    We are on vacation normal always in the sea and not in the pool swim, but this time the jellyfish the fun spoiled. It was therefore all the better, that the swimming pool very large and maintained!

The hotel is a modern glaspalst in the middle of nowhere. Most of the guests travel with (partly very small) children, what the noise level increased significantly. Children aged 2 or 3 years should in my opinion around 21 hours in bed its, which many parents probably not see. Anyway the noise level in the (anyway halligen) buffet until late in the evening very high. Most of the guests were russians, which unfortunately-to understand is. Further one believes, without loud music not living can; in the morning and in the afternoon is for music catered for. You can breakfast, half-or ... full board or all-inclusive. read more

    The rooms are huge and clean (as well as the bathroom); the beds very comfortable. Balcony, you should book. All rooms have a sea view, mini bar, coffee maker and so on. The staff tried (flowers, fresh fruits on request, handtuchkunstfalten and so on.)

    There is the buffet, the daily changing themes and 3 further restaurant plus bars, pool restaurant, and so on. The quality of the meals is good to very good, everything is very clean. Due to the large number of russian guests was partly very brusque (dealing with the staff), it is noisy in the right halligen (buffet) restaurant spoken, infants were, although already dead tired at their parents hanging, around 21 hours for dinner razed. And tired children scream now once... And plates, the brimming with food falling leaves, like we don't. The prices are appropriate, alcohol (emirates!) Is expensive: a large beer 7,- Euro, wine per bottle from 35. For breakfast it came every day at 10 hours to bottlenecks lack of available tables.

    The staff is friendly. All of them spoke english, most also russian, german hardly anyone. The employees set from 35 nations and are very hard. Expectations in the restaurant for example regarding the check (and the wine is okay) shouldn't be expected. The cleaning of the rooms was also okay; only we would have it instead of every day rose petals on the bed preferred, the balcony at least, would be once been swept.

    There was a defined, very nice children's area. Animation gives it also, rather a low offer. Why the whole (for example heat in the morning for children) under höchstdezibelzahl must take place, was incomprehensible; i can gangnam-style not more hear. Why does one children at? The pool is very big; the chairs at the pool were to 9 hours all was deserted, but all reserved (although from the hotel expressly prohibited). At the beach it was not so badly. Our tip: the reservations ignore, simply the towels of the chairs and yourself extra. Per person there is a towel (against card), there is nothing to make.

    The airport Dubai is about 2 hours' drive away. Nearby except a gas station (at the one with cheap alcoholic drink) and two neighboring hotels absolutely nothing. The hotel offers shuttles to fujairah (what do you do there?) And Dubai at.

A dreamlike badehotel with the known high arab standard, great to hang out and relax, for water sports there is also diving, kite-surfing and similar in the water. We had ' only ' half board, but with the very rich breakfast- and dinner buffet lunch is hardly a gap in food noticeable, if there are several restaurants as a remedy. The hotel is like a small resort, it is' nothing ' the outside rum-only 2 other hotels. The wonderful and large pool- and outdoor area goes for but also seamlessly into the beautiful sandy beach over, the rooms have absolutely ... full view of the sea on the beautiful outdoor areas in the gulf of Oman, we booked a balcony room without an extra charge on the 1. floor received. The hotel is rather feast in russian gästehand, the atmosphere is absolutely unobtrusive, no hassle or problem. It is just a lot of russian spoken, the crew, that was it but also already. In this hotel it is also very west to, everywhere there are, as of course alcohol. At the weekend (thursday, friday) it fully, because the arabs to the weekend, otherwise you only very isolated. In january the hotel is at best a third occupied, very pleasant in the dining room and pool. The entertainment it's a bit hard, the couple guests to get, it is at high season probably different. Free shuttle bus several times the week after fujairah (1 hour drive) and wednesday and sunday to Dubai (2,5 hours drive). Early register, the hotel bus just about 25 guests and if it is full, it is full. Right excursions are not so many offers, mostly direction Dubai or with the boat to fish direction Oman-exklave in the north. Other interesting points, such as al ain or muscat, are unfortunately 200 kilometer or about 400 kilometer far away. The mountains directly behind the hotel are empty and not touristy use. The hotel is on families and smaller kids, as well i cannot judge. Weather wonderful around 26 degrees. There was a german speaking colleague at the front desk, besides that everywhere english usual. High standard in the room, in the bathroom, free water and kettle for tea and coffee in the room, daily once apples /oranges free to order. Small complaints within 5 minutes. On tv there was RTL, RTL II and ZDF. Safe in the room for free use. Small there are shops right at the hotel, of course a really good equipped fitness center, spa, massage and beauty salon. The fitness center is as usual included. read more

