We were on a 3-day city break in Kopenhagen and were with the hotel and the staff very satisfied. The hotel was newly renovated and is decorated up to date, the standard double room was clean but a bit small (the bathroom - only with a shower - although it is very clean, but rather older and small - therefore also downside). The staff are very nice and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is varied and even special requests are taken into account. Overall a great hotel, we would gladly come again! read more

Tastefully decorated city hotel. Currently the facade and the entrance area of the hotel renovated and therefore is's exterior have scaffolding. Parking is very bad: there are altogether 50 parking (for 150 dkk per day) about 300 meters away from the hotel in the backyard. Unfortunately, however, there is again and again problems due to overzealous traffic wardens: during our 20 minute check-in-operation (we had something to wait) we have a ticket (590 dkk) get, since we did not have a valid parking ticket on the car had. The front desk wanted (after our complaint) when the police the ticket ... return, unfortunately we have no information, a committed written information from the hotel get, whether the police of the ticket apart.-(
Breakfast costs 150 dkk extra, the offer this rather limited. Tip: go better in the vibrant neighboring danish cafés, where you for less money clearly more and better get.
We had a very small room right next to the elevator, including the numerous noise. Our toilet was broken at the cistern, not repaired. Due to our complaint we could a day later the room change: this was peacefully located and very spacious. The often-praised spa area was unfortunately every evening for ' to many visitors' closed early-with the crowd in the area was however unfortunately nobody to spot.-/
Overall the hotel is very tastefully decorated, unfortunately deserves it the four stars not the service the guest (both front desk and, as well as room amenities) is much improvement (no shower, no floor mat, mold in the tile grouting, scruffy shower heads). Whilst settling the bill the receptionist also still subordinate, we would have the mini bar use. And the blanket minibarnutzung on the bill. (although we are not once in the proximity of the minibartür came). Without words. Unfortunately no recommendation from us! read more

The pros : pleasant ambience - friendly employees. Room design scandinavian low-key furnished. Huge bath. Beautiful jogging trail around lakes on the doorstep.
Cons: no sightseeing spots & shops in the immediate area. Access to public verkahrsmittel only stop narreport (approximately 500 meters away). read more

The hotel is a beautiful, quiet and quite comfortable base for a city break. Admittedly, for German standards expensive. But that is stop Scandinavia.
The from the hotel lent bicycles (150 DKK/TG/ wheel) were in best shape.
The staff are attentive, friendly and bite by a very short response time out.

Central and nevertheless peaceful location, ideal for visiting, almost all sights can on foot be achieved. Laid out lakes in front of the hotel allow relaxing walks.
Kong Arthur features a very nice inner courtyard, the staff members were very accommodating, the room tastefully and comfortably furnished. The Italian restaurant, which the hotel is attached, is recommendable. We would Kong Arthur fully recommend this hotel and will be a next visit Copenhagen stay there again. read more

The hotel is in top condition, everything is very clean and new.
We stayed in a superior room, the room and the beds are here bigger, than in the economy room.
The hotel has a very nice, even if small, spa facilities.
We only on one day breakfast really - delicious and rich.
From the hotel from you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot the city center from Kopenhagen.

very beautifully furnished hotel, pretty good location. The furnishing is easily and the medieval fireplace in the beautiful Lobby is good relaxation. The rooms are not very large, therefore but super equipped, it has a good feel. The staff at the front desk is friendly and competent. The food we were able to unfortunately do not test, since it is the level of price in Denmark adapted ☺
also in Denmark one could eat well and cheap: small inside tip the wrap shop, at the large street direct around the corner, as well as the diner pizza Loading a street ... further, you are allowed to go from the looked loading don't let this put you off, the pizza will freshly prepared and tasted fantastic. And for 8 euros this is for Denmark very cheap. As you'll find in town where you can have a beer for 2 euros get. These are mostly student. Are small and hidden, hot: the moose or flos (Larsbjørnsstræde 10).
Copenhagen is a beautiful city with a great pedestrian precinct to the shop. But the prices non-stop unfortunately Danish. read more

the hotel lies approximately 5 to 7 minutes from Norreport (North Station) away. on foot one reaches fast the shopping streets.
breakfast is not in the price included- is however more than enough and fresh.

Room was very nice. The bathroom is small and without charm. Too little space to put things and hooks. The breakfast buffet is 08/15. Scrambled eggs from the bag/chemo-egg. Fruit salad consisted to 90% of a pervasive apple. Boiled eggs were cold and almost raw. Tea is cheap. The delicious coffee costs extra, the filter liquid is provided free of charge. Otherwise there was boiled ham, one sort of cheese, jam, cereals, milk, juices, bread, bread rolls, croissants. For those price but a joke. Better book without breakfast. The question is only, where the first meal of the day will ... come from. Nearby is nothing. The spa is nice. A little dingy unfortunately. But after a long day very pleasant. read more

Junior suite of course bigger and more spacious than the double room, so bad.
The Italian restaurant, La rocca offers exquisite, fine cuisine at reasonable, for CPH more in the lower level even though prices.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient and okay, but compared to suite and restaurant, because there are no special features, such as for example. Fish etc. Offered. It was offered, in the surrounding restaurants to brunch.
The pay Internet access in the lobby is a bit of a nuisance and does not correspond to the rest of the service standard of the house.
All in all ... a very recommendable hotel for CPH good price/performance ratio. read more
