BEST WESTERN PREMIER Alsterkrug Hotel^{(4 stars)}

The room seemed to me at the start rather small, but it definitely enough. We had a non-smoking pay tv, minibar, espresso machine, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, shower and toilet. Everything was very clean and the condition was mostly alright. The tv had a light green. The bathroom was relatively small held, but it was very well equipped... For example with hair dryer, shower gel, towels and make-up mirror and facial tissues.

To the hotel has a bar and two small rooms as a restaurant served. Unfortunately, there was only in one of both the breakfast buffet. However therefor it was very quiet in other room. Everything was clean. All waiters were very friendly and fulfilled special requests. The clearing of the tables and the replenishment of breakfast buffet could have been a bit faster. At the bar we found the prices for example for cocktails a bit excessive. Nevertheless we felt comfortable there and it tasted very good us.

Also the service in our opinion was not to be exceeded nearly. Although normally the rooms from 15 o'clock are, we could already around 12 hours our room relate. The lady at the reception was very friendly, explained everything precisely. Also at, the only appeared, were the frontdesk employees always polite and gave helpful answers.

In this category i can only the sauna rate. This is every evening from 18 to 21 hours heated. If you are outside this time sauna would, however, it is also not a problem, one must only a half hour before at the front desk notice. In the field of the sauna stayed at me no wishes open. The sauna is quite small, but it was ok. Beach chairs were available, each with ceiling and towel. Extra towels were also available, as well as a water dispenser for the thirst. A shower with hose to cool off and a normal shower was also there. In the background ran quietly quiet music. I could really relax, as except for me at the moment nobody there was.

The Best Western Hotel is a rather small, but very fine hotel in the Hansestadt Hamburg. We we found it very quiet, comfortable and to turn off just perfect. Condition and cleanliness were impeccable. We had nothing to criticize. The room rate included the mood breakfast, a 3-course menu, wi-fi in the rooms, the use of the sauna, as well as a tv with pay tv. We met guests different ages-both young couples, as well as businessmen in the best years ☺.

The hotel is near the airport, but this was really not at all to notice. Directly in front the hotel is also a bus stop, the way to the underground station and therefore to the center of the city allows. For the night owls the note, that the buses only until about 22 hours to the hotel and then not. Therefore better look for another hotel, if you the nightlife hamurgs to explore wants. About 5 minutes on foot there is a gas station, and a supermarket.