We had the Le Meridien as bath and relaxing vacation booked. Rather positive: Good structural state of the hotel; very good and varied food from the buffet, big room all with a view of the sea, staff are friendly and attentive, the climate is in fujairah (from europ. Winter coming ) very pleasant, not stifling, water very pleasant, it can without larger effort in the vicinity of the hotel snorkeling are, very pleasant: small meal times and drinks are to the beach brought, large pool area (of us however not used); no lack of fitness facilities, massages etc. (of us ... also not used) Rather negative: Bus transfer to Dubai (3 hours just!) Lengthy, hotel bus goes only wednesday and sundays and was very fast (expensive for us, good for the local taxigeschäft.) the staff adopted tip for the loungers- reserve at the hotel beach, the dining room is very 'loud' and feels like an orchestra, therefore very high noise level. Especially for the many small children bad, it took no dinner, not at least one child exasperated and loud screaming after outside brought. It helps the flight at the (very good) theme restaurants (indian, italian, thai ) in the hotel. Here must however extra charge for à la carte meal be paid (also with all-inclusive.). It was very annoying, that for each food and each drinks had to sign. So without any problems the 10 signatures or more on the day. It is for no hotel well, if a nationality above average represents is. In the Le Meridien were 90% russians, even more. Just to clarify: nothing against russians, was itself in Russia and very hospitable and kind people on trip advisor. But it is a ' 5 stars '- vacation hotel not good, if no mixture is given. That would be in my opinion when 90% german, dutch or english not convenient. Animation at the pool i think general as disturbing, particularly if the entire area (also the beach) with music 'geflutet' is. Over several days for a (not touristic) convention group was superb food for outside directly at the beach set up. The additional speakers were from the staff use, in order that will with loud music to sweeten. In short: with children ok, for a relaxing vacation to 2. we would book elsewhere read more

We had this hotel in the port a city trip in Dubai booked. Excursions and deals outside, we did not miss it. Twice weekly a shuttle to Dubai and fujairah, this offer we didn't use it, since we the first part of our trip in Dubai directly spent (very recommendable). To relax and baden it is very good. All inclusive is really recommendable, drinks and light dishes are even the pool beach chairs. The hotel is very clean and very well furnished. The buffet is although not very big, but can always find something to eat, if you chicken and ... lamb would like. Pork hardly gives it, you're in an arab country. A room with a balcony is in my opinion a must, we were able to place this upgrade additionaly book. All in all we were very satisfied. read more

The staff is accommodating and polite. The cleanliness the entire hotels is perfect. We felt very good. Food and drinks were on interantionalem first class standard. The presentation of the buffet we have nice seen. Of course the Russian guests. Unfortunately it is, as in almost all of the uae hotels a evening walk outside not possible-as left and right only desert. read more

    Huge room with a balcony, all on the seaside and a very nice bathroom with a separate toilet. There is a walk-in n wardrobe, an iron and ironing board, kettle, bathrobe. The air conditioning was very quiet. Tea, coffee and was also free of charge. Furthermore, there was also every day 2 bottles flat water inclusive.

    We stayed at the buffet ' views ' breakfast and dinner use it, since we booked half board. The quality of the food we had in other hotels already better. The ambiance in the restaurant was partly due to the many children and russian guests sometimes quite busy and noisy. Some were already unpleasantly by their eating habits and their inappropriate clothes on. It can't be, that you are in a star hotel with flip-flops and shorts for dinner comes.

    To Dubai it is about 1,5 hours by car and 2 hours by bus. There free shuttles several times the week to Dubai and fujairah. We took the shuttle use, because we thought, that we the historic part from fujairah see, but this was not so, because you drove us in a shopping mall outside fujairah's. we found that then not so great.

Modern hotel ( built circa 2005) lies directly at the beach ( indian ocean). Sand and sea with tar laced, varies depending on the wind direction. Otherwise lion's mane jellyfish, so swimming in the sea only sometimes was possible ( October 2012). Water temperature 28 to 30 degrees. Big pool against very nice. Pool bar. Weather in October still very hot (35 degrees and very humid). In the neighborhood further hotels, otherwise but nothing to do. Hotel has formally five stars, in the whole review I agree rather good four stars. Especially the food ( main courses) in the main ... restaurant is tendentious rather on großküchenniveau, lukewarm and meat tough, however very good starters and desserts. Otherwise children's buffet. The hotel is feast in Russian and English hand, but international level. One speaks in the hotel no German, with English but you got along perfectly. Very many families with children. Good child care. Hotel has just outside painted, but needs to be finished soon be. In the garden also renovations (stairs, floors). Fell but negligible. Sometimes disturbing the sometimes very loud music in the pool area. Hotel altogether very clean. Staff ( especially indian ) very friendly and child friendly. 2 times a week free shuttle service to Dubai ( recommendable is on wednesday, it is to Dubai mall with burj khalifa, while sunday to deira mall and you only with the subway to the city center drive to). Rooms are excellent, very big and very bright, view of the sea. Air conditioning good to regulate. Extra large bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, washbasin, extra-room for toilet and bidet. Walk-in closet. Cleanliness pristine. It is a room in the upper floors, since one of the best can. As the extra charges are quite high (soft drinks around 5 Euro), is worthwhile in any case all inclusive. In short: good suitable for relaxing beach vacation with children. read more

