The breakfast buffet was a total catastrophe

Empty plates at the buffet, no plates, empty brötchenkörbe, empty coffee pots, unfriendly overtaxed service - i am sorry, but can the remaining hotel good: this is only for a maximum of 'poor'. There was not only by our wedding society-many complaints even during breakfast. Unfortunately, those without effect. I was four times at different times before empty brötchenkörben and have no single meal. Only comment to me was, that one from the guests overwhelmed is. But this must be a surprise, because the number of hotel nights should be aware. And with external guests must one stop also be ... expected. 15 € per person for breakfast (60 € for the family!) Is but overpriced. A discount or some other concession the hotel was not ready. read hotel review

Too much room for too little space to eat breakfast. Staff was overtaxed and not understandable! And the 2. time problems with the food! And then still another blöden comment from the service...! read hotel review

    Room was of a reasonable size. Despite facing the street, it was quiet. The furnishings and bathroom were new and modern. There was a new flat screen TV. There was a reasonably stocked mini-bar containing only drinks.

    There was a good selection of food for breakfast, including fruits, bread, meat and fruit. Several types of hot and cold drink were available. There was a bar available in the evening although the drinks were relatively expensive.

    Very convenient for the railway which is next door. The back of the hotel faces the tracks. The front faces the car park. There are some restaurants (fast food and traditional) across the street as well as a cinema.

New nice hotel good for business and travelers except overnight stay with breakfast, nothing in a hotel expect. The house is modern and design ideas of the hotel furnished. The chain has a modern style in all its new houses has been realized. Everything except the booked breakfast costs. Internet, fitness. The staff is like in all hotels the chain hardly present. At the front desk there is a little bell, so that the service is requested. The first ic hotel i the nahverkehrsticket demand had. The guests are international. read hotel review

    The rooms are wonderful modern, clean and tidy. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. You feel very much at ease here. The mini bar as in all houses expensive.

    The gastronomy this hotel chain not beso find it different well maintained. There's a restaurant, what in the lobby is integrated. If you typical hotel food like, please. Also the bar is in the lobby integrated. I am not impressed, Also the breakfast is in the lobby set up. 6:00 the beginning. The male server has probably another time. Only when there was a bread roll. On questions egg dishes. On request, the coffee maker refilled. It took until 6:40 o'clock. Until then, the buffet incomplete. Then pushed the service staff member beside me still the screens aside. Terrible.

    The hotel is directly at the the db train station and the train station for the urban public transport. To the airport Frankfurt with the db in 45 minutes. With the airline bus in 30 minutes before the db train station. In the vicinity of the hotel is a McDonald's, a great italian restaurant, a brewery and a vapiano. You can take the tram in 5 minutes to the center.

Very new, clean, modern hotel right at the train station. Ideal for business trips or excursions into town. Tram and trains come directly in front of the hotel at. Only one negative: wifi is fee! read hotel review

A new hotel, the paragraphs facilities and cleanliness a good condition is. The staff seems in certain parts overburdened to be respectively partly on itself alone. Complaints on the hotel guest shifted respectively or partly as a given. For example by the hotel hired parking at a height of 15,00 Euro per day a parking meters be paid, as this was broken respectively EC-the denied, was merely at the front desk the inquiries, that you again and again even should examine. Drinks in the room respectively within the mini bar were to check in not restocked, for the complaint ... at the front desk one received the information, that you on the day of departure complain about should, as it would not be charged. The breakfast buffet is adequate and diverse, however very long waiting periods, there food and drinks not timely refilled or only on repeated ask carried out is. The tables not cleared, so that one also here only, should be called upon. I think, that here the staff saved. In the restaurant area it gives here for a hotel with stars a very poor menu and then also still frozen goods offered. The staff behind the bar is also that, the food prepared and served. The windows of the room can not be opened, as completed. You can indeed cigarette butts, but by the very narrow gap in the ward is hardly air. The internet in the room is subject to a charge. This was when booking not informed. read hotel review

Room nice, quiet, breakfast delicious. But: the promised in-room services were not fulfilled. On repeated demand only the 3. (!) employee even when hotel management asked, what all of services (in this case tv-facilities ) really is offered. And this is much less than promised. Kindness? Nothing. An ideal hotel around Darmstadt to meet and the area: the nearby located wine-Growing areas, as well as Mainz and Frankfurt. We and our friends were with the services of the hotel very satisfied. We especially enjoyed the friendly front desk. The breakfast was plentiful and good. read hotel review

New hotel, good concept, room big enough, bath could be a bit bigger. Train station and tram on the doorstep, breakfast (15 €) and garage (14 Euro per day) are in my opinion somewhat too much, we have therefore out for breakfast and parking read hotel review
