Very spacious hotel area with standard rooms. Wi-fi in the lobby free and partly also on the rooms possible. The food offers as well, such as no variation. General cleanliness was poor. German guests the waiters generally ignored. While we were there, there were very many seminar guests (mainly turkish). These behaved in the complete hotel area very rough. At night very much visit of prostitutes on the lobby. (could discreeter be resolved) read more

    The rooms are okay. Sufficient size. Air conditioning, mini bar and safe were available. Toilet and bath by the size just good. However, you had to shower in a high bath got in are. The room was vacuumed daily and the beds made. The bathroom armatures and the sink poor with a dry towel smeared. Toilet was only prior to clean. Hand and bath-towels gave it daily. The beds every two days again referred.

    Off-season there was a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant (the latter once per week free of charge). The offer and the quality of the dishes varied very strong. Despite little alternation gave it however everyday something, the full made. Unfortunately were often an hour before closing of the restaurant only zusammengeschüttete salatreste available.     The staff is in our opinion understaffed and could rush to leisure travellers and guests not cope. Absolutely bad planning of the management. The waiters were in the restaurant usually with clearing of the tables busy and ignored the german guests. With very much beg we could then from and to the dessert a drink enough get. Also the used plates stacked themselves often until at the end on the table. In the lobby from the middle of the rear area as good as no more served. A waiting period of thirty minutes is the rule. The rooms were cleaned daily. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

    There is a very nice fitness centre. The spa is rather avoid, since way too loud. Everywhere was herumgelärmt and the jacuzzi, as a children's pool with a diving platform abused. Entertainment was good and a visit in the disco highly recommended (except saturday. There are turkish participants with their prostitutes rather under itself). The sun loungers were partially damaged and the cushions were dirty.

    The hotel is located theoretically only 20 minutes from the airport. We were but with two transferen a duty-hotel-tour were adequate and had a transfer from one hour. The hotel is directly at the beach. In direct proximity there are pharmacy, supermarket, and so on. The bus station is also directly in front of the house and offers an opportunity for low-cost excursions.

The hotel complex is really huge, you will need 1 all day to to explore, because there are also many winding mazes and the diversity a proper was overwhelming. The style in the entire hotel very baroque and tacky decor, but i found it nice, times something else! If then for breakfast to Vivaldi in the middle of the march 'Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht' coordinated is, you feel fully cheated ☺, but it is really worth seeing! What still to mention is, that there is a on-site striptlokal is, also not bad, but we were not in it ☺. So ... i do not think that overly lots of russians there were, rather many germans retiree couples, as well as families with children. Some russians you have seen, but they were quite discreet and cultivated. All in all a lovely hotel, in the i would check in again! read more

    Room sizes are ok (economy), bathroom as well. Beds were regularly changed, and everything cleaned and tidied up. Flatscreen tv with some german channels, safe and minibar are in the room. Wi-fi is provided free of charge. Minibar includes 4 bottles of water (soda and quiet) and 2 nuremberger sausages juice, is filled up every day. The furnishing is ornate ☺, however, there are differences. We were in ' neutral room ' on the 8. floor, the economy rooms.

    I can the negative comments, the the food delivered, at all not understand! It may well be, that the breakfast always the same side, but the diversity is really enormous, and to you because everywhere i've tried is the week of vacation to! We had booked all inclusive, so from 07:00 to 11:00 breakfast buffet with ample sausage- käseaufschnittplatten, greens (salad, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers), many jams, boiled eggs, omelets, pancakes and crepes, sausages, offals in a warm milk, 5 different sorts of cereals with fresh, cold milk, but also warm dishes such as vegetables and rice, the (few) indian, or chinese guests. From 12:30 until 14:30 there again lunch, it repeated again and again food, but also changing dishes were available: salad en massé, such a variety that i've seen very seldom, various landtypical starters, much with yogurt and roasted vegetables like eggplant with knoblauchjoghurt, daily more delicate fish, and chicken or truthanfleisch in delicious sauces arranged; vegetables, baked potatoes and rice... Etc. From 14-16:00 there was a cake buffet at the pool bar, but we were so full, that we never came in to use... In the evening from 19:00 to 21:00 there was the evening buffet, which was similar to the lunch presented, however but also with highlights such as least the ' chickenkeule oriental' varied. And not to forget the dessertbüfetts, each at noon, as well as in the evening only at the sight of the robbed, now as you feel then actually as in wonderland ☺! The delicious cakes, creams, cakes, rice pudding (sütlac), baklava, tiramisu, biskuitrollen, fruit salads and so on. Since you can't resist! Drinks like for instance juice you could tap (but rather zuckerwassersäfte, diluted with water), freshly squeezed juice you got for 1 Euro. Coffee was also to clear. Water always on the tables ready. The restaurant area was constantly of small fast personnel, the constantly herumflitzten, kept clean. Also some waiters were very attentive and helped if not even the table balance could. Not to forget the midnight soup, the insatiable still starting from 23:00 until the dolls available, but in a separate building.

