Whistler is also in the summer very busy due to the many mountain bikers, who has a El Dorado to departures find. Accordingly loud & long it goes therefore also at night to, which for some is the incentive to come may be, the other but in your relaxation mind.
The Listel hotel in this context, does not really easy. On one side a cheap Übernachtungsangebot, as well as a very central location, on the other side but also
1 ) no air conditioning with over 30 °C outside and hardly possibility for some fresh air,
2) extremely noisy Ceilings ... between the floors, so every step in the floor up-could,
3) parking from good 15 euros per night in the hotel's own garage,
4) a unloving breakfast, the does not really deserve, as well as
5) and perhaps most abschreckendsten: hotel staff, the guests unfriendly treatment and not even welcomes, if you at the front desk passes.
Altogether this means in spite of the reasonable price-performance -proportion a space in the lower third of us during our Canada vacation visited hotels (18 nights in 10 hotels). If you nevertheless bay, should know, what is coming. read more

the hotel is in slopes and city center proximity. The service at reception is friendly. That was it but then already. In terms of cleanliness are considerable Flaws, the already in the room start. The bathroom will daily cleaned, however not as it is the Europeans presents. Hair of the vortag also find on the next day still in the same place in the bath. The mold, at least in my bathroom in the skylight, the Return air suction is very strong and is not observed.
the intercontinental breakfast needs getting used to, only sweet. In the cold boiled eggs ... is already times two days 'Out of order'.
in the breakfast room itself is a carpet the more inhabitants than Vancouver. Why over a beautiful Parquet floor is not comprehensible. Anyone who does everything in purchase takes, is at the listel Whistler in good hands. read more

We were on a tour in May 2010 for 3 days put up in this hotel. Price with $159, -- at the weekend and $89, -- CAD (excluding taxes) affordable. Annoying but the parking fee of $18, -- / day for the underground parking garage. But otherwise no possibilities in Whistler parking. Definitely take a room on the top floor of the hotel because you can hear every step of the neighbors. Cleanliness of the hotel is ok. The prices of the hotel restaurants are however attached salted. Plus: The location of the hotel was top! Quiet location but still ... centrally located. Only a few meters to the cable cars, the lead to the ski mountains. More bars and restaurants are directly accessible. read more

The cleanliness and furnishings of the rooms left nothing to be desired!!! Loveless handling company property the guests by the cleaning staff! The top-location made a lot more than made up for it. hotel standard max. 3 Stars. Restaurant and bar was expensive, but good. Breakfast buffet, but not very varied. Here the staff attentive and kind. Also very nice and attentive at the front desk and in the ski store room! read more
