    We had a room in a side building! Unfortunately this was very loud and for my taste was rather cool and carelessly decorated! Our request for a room changing was at the front desk with a rude 'we are fully-booked' remark answered (both on the day of arrival as well as the next morning). The commanding are from rock, you can hear the back and forth push the chairs, you can hear that open and close the doors the holzschrankes and you can hear the conversation, the tv and the coughing of the neighbors!

    Top! Definitely half board book! The dinner is a delight. Great selection of menus and in the evening a massive dessert area!

    Friendly serving staff! At the front desk we have unfortunately bad experiences made (see zimmerbemerkung ). It is a pity that each zusatzdienstleistung separately must be paid for. Tennis 14,00 Euro (45 minutes), towels for the beach/ pool 1,00 Euro per day and the newspapers, which at the front desk be on the turntable must not simply read, but to be bought!

    The rooms are well equipped, however very small. Our first room ( with lateral view of the sea) in the 'villa innamorata' was extremely small and had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which the room very badly soundproofed made. Only after very vigorously complaints they gave us a larger room the same category in the 'villa le grazie', with the balcony bigger and beautiful was. With all rooms is however the bathroom very small, the door is not completely and hustles at the bd to, the shower cabin the bathtub inadequate, so that you the whole bathroom underwater sets.

    We only the breakfast buffet taken into account, for Italian standards it was very good and German standards nothing to complain. The breakfast room included an outdoor with a view of the beach were very nice, also the atmosphere was pleasant.

    The staff at the hotel is friendly, German spoke at that point in time, to which we were there, only a lady at the front desk, but not always was present. Apart from that you could also communicate in English. Complaints only very reserved received and always with the instruction, generally good reviews to receive. But if you was stubborn, creates you complaints remedy. At the end of our stay they asked us not even, if everything was fine and, whether we pleased. I still did not experience.

    The complex includes a hotel's own beach, tennis courts, a beach bar and a pool. At our day of arrival ( saturday) was the beach very polluted with seaweed, only on tuesday cleaned. The remaining beaches the bay were always very clean. The temperature of the pool was way too cold, what was very unpleasant.

    The complex is located directly at the beach, in the immediate environment are a few a few shops and pub, excursions one has here some, provided, you is mobile. There is also bus connections, but with whom evenings not more to the hotel returns.

The hotel is a large typical Italian hotel. The food is excellent, varied, outstanding for fish- and you carnivores. The room is very clean it in the morning and evenings cleaned. In the lobby, bar are all of very friendly and tried the wishes and questions of the guests to answer and information give. read more

The hotel is to be recommended, the only drawback is the clairaudience of the room. Super kitchen, also for vegetarians, staff efficient and polite. We were out of season, so everything is a bit quieter and very pleasant. read more

The great location of this resort is only the a. Fantastic food like it tasty and optically the guests is päsentiert , framed with a great service, is the best! Good wines are in italy anyway clear and must not be mentioned separately. I recommend only a dream can! read more