    The reception manager was amongst others very accomodating and anxious, our wishes concerning the room selection to fulfill; because we during the 1. night not so good slept, since the beds really not very comfortable. That means, if you prefer a bit softer is, then you should get a zusammenrollbare take pad to you on the mattress. Also the cushions were more like a hard sponge, nothing for soft neck. And unfortunately in every room the same mattresses ☺. German can not all, but english mostly.

    The gym was great, hochwetige markengeräte as in my gym in Germany! Always clean towels, and water are ready. The pool in the lobby was unfortunately somewhat too cold to swim, should so around 17 to 18 degrees have been ☺. Service was good (finnish sauna). There were some activities such as Zumba, in which we did not participate however.

    About 20 minutes transfer from the airport. The area to the hotel isn't very inviting for shopping. Although it has some hotel shops, the but a bit expensive are. But one is fast by bus in the old town for shopping to go. A walk to the beach, the directly at the hotel start is worthwhile always! Great beach hotel and a unique backdrop to the Taurus!

The change in the management has adversely affected. This makes economy to the top commandment. Lack of staff in rush hour in the lounge and in the dining room. 60 minutes wait for an order drink, then at 9:00 p. m. no drink possible, as supposedly no more glasses available. With a glass of red wine at the beginning can be, then was only cleared and further orders with a smile acknowledged, but not brought. With strong crush 2 man in service, with weak visit 5 persons at the service in the lounge. Despite complaint no change. Currently, the ... visit not recommendable. read more

Hotel lies lonely, no other hotel nearby. In the first week were only 170 guests in the hotel. Come at the weekend a lot of turks. Those have the same behavior as the russians for the food. In the plates to the edge fully, the table looks as if vandals gehaust. Also in the swimming pool and in the sauna is the behavior nothing special. They go without to shower into the water and so on In the hotel are in the low season many congresses, it is in the dining room the volume accordingly since all also while eating ... call must. Over hotel would have to say that it is not a star hotel is. Food monotonous, and cold. The so-called 'cake buffet ' (from 14 to 16 o'clock) consisted of 2 sheets dry rolls and pastry. Ideal hotel for the month in winter! From the airport not far (circa 20 minutes), the planes fly sometimes deep, but in the room you get with the dense windows nothing, so not disturbing. The hotel is very in the baroque style, a lot of gold, pendant, mirror, König Ludwig would there be comfortable and Neuschwanstein Castle leave \u263a whether you like that is up to each individual to leave. Often it looks cluttered or tacky. However in the lobby a coffee to drinking makes fun, has already again a viennese flair, especially if the afternoon the piano player is ... there. It was very clean everywhere, the staff very friendly, always correct and zuückhaltend, from the waiter to the cleaning staff. This hotel has really a higher comfort and the guest always comes first! In january we have 1 week spent there. The hotel was maybe a quarter occupied and that was good. You had space and nevertheless never the feeling completely on your own, were always for example in the lobby people there. In the summer i would never go there, if the hotel is full, then that would be nothing for me. However is also matter of taste. The beach and the outside pool area, the garden (lemons and oranges are ripe) are in winter as well very well-kept and for walking again. You can also protected corners the sun on the beach chairs In the afternoon also outside coffee/tea and so on and small snack is served. A promenade is from the hotel at the beach along, one can 4 kilometer walk. The buffet in the hotel was in spite of the small occupation very plentiful and varied, also here everything very clean, the staff very concerned. I noticed positively that it was, that it extra for children cutlery and nice small plate gives. Evenings played three young women classic music in the dining room, during the day playing a young man piano in the lobby. The fit very well in this context. I several other bad reviews really not endorse, there was nothing to complain about. However in the summer that was perhaps different. The only area the criticism is the indoor pool, there are on the wall larger floor (mold?) Stains and the chair pillows also mold stains. We had this in such a hotel not expected. The whole spa area (sauna, resting room, massage room) but seemed clean and hygienic, towels are enough from. You have in the room bathrobes (if not, then at the front desk report, brought immediately), with which you can easily from the room in the spa area go. The ayuvedamassage and the hamam i would definately recommend. Reasonably priced however not cheaper than at home. In front of the hotel you can get in short intervals again with public buses direction old town/port go. Itself in the winter you can nice shop, lots of shops and the bazaar on, but without hecticness and full streets. In short: in the summer i would the hotel and it's facilities too big and too crowded (ideal for cluburlaubliebhaber or families with children) for a short winter trip in the sun, wellness, sightseeing, shopping trip, really recommendable! In this hotel we felt really good! read more

