The hotel is as renovated offered. Wet room in the room was not renovated. The mattress is impossible to be new. Way too soft, catastrophic for sleeping. At 07:00 o'clock mornings noise from the staff and the whole odor from the kitchen in the room. Wi-fi-front desk only in the lobby. In the current time not more, that you no wi-fi-front desk in the room has. Positive: the japanese restaurant was very, very nice. And a very friendly and competent service! We have the 10 evenings 4 times eat. Apart from that we have outside of the hotel eaten ..., as the other restaurants not very inviting were. read more

The hotel has 390 room, but on a complex with pleasant size spread. There are 2 pools, 3 restaurants a piano bar, a beautiful airy lobby with free wi-fi area and as my personal highlight the beach Club, the beautifully laid out directly over the sea and is in a fantastic view offers. You can breakfast, half board or full board. During my stay were German guests present, as well as spanish, french and some russians. read more

    The rooms have an average size of approximately 28 meters² and are newly renovated. The planner have a wonderful colors chosen. A combination from white, shades of brown and a strong turquoise... Beautiful! The bed is huge and wonderful comfortable, there is a desk with seating possibility, a sofa with table in front of it, a beautiful furnished balcony and really very large integrated wardrobe, surely also for a stay of 14 days is adequate. The whole furnishing is very in good taste and very stylish coordinated.

    I only breakfast in the hotel enjoyed and in the evening a gala dinner in our event in the beach Club. For breakfast is only one word to say: great! The freshly prepared crêpes had addictive factor! An overwhelming selection of fresh fruit, sausage, cheese, yoghurt, breads and so on and so on all this to list here would go beyond the scope. There was 3 stations, where fresh crêpes, waffles, omelets with various side dishes, bacon, fried eggs and so on roasted were. The tablecloths and dishes were immediately after guests had left the table immediately newly hung up on us. Only tiny point of criticism was the extreme volume on the first morning. It bustled like a beehive. However it is to be marked, that I this morning several groups at the same time for breakfast sat. However the staff has all professional in the grasp had.

    The complete staff with which I had to do was especially polite and accommodating. Each maid, that on the hallway possibly against came had friendly smile or a 'hola' or ' buenos dias' ready. The staff the front desk speak several languages, especially also German. The cleaning of the rooms is very excellent, the colored bedspread on the bed is every day decorated differently. The sand, you might from the beach with into the room brings, is on other day definitely not more since. Splashing water from the showers or around the washbasin are gone. There is so absolutely nothing to complain about

    The main pool is lagunenähnlich designed and very big. Surrounded it is by tropical greenery and beautiful plants. There are many chairs and sunscreens available, however there are really unfortunately also some 'reservers', already in the morning at 7 via towel a liege directly at the pool reserve. Cushions and pool towels you can get directly from the serving staff distributed. In the beach Club is also enough room available, and here also with a lot of more beautiful view. In the pool area one saw in the durchschwimmen the hotel, a little tooth of the time gnaws. Cracks in the walls and in the bridges, flaking plaster and rostverfärbte places... But for me this was not disturbing at all and the positive overall impression did not bother us.

    The airport is merely about kilometers away, therefore you a nice short transfer time. However you can hear no only plane. The hotel lies in san eugenio on the Costa Adeje and walking is you in maximum 5 to 7 minutes on the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Behind the hotel there is right the promenade with many miles at the sea along, also here you can get everything what the unterhaltungsherz desired. The next beach is on the promenade along in about 7 minutes by foot to reach.

    We were in a renovated room on the 7th floor with beautiful view of the sea and a view of the pool area accommodated, the no reason to the complaint offered. The mini bar was daily controlled and supplemented if necessary. The air conditioning was ideal and without disturbing draught. Somewhat disturbing was the lack of seating in the room. The small sofa and the low stools for the round table to uncomfortable. The balcony was sufficient with a table and chairs stocked. Merely for the drying wet swimming gear we missed a device ( for example small revolving clothes dryer or similar)

    Everything was always sufficient and tasty quantity available. The offered meals were always fresh ( salads) available or were on time supplemented. Especially also the personal preparation of fish- and meat dishes at the herdstellen much. A short interlude with the all-rounder on the stove, Alberto, do the waiting time ( cooking time) always amusing. Somewhat exaggerated we found (also in respect to environmental protection) the permanent change especially the clean tablecloths after each guest.

