As already last year mentioned, central it is not, we would anytime again only this hotel book.
The hotel is still completely recommendable.
This time, we had only a superior room, is not so spacious, not modern, but OK. However there is no Hotelschlapfen and no bathrobe, these only from room type deluxe available.
Shopping street Corso Vittorio Emanuele is just a few steps away from the hotel, with lots of cheap shops.
Shops have also Sundays open from 10 o'clock, with various Schlusszeiten; as Abercrombie & Fitch.
Have again in the restaurant 'Charleston' and 'replay' dinner, both a wide ... selection of food. Reservation was not necessary.
Worth mentioning is still the shopping area of Corso Buenos Aires, 3 metro stations ( red line) from 'Duomo' to ' p. TAVenezia '. It expected a long street with numerous shops and 'very' lots of cheap Shoe shop. read more

the hotel lies directly behind the Duomo and is ideal for a short break. The underground station duomo is only three minutes away. The hotel is quiet and centrally located. Breakfast is okay, but it was extremely busy year. The ladies at the front desk were very and helpful, we could to 15:00 o'clock in the room remain. read more

Considering that in the center of Milan most of the hotels are old and usually designed in 60'-70', this one really stands out. I was visiting many 4 stars hotels in Milan and this one is the best - all is new, clean and comfortable. Of course bed and breakfast included. Placed just in the back of Duomo. Highly recommended! read more

The hotel is excellent for a visit to the city of Milan suitable. The location is perfect behind the cathedral, you can explore from the hotel to foot the city center, one has to go to the metro station 'Duomo' also only about 200 meters. If you arrive with the plane, you can catch the train Malpensa express 'in the city for three stops and then the metro to the hotel. For a weekend break with little luggage is not the circumstances.
The opera Scala (if you want to visit this evening) it is about 400 meters from the hotel ..., also to achieve so easily. Of restaurants in the immediate vicinity lack it also not.
We had a superior room, which was not very large, but was very comfortably furnished. The bathroom is no small chamber, but truly deserves the name. Everything is modern and clean.
The whole staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive.
The breakfast buffet was OK, it is everything what should have a buffet for breakfast, good and sufficient. We have used other meals in the hotel not.
We can recommend this hotel without reservation further. read more

The hotel is very modern and in a good state. The hotel is quite large (I was expecting less because it's so central). The rooms are somewhat small but I must say it is just at the border. Breakfast was included. read more

Whoever wanted to spend beautiful days in Milan (without compromises), could honestly make reservations for this hotel. Although the hotel was a few euros more expensive, there were very good quality furnishings, nice service at a BEST location ... It was definitely worth the money. I would always reserve it again anytime! read more

The hotel is centrally located in downtown, just behind the cathedral. Thanks to the garage the car can be parked and the city explored on foot. The hotel is modern and stylish. read more

According to Stefanie, the overall cleanliness of Starhotels Rosa in Milan was satisfactory. There are fantastic restaurants and bars in the hotel´s immediate vicinity. The transportation situation to and from the hotel was very good. The hotel´s staff handled the complaints effectively. The competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was quite good. Both the quality and taste of the food were pretty good. The room's furnishings in Starhotels Rosa were found to be of the highest standard. read more
