more

Great hotel to the fair price, good atmosphere and good food. As: whale songs in the elevator. The driveway in front of the hotel there is unfortunately with bollards blocked, so that one only presetup can, if no further car behind it. read more

Typical seminar hotel or for a short overnight stay suited. Room forward quite loud ( traffic) also constantly the elevator door to be heard. Very friendly staff, sumptuous breakfast buffet. read more

The hotel lies close to the train station Wilhelmshöhe. By bus one is fast in the town. We were on the Dokumenta. The rooms are as usual in Penta hotels rather small. We had but a very good view. read more

Our room (18 meters²) was very clean and well equipped ( big bed, rain shower, sky hd...)
What a little missing, was a hotel reef for example with restaurant menu, check out or times.
There were all sorts of guests there.
The hotel has a underground parking garage, which we however didn't use, since we were very near the hotel, partly in the adjoining lateral road always a free parking found. read more

The Pentahotel Kassel is great for a visit is documenta -stay. It lies somewhat outside, but the train station Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe, as well as lots of buses and S-Bahn trains are in a short period of time to reach on foot. But also the garage Friedrichsplatz in the town is for a short shopping trip not as expensive. In the Pentahotel Kassel you can car for 15€ per day in the underground garage guest parking. We were only one night there, however the hotel convinced us. The only we want to critize could, was the eingestaube shelf in the room. On ... the linen or ( daily) cleaning the room we unfortunately nothing say. It is in any case the varied breakfast buffet, the almost leaves nothing to be desired. If 17 €a bit expensive, it is really recommendable. The hotel staff were always friendly. Nearby the Pentahotel Kassel is the city, which after the strenuous documenta -hike very relaxing. read more

We were there during the visit is documenta and on a hot weekend. Unfortunately the hotel has no air conditioning. That leads us to, that for breakfast ( what in my opinion no 16 €worth it was, but good standard ) for example sausage and cheese under a uncooled Plastikglocke couches and in the rooms an extreme heat prevails, the opening window brings unfortunately more noise as cooling. The hotel's location is good, the friendliness of the staff very good, however seemed the front desk somewhat overburdened, if more than three guests a-or check out. Restaurants and bars are not ... really within walking distance, but the train station in the immediate area, parking was also no problem. read more

The hotel is for one day OK. However is the design in my nAugen totally in the pants
Gone. It was tried by some element the hotel as design hotel to sell, but
It looks, thanks too much Kitsch rather cheap. The red shirts of the staff are the optics unhelpful.
The rooms are pretty small and lives, the cleanliness in the bathroom was not the best. Internet one gets only on payment, these with us however not works. The staff, which in general little competent
And in its simplest expression questions no answers (there were 3 staff for the ... check in necessary.?).
Could not help and so an expensive service number be called, which also no real
Help was. Costs for the used internet were not refunded.
Overall you can say, it is okay for one night to spend there, longer stay I would stay there
Do not like to spend. read more

The hotel is directly located next to the ice train station in a residential street. A practical building with which was tried, through very simple (design -) element the everyday environment brings a. As place to spend the night a reasonably priced alternative, if you not that much expected. Breakfast is in relation to the price very good. The city can be reached by tram from the train station from, which takes some time. This is the day pass is in the room price included! read more

Clean bed, quiet room, good night's sleep, this is a bit more as half the rent in a hotel. The hotel was excellent and I can recommend it.
However the shower is a real Impertinence! One has the American System, so a bath with a shower curtain, and happy initially if the large rainfall showerhead does. The changes but in the moment suddenly, where you can enjoy the faucet bothersome and the knob for the shower head is: there is no rain shower, but a Nieselregenbrause, the wetting of the body device the puzzle, just right then the swill the ... soap! Obviously the Duschleitung a choke installed around water to save! I wanted the thing work and the existing handbrause use-is not, which was shut down, why also always!
The service is good, the breakfast room was however at all 3 days chronically crowded, the responsible lady gives but all but somehow a spot and if it in a bar stools is; is possibly with the documenta together.
The location right at the train station Wilhelmshöhe is very good, direct connection via tram to city center. In the hotel price is free use the public transportation included.
To documenta: quite an event, the you once participated should, even if you surely not all exhibits definitely with the title 'art' mistake would like. Everything in the environment is very good organized, the city and its surroundings were also worth seeing, so that a few relaxing days are guaranteed. read more

In short, the hotel is not 4-star standard. Decor in bed & breakfast hotel Syle. Despite modern and probably newer room decor worn. Some rooms were musty or very noisy elevator next door. Staff overburdened. For this rate, there is clearly better and you can ask. read more

I was with my daughter and had two single room. In my opinion way too expensive for Kassel.
The lady at the check in was' cool '; when checking out long queue; too slow.
Room was' nice '; design interesting. I go there not any more.

A really delicious and rich breakfast buffet. A great latte macchiato; the you could every morning so! The hotel is beautiful and modernly furnished. Especially the' open Raumkonzept' the front desk and the restaurants has contacted us! The hotel staff is very helpful and competent. We would again at any time stay. read more
