I found the hotel wiking really nice. My mother and i were in march there. The staff was very friendly. My mother had during the trip birthday and it was even thought. The rooms were very well equipped. The bathroom was already a bit small, but very tastefully decorated. We had also with the weather luck. So we were completely satisfied. read more

Through the cure our son i in january and february the rooms for us rented. The breakfast is small but nice. There is something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Also in the evening at the bar we were welcomed in a friendly manner. Also suitable for smokers. Although the rooms a non-smoker is for smokers an ashtray ready for the balcony. The rooms are except for the details with all furnished. We immediately felt good. read more

From the exterior don't let this put you off. The hotel is from the inside lovingly and appetizingly arranged food furnished. All of the staff is nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable! The hotel is located in a construction mistake, the 60-seventies surprised on entering the home with comfort and style. On the walls loving motive tiles were nice arrangements. Some of the tiles come from the 17. Century. Our room number was 204 to stone man street and let us look at other concrete blocks. However, since we anyway all day long on the way were, that did not disturb us. The room service was fast, friendly and thorough. The breakfast was extensive, fresh and nicely designed. There was a large selection of teas and coffees. On ... special requests were handled promptly and me and my ' request eggs' fast. It would be a little music for breakfast, the atmosphere was still nice former. I was surprised by a nicely decorated and freshly-baked cakes for my birthday. The hotel Wiking is a place for people, who do not want to stay in a castle beds, but in a well-kept, manageable four stars hotel. My room was a bit small, but everything was there, what you would expect, including a small attention of the house for those arriving in the form of a bowl of fruit. The bathroom was so spacious, despite my handicap that I had enough space to move me safe. (For a wheelchair user it would not be possible. Former) the staff is efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great: fresh, varied, attractively decorated ..., also for those, which comes as guest for breakfast. My personal conclusion: I would choose the hotel again at any time Wiking for me. read more

The hotel is located in the center of westerland only about 100m away from the pedestrian zone. The beach promenade was in three minutes walking distance. The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint was very good. Inside it is nevertheless quite different. The rooms are very nicely equipped and clean.