Le Meridien is an upscale hotel, that the expectations at a relaxing hotel do it justice. In the hotel is a lot of variation ( sports and animation) offered, without being intrusive. The rooms are very spacious and upscale decor. Complaints ( for example missing glasses in the room) were immediately turned off. The construction around the pool were hardly noticeable, since this only at night were made ( noise was not to be heard). The employees in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It would be, that German as a foreign language in the hotel is not offered. ... All in all a relaxing vacation. read more

The hotel is unfortunately quite isolated, no place nearby only a gas station approximately 500 meters from the hotel. Twice the week a free bus ride to Dubai wednesday and sunday from 08. Until: o'clock log on, and four times after fujarah.

Very beautiful hotel, beautiful big pool, very spacious complex. All very clean and well-kept, the staff are very accommodating and always friendly. We had all-inclusive and were glad about it, because the drinks are relatively expensive, for 1 beer converted circa 7 Euro The nationalities of the guests are different, many british people and russians ( but no embarrassing, as we from previous vacations knew).     Our room was really great and very big. There was a separated toilet in the bathroom and a shower and bath tub. Bathrobes, slippers, plenty of towels and toiletries. Everything changed daily respectively replenished. We had a room without a balcony booked and on arrival we were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, what we already times completely great found. The balcony was very big with chairs and a seating area. In the room there was free of charge coffee, tea and water. Kettle, hair dryer, walk-in closet. Flat screen tv with 3 German programs. Mini bar and safe, telephone. As before already it described was also here everything very clean.

    There is altogether 4 restaurants. The views restaurant there are breakfast, lunch and dinner very rich buffet. Furthermore there was an Italian, a indian and thai restaurant. All 3 offer from o'clock dinner at. For all inclusive there is a extra card, where one from in each case 4 or 5 dishes -course menu together individually,. On the 20th floor there is a bar, where all inclusive guests from to o'clock free drinks gets, later you have to pay. The kitchen is very versatile, but on pork you mostly pass. Everything is very clean and the staff very accommodating.

    The staff are very friendly and the service in general great. English spoken. The rooms were cleaned daily and if you want it also daily the bed linen changed. Especially pleasant it was, that we have no towels for loungers and beach bring along had. One could daily several times fresh towels check-out counters.

    The pool is really very generous with pool bar. It will be soccer, tennis, beach volleyball and Midget golf offered. Also diving for a fee, water skiing, banana boat and so on.     The hotel is directly at the beach. The drive to the airport takes about an hour and a half since we the only guests of our flight were, we were greeted by a driver by car to the hotel gebrachr, which very pleasant was. There are shops in the area not really, except for a gas station, we were there but not. With the taxi you could but in the nearest villages drive, where it supermarkets returns. In the hotel there was a jeweler and a uhrengeschäft, as well as a shop with accessories and a gerümpelverkäufer with carpets and scarves and so on There are many excursions offered, which we but we didn't make use of it have. So who discos and nightlife searches, is in the wrong place, but we didn't miss them.

    We booked half board, which was enough. The breakfast buffet has left nothing to the imagination. Daily changing themes -buffet. Flat water in bottles included. Excellent arabic appetizers- and dessert buffet. Had one special wishes, these were from the chefs quickly fulfilled. We never had problem quickly to find a table, neither for breakfast yet during dinner. Also at the weekend, if locals arrived. This we found was enrichment and never disturbing, on the contrary therefore we also abroad around other nationalities to meet.

    Enough chairs and sun screens at the beach and at the pool daily the beach section cleaned. Oil at the beach we experienced only once in the two weeks our stay. There were daily various sports and games offered for young people and adults. For children there was a separate club with private pool and large playground with care. From to o'clock made friendly lifeguards at the pool and the beach for the safety all swimmers. Several times a day we got ice-cold towels and fruit skewers free stituents. Also a drink- and food -service at the pool worked excellent.

The Le Meridien Al aqah in Fujeirah is in relation to value for money ( in the low season) certainly not to beat. Very large clean rooms, large bathroom, decor of the room on the latest state (LCD tv.). Breakfast buffet with a large selection and good quality. Hotel's own restaurants highly recommendable ( however not cheap), booking half board ( of the buffet) possible. Guests from all nations. Pool very big and maintained, clean hotel beach with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. Friendliness of the staff exemplary! Dim. hotel about two driving lessons from Dubai away. With private rental ... car easy to get to and to find. Temperature end of June/ beginning July: 40 to degrees, in Dubai around 5 to 6 degrees higher! read more

We were due to the announced renovation works short before departure tense, but the management has the renovation works so super well organized, that we never noticed. We were to the third time and we are very much looking forward to go back. This time we have the diving center try and just loved it! Even a larger rise Russian guests has not at all disturbed! Great was the monitoring of the sea and the pools due to the numerous lifeguards. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are huge and clean. The food is stunningly delicious: simply a dream! ...
