We stayed as a ' fasnetsflüchtlinge' exactly that, what we liked and were looking for!
We wanted to snow, relaxation/peace, something to spoil, hospitality and good food. And that is exactly what we found an excellent hotel with a very good wellness area! The car the whole days over at his place, because the hikes in the snow we could right on the hotel start and stop.
The food was absolutely delicious, varied and diverse. This applies to both the set -evening menu, as well as for the extensive! Frühstücksbufét. the living -/sleeping area, the bathroom, the toilet was absolutely ... clean. The service was very friendly, accommodating - simply good (in the true sense of the word). The spa treatments were varied and absolutely great! For us everything was fine, and. We will come again! read more

We felt really comfortable and in good hands. Especially well did us the young man (ole), because he spoke a very good german and all other staff, he could meet every need. Since we with granddaughter and dog arrived was the area and the ski slopes and the paths to get there very important. Good hotel but not 4 star s, unfriendly hotel owner, caution dog owners
We were at christmas for the 3. time and wanted actually also for easter and next christmas again. As we discovered, had just been the long-standing manager mr dominque b. in november 2012 the hotel leave, which is located in the nature of the hotel and the customer service from the current management (not through the staff) unfortunately immediately noticeable. The hotelier family, the also in the guest lounge dining is the guests the feeling to disturb, the senior could not even greet. There the weather bad ... was, we were looking for the specified solarium-in the service they told us, that this already for years not more (4 star plus?)
We really wanted to, as the very quiet location of the hotel pleased for easter again, as it suddenly said: instead of 10 Euro per dog and night (we have small zwergdoggen ) now 15,- Euro per dog and night, this, although the hotel with a reiterhofangebot advertise, on the internet continue to 10,- Euro per dog and night and rider as we all know dogs) even for regular power of the inaccessible senior no exception (we besitzenvip guests cards), the message is: who no assets spending is in this hotel not welcome. We could these days really enjoy, everything worked great and the spa area is really very nice and varied. The paths of the houses themselves are in the bathrobe really great to go. Guest parking was also very good the carport only is the ski box of the amount not more on, but the car is always nice ice and snow. The information to the great amenities of the hotel and the walser card would have been nice, if you don't then would have to ask. The wi-fi in the whole hotel worked great.
If we next winter again go ... skiing, then we would like to book again in this hotel. read more

The hotel's location is great, we were in the November there, unfortunately were thus many ways to spend your free time not possible ( for example visit the breitachklamm), but the area is so nice, that you from the door from walk can. The signs of paths is mostly very good. The food was very tasty and varied and the staff were always of assistance and friendly. The wellness area is not huge (if lots of guests there are, does not exist enough possibilities to lie down), but very nice and well equipped. Altogether I would definitely again go there. read more

We, young couple from the vicinity of Stuttgart had the geburtstagsüberraschungspaket booked. It was a dreamlike, very relaxing wellness vacation. The hotel is in a nice location and is rustic and very affectionately furnished. Our room, a superior suite was also very nice. Generous with super view of the mountains. The half board was completely sufficient, a very extensive breakfast buffet leaves definitely nothing to be desired.
Evenings there were also a ' motobüfett ', for example mediterranean. Both in the morning, as well as evenings was the food very good and always diverse. The wellness area is very beautifully ... located, various saunas, steam bath, swimming pool, kneipp pool, and a außenwhirpool can be found there. A gym completes the package. At the end we have to mention, that the staff, no matter who, no matter when always friendly, helpful and competent were.
We are definitely coming again. read more

The hotel offers with 3 houses only about 12 beach chairs in the wellness area at. We were there and it was completely overcrowded. The information at the front desk was, that we simply have to wait a little bit, until a pool chair available. By the way was the water on the floor not regularly wiped off, that the floor to slip perfect was suitable. In a number of slopes 30 white hotelbademäntel. I was from another lady then dressed, since it no longer keep apart can. Relaxed fit one to 10 people the two saunas. A hotel, that ... you with its wellness resort not recommend can, if you are looking for relaxation. The hotel management to this incident until today not accomodating shown.

An ageing hotel. Our (upgrade -) room in the main building was smaller than the actual booked ' schnäppchenzimmer' in the neighboring house. On one day was around 15:45 still no laundry and change of towels carried out.
In the sauna area there are only two showers and a bank. Number of of the chairs in the pool area much too small. We were given only a walser-card, although per person a own is required. read more

We were 3 days in the Alpenhotel Tiefenbach and are completely thrilled.
Service, friendliness everything perfect. Have 1 time in the restaurant to evening ate and it tasted very good to us.
We had a schnäppchenzimmer and this also in the house alpenblick get. The size was perfect for us. Had our golden retriever dog and for she was even a dog blanket in the room. We had virtually a complete apartment with long hallway, 1 bedroom, 1 children's room, living room and small separated kitchenette with a fridge but we didn't use since we overnight stay with breakfast had ... booked. The breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination. You could save coffee the fresh in the flask on the table got served also Latte, Cappuccino and so on choose. Tea, choco, freshly squeezed juices and water were always sufficiently available. Fresh fruit salad, sausage- plate everything every day fresh and nicely decorated. The pool area is excellent. We didn't use the sauna. The hot tub is a visit in any case value you'll be rewarded with wonderful fresh air and the views of the alps and if it's snowing you feel in the warm water touristing.
The only thing we complain about is the size of the bathroom. There was no more than a person inside for us it was adequate but a bit bigger wouldn't be bad and perhaps window. But nevertheless we would definitely come again. read more

Altogether the short stay at this hotel liked it a lot. The room was large and clean, although the carpet is old and no hygiene impression makes. The spa area was good and absolutely sufficient. The breakfast buffet was very good, a lot of selection and everything delicious. The staff were polite and helpful. Generally we had the stay very much and would go again. read more
