I visited the hotel in December 2012 between Christmas and New Year ! Me and my family do not celebrate those holidays but stayed in this hotel for a holiday. We had room on the second floor with garden / sea view. The hotel is great ! Interior and Exterior are unique ! Staff is friendly and very polite ! Thanks to,Kosta, the F&B Manager ! The kitchen is very good as well ! They have seafood and italian courses ! SPA & Wellness is very big, offering many choice for every body - including balneo part ! The ... only disadvantage was that there was no elevator next to our room which can bring you to the SPA, so we had to use the one which was couple of meters from the room. The Grand Hotel Primoretz is a real first-class hotel, which deserved its stars. Here is really everything very good. The staff are highly motivated, very friendly and helpful. The kitchen leaves nothing to the imagination and understands it, the palate of the guests to spoil. The garden and the swimming pool are very well maintained and very harmonious designed. The large spa center was very spacious and modernly furnished. It is a hotel to be comfortable, with flair and charm. Also the environment of the hotel, the directly at the beach is located, is very recommendable. At the hotel closes ... a seven kilometers long park, right next to the sea convenient, at. Long walks on the beach are on the beach promenade and right at the waterfront not a problem. The pedestrian precinct from Burgas with many shops, cafes and good restaurants is within 10 minutes reachable. I can Grand Hotel Primoretz and the city Burgas highly recommend. Hotel, sea and city especially also for seniors outside the peak season a good recommendation. read more

The hotel is beautifully designed, very well-kept and is located directly by the sea. The guests are mostly over 50-60-years-old. Since we a relaxed calm vacation to spend wanted, it was rather conducive. read more

    We had a room with a balcony with garden view. It was beautifully decorated and in very good condition, by the size completely sufficient and had air conditioning, tv, hair dryer, telephone, safe (free) and a mini bar. The hotel has in addition free wi-fi offered.

    The breakfast buffet offered all you could ask for. Evenings there was a menu, that there is something for everybody had. Here and there there were small weaknesses, but alltogether it was really very good.

    The swimming pool was always taddellos cleaned and it were enough chairs and umbrellas available. No matter what time you to the pool came, there were always various beach chairs to the selection available. Here you can in 2 restaurants at very good buffet or menu strengths and after a long hikes comfortable in the 2 pool areas( inside and out ) relaxation. The Abentlichen Wednesday Conversations ( Bulgarischesfolklor and/or dance night) are partly very good and the cocktails anyway. read more

A top hotel, the Seine five stars justifies. Equipment exclusively! The staff are friendly and bhilfsbereit in all of our questions. First class service. We want to go there again. Merely the staff in the spa area is different. Some of the therapists are great, other little experience. read more

Great beach vacation, gladly again. Nice, friendly staff. Excellent and varied breakfast on beautiful sun terrace. Free towels for the beach. All inclusive not necessary, since lots of restaurants in the lively city center in 10 minutes on foot reachable. read more

For adults very good hotel with large spa area. The staff the spa is for the most part. Still inexperienced. The hotel is, for children, less suitable, since for example no playground is available and no care offered. The outdoor swimming pool is only for swimmer or very large people. read more

Really recommendable hotel! From our room was the sea to see. Sitting view on a small wall with no glass. The rooms itself was clean, tidy and not run-down! The food was versatile. Meat and fish was in the restaurant fried. Criticism: the coffee was not good, and that there is no fresh ( oranges-) juice in the morning gave, but mixed juice.     Rooms were very big and nice. Bathroom with a shower and a tub. Flat screen tv mile German programs. Unfortunately was not cleaned. Crumbs from the first day on the final day still there. But we had no desire to complain about. ( stress)

    Food was enjoyable. But from a five star hotel I expect much more. I would advise anyone house with fewer stars wrong do it comparable. The breakfast was poor. Hard rolls, 2 kinds of bread, sausage we could not food. Scrambled egg we shivered. Much too watery. No fried eggs with or without bacon and so on

    Service in the dining room directly nothing. Lackluster waiter the unprofisionell work, and the only if you are in any way let me know. Dinner on third day as a buffet. So was the service on all levels from the point of view of the hotel solved. During the breakfast buffet already developed were still the rooms cleaned and swept! Once in the evening we had red wine ordered. Was warm the pool. On our complaint they offered us ice cube at!

We really liked the hotel. We had a great large room( really as described) beautiful bathroom and a big balcony. Our maid was very thorough and there was no reason for complaints. We had only breakfast, because the typical kitchen wanted to learn. The audience was mixed, English, austrian, swiss, German and of course bulgarians. Also russians were present! There were mixed grades, but also young couple with very small children there. ( beautiful pool for children) nevertheless there was the parents their kids with buoyancy aids in the large pool left. The pool was well-kept and end of August ... there were loungers for all. Unfortunately there was at the end of our stay the obligatory occupied by particularly beautiful places by the pool. read more

    The service in the restaurant could be better. For breakfast you have to often on its coffee wait. The buffet was good. Almost all waiters were friendly. The communication is English, but not all waiter dominate it. I had problems with suddenly athemnot, one stood me immediately to the side. We enjoyed not, that at the table smoked was without limits and it male guests the mit chested (but with kuhkette ) at the table appeared.

