Great hotel, staff extremly friendly and accommodating, service sensational! We were in the low season in Kusadasi, despite only a few guests in the hotel everything was usable and the buffet huge. Also the spa area was (except for the not so beautiful and small indoor swimming pool) very nice equipped. read more

With something over 100 rooms is the hotel still comparatively well arranged. The complex is still quite new and in very good condition. There are all sorts of guests there, during our stay several times tour groups here. Free wi-fi available. read more

    The rooms are rather small, but had a nice balcony with a view of the sea and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The mini bar is well equipped, the price of drinks are here but too high. Air conditioning or heating work well. The mattresses we found a bit hard, is however certainly a matter of taste. What you should keep in mind: when the motion is stronger wind is the sea, the below of the room against the rocks,, incredibly noisy, as ear plugs are helpful.

    Quality and quantity of breakfast and dinner were very good. Even in the off season, the selection was huge, everything was very delicious. Unfortunately only rarely turkish cuisine presented. The price of drinks are relatively high. Very nice is the lobby-bar with great views.

    Light and shade. In the restaurant was the service excellent, but regularly almost as many employees as guests were there. The cleaning of the rooms there, however, the maid at 8:30 a. m. in the morning and at 5:00 p. m. and could also by a 'please do not stören' sign not of your cleaning schedule keep. Once was not at all cleaned. The front desk is although it is very friendly, but with questions (where you get stamps? What is the wifi-password?) Not help. They speak english, german not really.

    The hotel is about 15 minutes' walk away from centre of Kusadasi. On the way there at numerous restaurants, shops and banks past. To the airport Izmir is about an hour. Parking spaces are sufficiently available. After ephesus are it with the rented car 15 minutes.

The large, right next to the sea located hotel - in good condition- but also reason to get angry. 1. the room safe is also subject to a charge: 2,00 Euro per day. 2. The service in the restaurant is not professional: the cover is faster shood around as the last bite runtergeschlickt. 3. The beverage prices are exorbitantly. Throughout a successful and very good vacation. There was really no faults, everything has our expectations totally outreached. For a price for the journey from 1992,00 Euro for 2 weeks, 3 persons half board there was a absolute excellence in return. For information only, sandy beach there are in this hotel no, but a large good foot bridge with several direct accesses to the sea, it is absolutely great and very comfortable. The sea was also very clean and also at this time still super warmly. read more

The hotel consists of two parts connected by a walkway and 9 floors. It is because of a slope, front desk/street and 4 floors down the restaurant and including access sea. Good clean condition, mainly visited by americans ( rundreisenhotel ) and dutch/belgians, middle-aged couples. Selectable with half board or only breakfast. read more

    A restaurant outside very nice, inside cool atmosphere. 6-10 hours breakfast: fresh omelettes and fried eggs, scrambled eggs not recommendable swam in milk, gek. Eggs liquid. Wonderful breads and bread rolls, much cheese, little sausage. Various jams and fruits and yogurts. Juices and very good coffee. Evening 19,30-22 hours: huge starters buffet with various fresh salads, always new tasty soups. Daily rice and fries, kartoffelabwechslung was missing, nearly daily cauliflower. 2 boiled dishes with sauce. Outside were noodles with vegetables spectacular roasted, and fish or usually minced meat grilled. Unfortunately rarely country typical lamb or similar. Bottle house wine r/w/rose 20 Euro, large bottle of water 5 Euro. There was then a huge dessert buffet, delicious. Everything was clean and the tables and plates were quickly cleared away. Tips they gave in boxes at the buffet or entrance. In addition there is a pool bar with delicious snacks.

    The staff in the restaurant sometimes after desire and mood friendly depending on nationality, the service otherwise good. Main language english in the restaurant, as well as at the front desk.     In the hotel unfortunately, there was no evening entertainment like for instance a musical or dance evening. Also the pool bar closes at 19 o'clock, so that you in the hotel evening was not outside, but only in the lobby at the bar can sit. No activities, but the you needed during the day and in the evening also not. A table tennis table and a small space for children with cottages. Two internet spots for a fee. Elevated pool with beautiful view of the sea, unfortunately very cold. A bit deeper bathingplatform with showers and accesses via a little wobbly stairs into the sea.     The hotel lies in a quiet side street on the edge of Kusadasi with good parking possibilities for the rented car. To the center/bazaar/cruise terminal you need about 10-15 minutes on foot, via taxi 10 tl /4-5 Euro 5 minutes, Dolmuş Linie 1 the direction of the city center in front of the hotel. The airport is approximately 70 kilometers away. Sandy beach not so clean 10 minutes Shops and bazaar for everything your heart desires. Caravanserai offers for 30 Euro turkish evening tuesday and friday on reservation. All of the historic sites of ephesus, Milet, Priene, didyma) and the national easy to reach.