    Altogether very good service, especially the cleaning of the rooms must be stressed. Guest service without lack and very on the personal interests of the guests coordinated. Not so ideal we have the service in the restaurant ( Mimosa - breakfast and dinner) felt: not, that the relatively high average age the waiter disturbed, but whose clothing (dark long-sleeved (closed) shirts to the part. With tie and trousers) was for these often a visible (thermal) burden. The sight sweating waiter disturbed but very apart from that very pleasant atmosphere. We could watch, that in other hotel complex with similar comfort the staff obviously the temperatures adjusted cloathed was. The few problem we had, were very quickly and competent eliminated. This was too many unclean cleaned bed sheets through the representative laundry service. Exemplary was also the pool service with towels, loungers and sun screens.

    Room on the top floor had, it was really lucky- 'land view' got a brand new importance, because you look at on the mountains. Great view! Further down probably not so nice. What we missed, were-you believe it or not-mantelhaken, around sometimes hanging space. Room was but renovated, perhaps it is still. Apart from that beautiful room, air conditioning worked great, we had but also one of the two maps during the day leave.

    Delicious food from the buffet with showcooking. At the peak moments however schlangenbildung, not so nice, so our times adjusted. Quality of the food great, who finds here nothing is even debt. Great location the beach bar, several days before a reservation is necessary, if you want to eat there.

    Towels and sun screens by the pool house without fee rental. Sun screens and cushions were then even the chairs buoyed, very nice. Helpful staff at reception, however the broken conditioner not more during our stay repaired. Housekeepers woke us up, was still very early-so do the label hung on the door. :-)

    Two pools, one with sea water = cold. The normal pool was nice, there was a small water fall from the upper level ( there is a pool in the area of hotel bar), you could below places. For swim a few lenghts it also handed-I make gladly in the morning, if everything is empty. Apart from that: no animation, how nice! Evenings the usual band in the hotel bar, well. 'golden agers ' as tape name says it already. ;-)

    The hotel has no direct access to the sea, there is a seawater pool-if you stay longer than 3 minutes in it was: respect! Was really cold, since the water daily from 30 meters depth is renewed. But the 'short times to cooling' great! Directly next to it is the port puerto colon-everything, what was on the water is, can be booked here. Beaches and feiermeilen in both directions. Here the usual with junk stores, restaurants, bars and discos. In the hotel then again correctly beautifully calm.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. At the front desk there are German speaking staff and with the serving staff you could well in German or English. The breakfast buffet was a dream, there no wishes are left unfulfilled. The pools were big and clean, however us was the saltwater pool was a bit too cold, but that's a question of taste. To the beach it are also just a few meters. We would this hotel definitely book it again. read more

We felt very much at ease in the beautifully designed hotel, I can only recommend it. Check in and check out problem-free and fast, quiet room, great breakfast buffet. The architecture is very attractive (inside and outside). The hotel stands out clearly of the surrounding hotels from. Only fly in the ointment: the chip cards the room had many a time be replaced, because they were erroneous. read more

The best of the hotel are the chefs - funny, charming and competent! The food is the best thing we ever in a four star hotel had. General the staff: was very friendly and competent. The rooms are clean and nicely equipped. There are on the day no animation simply pleasant peace! But... There is lots of Russian guests the partly very loud and pushy. read more

The matrimonial bed is much more suitable for Spanish people in the sense that it is way too small. In such rooms, you should have two of these beds. Sleeping in these beds is only possible to an extent. The only negative point of this hotel. read more

check in very bad, we had to get the luggage in the luggage room and our room search. We had luckily only overnight accommodation with breakfast booked, the staff b. breakfast unfriendly, the tables were hardly cleared and the breakfast did not especially gleamed, according to the dining room. The pool area was perfect, the staff at the pool's were very friendly, helpful and it is for the guests hard-working! The complex is really nice, rooms with direct Meter B. are good and large enough. the staff at the bar in the evening was very good. we have not moaned ..., finally, we had vacation, but we are going to this hotel again book, the it is reasonable value for money not. read more

A great hotel, nice and very helpful staff. A very large room with a huge large balcony for two of us. The single room was unfortunately the trash cans and therefore a bit noisy in the morning when the rebuff came. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, with fruit, cold cuts, cheese, etc. and a bar to the fresh preparation of eggs, omelets, pancakes and waffles. Also the buffet in the evening was very good. read more