    The hotel itself has a nice hotel: to the beach the public is, one goes through a small gate approximately 150 meters to the beach. At our section there was no chairs and umbrellas. The port from Burgas is in the immediate proximity and truly no feast for the eyes. But in the other direction there is beautiful installations and gastronie. The city is Stretched, but from the hotel one reaches in. About 10 minutes from the promenade with shops, numerous restaurants and bars. It is life in the town in the evening! There is the other end of the city a big shopping center, almost like at home. With the taxi for small money easy to reach. The airport is 20 minutes away. There are plenty of excursions to go on, you have to the offers of the tour operator use or rent a car. We for example are equipped with a catamaran on the way, past the massive hotels on the coast

Here the lot from me. I was the 09,08.-13.08. 2012 in this hotel. Because of the short stay I can environment not much to write. We stayed with my friend in a Mediterranean restaurant - 'Salini' in the hotel ( on the first floor ) evenings good food. The Citywalks -street was only 2 minutes ( on foot) away, but it still made the impression, that you might have a little further to walk, for greater shops and so on to reach. The entsprechendenden catalogs give it more exposure. Also to the prices for food/ drinks in ... the hotel I can't to worry about writing, since everything was very cheap. The hotel itself is very new and extremely luxury decorated. The whole hotel has inside and outside rich lighting, what a good atmosphere makes. The hotel normally saw already great from. I have to recognize. The rooms are super large: massive bathroom with a bath tub. Big shower room. Flatscreen tv ( in my room from LG) in the wall opposite of the bed recessed. Everything was lightning clean-applause for the cleaning lady! As the whole hotel area in perfect and clean state was. One evening I in the wellness area spend. This is completely top, however the sauna was with about 70 degrees way too weak set, but after my request was on 120 degrees in 5 minutes. The fitness room is big and good/varied decorated. Jacuzzi and swimming pool are very well maintained and also really clean. The staff has at the time while I and other the area for several times wiped/cleaned up, about ways to keep dry and the danger of slipping to minimize. The beach is in front of the hotel reachable, you must only few meters walk, this broad, fine sandy beach to reach, which offers many mussels for ambitious collector can offer. The breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination and was really überwältigens, not only in the quantity, but above all also which the quality subject (various juices/ Yogurts, hot/ cold milk, cereals, plentiful selection of bread and several warm and sweet dishes). Very well run and clean hotel with somewhat older guests outside the holiday time (about 50 years and too many German). The house is in stadttmeeres -garden Burgas beach peacefully located. The town center is on foot about minutes reachable. The approximately 200 rooms with a balcony beach chairs were partly to garden, the however at night little traffic and thus hardly mind. The other rooms have pool- and view of the sea. read more

The meal times are from to for the buffet restaurant and from 07:00 in the morning until 23,30 evenings for the à-la-carte restaurant. The rich buffet is very good and tasteful. Offered both international, as well as national dishes, as well as vegetarian fare. The drinks prices are quite moderate ( a very good bottle of wine around 10 to 23 €)

    The staff is very friendly and speaks a bit of German. The tiled room are kept very clean; bed sheets, bath and hand towels were changed after request of the guests changed.

We have actually nearly nothing found what one could criticize, only small disadvantages: strength the music, type of music in the lobby and no supermarket in the house. The hotel is very new built in 2010, very luxury. The complex is very clean, super beautifully laid out. We had no complaints-therefore also no review. Since we also no children it had, here also no review, only we can observe, that everything imaginable possible for the kids done is. We had a normal double room - you can with other hotels not comparisons,- was like a small suite nice and ... big, great terrace with a great view. The shopping facilities are very good, directly opposite the hotel is the town center ( around 5 to 10 on foot) A downside I think that in the hotel room no coffee machine was. read more

In order to make it short. I completely incomprehensible as the many positive reviews materialise. Ok, the hotel is new and the rooms great, decent beds, flat tv with German programs, great bathroom, big balcony, but then hörts already on. The service is a catastrophe. On 1. Tag I had to for breakfast formally in coffee beg. When then finally a' waiter' over the lukewarm Plärre to pour I was glad at the tip of a Vorbewertes belongs to have, because I had kettle and German Powder packed, and was now not hiesiges plonk instructed. For breakfast every day exactly ... the same, nothing variety, mushy scrambled egg, the last 2 days no bananas more. Probably put you on German package tourists anyway only as filler not for sale room value, because the actual target group are rich Bulgarians and Russians the luxury in the parking reserve. read more

Hotel was brilliant. Very friendly staff, always attentive. Every day change of towels in the room. Varied massage in the hotel. I liked, that the hotel peacefully located and the at the beach no 'Ballermann feeling' was. One has it not far to the town ( about 10 minutes on foot) with many shops and various restaurants. The nearby 'sea garden' is very good for a long walk. You can still on demand and for more action ( for example water sports, discos) the circa 35 kilometer away Sunny Beach drive ( train station approximately 10 minutes on foot from ... the hotel and the bus then for 6 leva take). However at the Sunny Beach very, very lots of hotels and the beach is mega fully, which I not so relaxing think for a one time vacation. I would therefore gladly anytime again primoretz hotel book. It is 100% recommendable! read more

The hotel is very beautiful and also very well maintained. Unfortunately at entertainment nothing at all offered. At least one danceevening per week had to be possible. And too few atmosphere. Perhaps it is the in Bulgaria usual. The food, and the very well drinks very recommendable. For my 17-year old daughter too boring. read more