Hello. We are a week again there, the hotel is spectacular. The cleanliness is brilliant, much praise goes to the cleaning staff. The bathrooms as new. The employees are very friendly, eating and drinking everything was good. We had a great view to the sea you could even from the bed from lying see. This hotel has no sandy beach, but a wooden deck with chairs, I could I not really imagine loud description, but when I then saw great great, no annoying sand in the pockets at your feet and you are right in the sea with a dip. ... Great refreshment-). No animation lovely, total relaxation:-). The hotel is, for children, rather less suitable, there, there are no slides, but a small mini children's playground. read more

    The rooms are very modern furnished, very clean. Particularly the pillows have pleased me, very pleasant. The bathroom was as new no black edges. The balcony is completely glazed. The size of the room was exactly right. The beds were at least for one person 1.20 times 2.00.

Still 'good' hotel with some downsides

We had this hotel as 2. Halt our Turkey-trip (4 nights ayvalik, 8 nights Kusadasi, 2 nights Izmir), as from Kusadasi from many sights can see (Ephesus, priene, miletus, didyma, Selcuk. Pamukkale). Otherwise here half board offered, we do not want all inclusive have a vacation, as we always are a lot on the way. Altogether we can the hotel still recommend it. But there are some things the US disapproval have: the obligatory ' 7-hours-with -towel-loungers-reserve' also here, Nationenübergreifend. Curtains with holes, gum on the shower cabin ( is the first showers in, why is the no cleaning lady?) ..., toilet crooked installed, you nearly falls down, air conditioning is within a week twice canceled. What we totally against the trick is, was the fact that you here no drinks or food ( for example fruit) you are in the supermarket or on the road bought, with to the room next to me. If you have shopping bag to the hotel marches is treated like a bomber. We have our drinks always in backpack reingeschmuggelt, then in the mini bar cool and in the morning, before we loosely are, back out. But this ban we have nowhere experienced. If the aforementioned points however not disturb, is a good, tourism-typical hotel. I and the recommendation a tight 'yes'. Itself we will in future try, smaller, individual hotels/ guest houses to book. read more

The hotel is for couples recommendable. Little children, very quiet. No animation. There is no beach to lay down, but a terrace on the water with two entrances to the water. Food is super and diverse. read more

A hotel in the customer king is, everything is very pleasant, the staff except for a few exceptions usual Turkish friendliness. Particularly the children were extensively welcomed. Pool and bath possibilities in the sea are correct great. It is a so-called city hotel, but you can also very good beach vacation spend. A beach isn't available, however there was generous bathing jetties and plentiful stairs to reach the water. At the large pool also a small children's pool (without a slide or something like that), and a hot tub. The spa area was not the standard of the hotel. The ... Hamam was at any time of the day cold, the steam room smelled very stuffy. Sauna was OK. Price for massage and treatments definitely too expensive, staff only conditionally friendly in the area. The indoor swimming pool we didn't use, made a not so good impression. Food in buffet form, always plentiful, tasty and delicious. read more

We had a very nice time in charisma deluxe. Already on arrival about 01:00 at night we were welcomed in a friendly manner, our luggage was immediately our rooms and they promised, that we still have a sandwich handed, because we the dinner had missed. The sandwich turned out to be really delicious and large and there were even fries in addition, all was very fresh. Our room had, how all other also, a spitzenblick on the sea. In the bathroom there is a jacuzzi, the does what it promises, the bathroom is very spacious, just as the room. ... It was every day really clean and tidy by the friendly cleaning staff. Anyway the complete hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Also the pool and spa facilities top marks deserve, beautiful it doesn't. Only drawback was in our opinion the food. It was not very tasty and especially the wealth was missing variety. But since you can create even remedy and in one of the many reasonably priced restaurants close to the hotel feast go. We would the hotel immediately recommend! read more

Hotel lies right next to the sea, all rooms have view of the sea.-) rooms are for a five star hotel rather small. Bath possibilities only in the pool, the is very well designed. Unfortunately the hotel has no beautiful beach. For a beach vacation I would the hotel do not book. Whoever excursions and stroll is this hotel right. The staff are very friendly, speaks very bad German in comparison to the Touristikorten Side and so on with English but you get along pretty well. The food is varied, however there were in our day unfortunately little fish. ... Evenings there unfortunately no animation, think, because it was off-season. In short: a great hotel to relax and great go on excursions, less for swimming. read more