A great hotel with excellent traffic connection (Dolmuş nr.08 to konyaalti and nr.94 otogar with easy access to the countryside and into the city and further) Cleanliness top, service great. Have never a hotel in the winter in Turkey seen, where the beach resorts and the pools taken care of. Great. Room top and clean. Lobby a force. Only catch: with the warm water in the room there was a problem. One hour and the bathtub was half full. But no matter. The other this has offset. A great stay. Go and see for yourself! read more

Nice clean hotel, with beautiful beach and attractive large garden. A hotel, the you can recommend. Massages and treatments at the wellness centre were relaxing. The hairdresser for the gentlemen was also reasonable. Only in the evening little was offered. read more

The hotel (building, rooms, interior) is perfect ( to my opinion 5 stars) , but the gastronomy is not that quality. The food is good but the choice is limited. It was also very busy in the dining room. read more

Hotel as Athens recreated at the water front very nice to relax! Hotel lobby also very nice. Service also good, lobby, restaurant, sauna, steam bath, resting room, hot rock to relax nice. Pool and skittles closed on sundays, absolutely no-go! In it week first from 14 o'clock, bad! Food is usually everyday the same, new year's eve 6-course menu... The following day you found it 2 days later on at noon and dinner buffet, that is unacceptable! So to relax alone very nice but action is not here to find. read more

It was very nice the 4 days, we enjoyed it for us as it just to turn off from the stress of everyday life was. We booked all-inclusive, the food wasn't to our taste so we were eat elsewhere. Antalya the historic part you should definitely see! So we liked it, we now want to our parents becum chic and i am sure, it will also enjoyed! read more

Hotel is very beautiful. Especially good is spa area. Staff are very friendly but no german. No animation in the evening, only weather dependent. Christmas have no celebration organized in the hotel, only on new year's eve and in the restaurant. In the hall cost a lot of money and just for turks. read more

Food excellent, room clean, service is friendly, all shopping in Antalya more than easy to reach. Buses run practically in the minutes and cheap directly in front of the hotel from. To the airport 20 minutes, on foot the waterfall of Antalya, and so on hey, what do you want knockers actually? read more

    Unfortunately-and this is for me very crucial a very bad service. But i the cleaning of the rooms and minibarservice expressly ausnehme. The service in the restaurant and the bar was always overstrained. For the huge restaurant are regularly far from enough staff. Therefore also lacking clearly the friendliness. I am in Turkey not used. I actually find it terrible, if tourists so impatient and help yourself. But it remained for one nothing else. The clearing to set and drink service. Do it yourself. Hotel as 1001 Nacht - gladly anytime again! This hotel has us very positively surprised. The furnishing gorgeous like a castle. The garden wonderful with many clay vases in all sizes and types. A lot of green. Beautiful winding quiet places. Many palm trees, cacti, flowers, a wonderful gardens with lots of small temples. I can only swarm, am really amazed, would immediately again book this hotel. You can wonderful kilometer-long beach walks make, you have a need, not a problem. All 500 meters one comes to clean clean toilets past, only toilet-paper one must for everyone. Highly recommend is ... the walk for dueden park with same wassverfall. About 2,5 kilometers away from the hotel. Or simply times with the Dolmuş to the city center drive and the historic part and the harbor from Antalya reputation. A cruise is also worthwhile. read more
