We stayed in the autumn to the off-season. In spite of the a few guests the service very good and left nothing have missed. It was all in sufficient quantity and at the buffet had no fighting live broadcast will be. Since not so much was going on, you could pools at any time a lying chairs available. We were in the off season as the last guest in the hotel, before it closes. Therefore hardly guests still there.
Not 4-star standard was, that also evenings only the pool bar was open and thus all drinks in plastic cups was served. That was rather camping!
Was not appropriate, that the beach chair mattresses by the pool for 1,50 Euro per day rented were. Under all inclusive I understand something else.
Food was plentiful, varied and very good.
Recommendation by myself for families: quad hire for one day! Have fun for very little money! And at the end ... the beach of Malia, shortly before the ruins, the offroadpiste unsafe! read more

The imperial Belvedere is a very animationsreiches hotel for your next family vacation. It is in the best beach location, the climate is pleasant 25-30 °. A disadvantage was, that the beach mostly overcrowded and for the loungers had to pay. The offered animation and care of children are varied and diverse. My daughter (11) would prefer moved over there \u263a. The culinary offer is also very good pronounced. I am for the food mostly very critical, but i was completely satisfied. There is really something for everyone. Restaurants, bars and shops are close at the hotel or can be ... quickly and easily reachable by bus. A highlight for everyone is the Star Beach waterpark, a few meters from the hotel away. Leisure activities is possible the water at the beach available. Also we were with the animation team of the hotel in a zoo nearby, the is however can only be recommended, if you have no fear of snakes has. In the first room we had a small row, but after our demand on the next day a new room get. Unfortunately was there something techn. Altogether is the complex ageing, when it rains it rained not only in our room, but also into the lobby, the bar and the restaurant purely. The food was little varied and not well prepared, partly too fat. Almost every day there was the same or at least very similar dishes, the day to day rather tasteless without seasoning cooked. The food touted very English kitchen and the, although hardly English guests were present. That all drinks outside of the restaurant in disposable beakers 0.2 liter were served, was very unpleasant. The staff were friendly, but in the restaurant ... nothing special attentive. A smile would be nice to have. I wanted to in the evening a glass of wine or possibly something else drink I had to to the neighboring sister hotel royal Exchange, the bar but only evenings at 17 o'clock opened. On the last day of vacation we wanted the room 6 hours keep longer, with 40 Euro we were there. The flooring around the pool, but also on the trails the complex, was a smooth Granite stone, the rain in a glide plane transformed ( specifically pool around, have the children constantly long made). The beach chair mattresses by the pool cost 1,50 Euro per day, the you should then also ourselves and them were dirty otherwise. The pool towels costs extra. Every day 2 Euro per towel. The location of the hotel at the top of the hill is for young people okay, but for our grandpa the was (82 years) very laborious. We were content so far and we had a great vacation. The size of the complex however, you can also worse room get. Our family room were very big and with 4 beds equipped. A wonderful vacation, there was nothing to moan.
The staff are very friendly and speaks very good German.
Complaint? Not a problem, was done immediately. Staff at the reception was great.
The staff in the main bar was amazing! Funny and always in a good mood.
The food was very diverse and totally delicious.

We were two weeks there in the autumn holiday and it was total limited. No entertainment, the cushions of the chairs outside were removed. At the beach the beach chairs were cleared. The water park has to. In the evening you could just sit in the bar or billiards (surcharge) play. The pools were extremely cold. At least there was an indoor pool, but it was not very warm. You are in the autumn holiday-makers second class. The money was worth in the summer. For us, it is never again in question. read more

Royal & Imperial Belvedere resort-two hotel-location of the hotel on the hillside, you can use both hotel outside everything, Hotel shuttle bus bound to a timetable, water park (partly for an extra charge), small beach, pools on three levels, whirlpool (= salty) in October too cold for swimming, food Oh well, you can get full.-with Nutella crepes freshly Volt (freaks need not do without) super! There was gyros, souvlaki and Biftaki. Otherwise very monotonous, coffee, juices., squeezed orange juice a glass = three €, all-inclusive = Country alcohol coke and CO from the hose/vending machines. The hotel lies together with the sister hotel royal Belvedere on a massive area in hillside to water back. It expects one-even after the catalog data-a wonderful, unterbauten view of the sea. However there is no immediate access to the beach. Between the sea and the two hotels is a part of the place chersonissos. One view so once on/over various houses, supermarkets and hotels as well as an along the coast current high voltage line, and sees only behind the sea. Most disliked or photos the tour operators are so unfortunately a little incomplete. To the hotel's own beach ... section you have to walk a bit, or from the shuttle bus (several times a day) bring or let yourselves be picked up again.
A additional Complication there are due to the hillside location: it is everywhere uphill/downhill, constant stairs are unavoidable. It is the complex for guests, which is not are light on their feet, very limited suitable. Furthermore everything is very extensive and partially unclear and was nested under construction. In this way are often longer footpaths to manage.
The most rooms the 'Imperial' are in Appartementform around the hotel, almost on the hillside. Thus one had from almost all of the units have a more or less free view the water.
Unfortunately many rooms and the main building even not completely watertight. When it rains are everywhere (also right in the middle in the house) towels from, so as not to ' lakes' arise (danger of slipping!).

From the very first moment you feel well cared for. They are all very friendly. The only thing shortcoming, the applicators by the pool daily for a fee. Nice resort consisting of two hotels. No matter what you book, you can use both Hotel everything. To eat it in the morning American interior buffet, lunch rice, Pasta Pork and veal, seafood salads.
