    We had a wonderful superior -room on the 3. floor with large terrace including 2 sun loungers with a view of the lighthouse directly on-site as upgrade at the owner's expanse. Originally we had a room with a view of the sea over the travel agent reserved.

    We visited the classes of Kirsten in the balancewelt in the sister hotel gaviotas park. The courses amongst others pilates, grabbe -stick and ballooning us really enjoyed. The courses are beginners, as well as fitness inexperienced recommended.

The hotel Iberostar Playa Gaviotas is (unlike all other hotels nearby) directly at the beach and is not the main street separated from the beach. The hotel has 8 floors, but not fully stacked are built, but in the hillside. The rooms are all toward the beach, or in the direction the beautiful countryside ausgerichttet. The hotel itself is very clean. Wi-fi is only in the reception hall and costs 4 €for 30 minutes. The majority of the guests the age of 60 years already long and show extremely gladly how good the whole body tan is. Is not everyone's ... thing, after a while you can see on the naked people but way ^^ during the vacation also many families. read more

    Who a room with seaview would like, is the best one in the 3. or 4. floor. Here you can direct on the beach look and is not right on the ground level, so that nobody get off on the balcony can ☺ we had a room on the upper floors, what behind the pool area beach chairs and a view of the action coconspirator. But also the sea you can here good. The palm trees and the beautiful landscaping, it was a nice view. The rooms are huge and all have a balcony. There was a 32 inches flat screen tv, telephone, fridge, two bottles of per day, air conditioning (or a luftumwälzer definitely got a bit cooler air ^ ^), a nice bathroom with tub, hair dryer and bidet. The bed only one thin sheets, but in the closet there are two blankets and an extra pillow, if you warmer like. Everything very clean, however the furniture are very outdated. Here and there squeaks it, or is scratched. New furniture should really be purchased!

    The hotel owns a large restaurant, by giving daily breakfast, lunch and dinner there is. A 2. restaurant is closed on tuesdays and fridays for a dinner, with a fixed menu is (reservation before!). There is also an outdoor bar, with the lunch and in addition the whole day drinks. The last bar is in the upper level and offers breakfast and until 1 am drinks. In fact you can constantly food ☺ The food itself is very varied. For breakfast, there is bread and rolls, cold cuts, vegetables, fruit, cereal, freshly squeezed smoothies, sausages, beans, different freshly prepared eggs, yogurt... I can not at all list all ☺ for lunch there were mostly salads, fresh fish and meat (also before the eyes). In the evening there is the largest buffet with fresh salads, two types of soup, meat and fish dishes, numerous side dishes, vegetables, bread, dips, dessert and so on. Since nobody can complain about, there is something for everyone! And it is really trying the offer daily to change. And there everything is freshly and hygienically prepared! Drinks could also everyone take with a large choice. If you go all-inclusive, can around the hour drinking and food ☺ Also the atmosphere is very comfortable. The only negatives are the cocktails. They are in a very ridiculous interpretation made with very much syrup. Thus with the Piña Colada was neither cream, or pineapple juice in it... Everything was concentrate and moved us their lips together. Then rather long drinks order ☺

    So great service you want ☺ No matter wether at the front desk, or in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly. Particularly the older guests and small children liked to be entertained. Our maid was very nice and well cleaned. Masterpieces of towels included ☺ A doctor could from the hotel be called. Almost everyone spoke german, otherwise you could help with english.

    There are 3 very well maintained outdoor pools with showers, there is a pool for children. At the middle pool there were regularly aquagymsastik of the entertainers. These also offer yoga, fitness, archery and the offers for all age groups on. They are not pushy at all, on the contrary you will always friendly welcomes! Around the pools chairs with umbrellas, the free use. There is a bowlingbahnbar, which also has billiards and darts returns. Also there is a small fitness room, squash (fee for racquet ), table tennis and Tennis (fee). There is a kids club with animators. A diving school and surfing school are right on the hotel. Evenings there was in the large hall a daily tanzangebot for children and then program for adults, what really recommendable is! Here apply either the entertainers on, or purchased entertainer. There is also a wellnessbereich, which is situated between this hotel and the Iberostar Playa Gaviotas park. Against a fee of 12 €per person. This the whole day use. There are a sauna, a steam bath, various showers and a pool with various wellness stations, via kopfdruck itself can. Outside and inside there were beach chairs. Massages and special offers you can buy.

    The airport is about 80 kilometers away. The hotel is directly at the beach, it leads a walk from the hotel directly to the sand (you really only a few meters). Nearby the hotel, there is a small shopping center with a supermarket and many tourismusständen, but also Douglas and Esprit. On foot you could reach it in 10 minutes. The tourismusmeile with the lighthouse is on foot about 20-30 minutes away. The hotel has a bus stop and a taxi stand.

Nice, solid, outdated star hotel with comfortable and wonderful view of the sea. One was quickly, since the complex not extensively too was. We had booked all inclusive and were with the services contained satisfied. Unfortunately belonged to the safe in the room not (16,25 Euro the week). Most of the guests were german and this was the hotel mostly adjusted (for example daily activities and evening entertainment). The average age ranged around the 40 upwards. read more

    We had a double room with laterally megabyte and were with the location and the room absolutely satisfied. It was quiet and the view from the balcony was great. The size of the room was absolutely okay, as well as the furnishings. Why the beds however on wheels is possible, is a mystery to us. We have our 2 beds with nachtschränkchen 'fixed' so that they together and not constantly auseinanderrollten. In the closet there were enough hangers and storage space. The bathroom was rather small but sufficient. Also here gnawed unfortunately the ravages of time. New shower attachments would be needed. The water pressure was unfortunately often to be desired. The biggest fault however the badbeleuchtung. If you want a romantic schummerlicht preferred probably here satisfied. For frisurenstyling and make-up rather bad. A spiegelleuchte would be here times appropriate!

    There was an à la carte restaurant, which we didn't make use of, buffet and a pool bar, the lunch also a buffet in abgespeckter form served. Then there were still a hotel bar with nightly music and dancing, as well as a bar in the show room, every evening an idea from 9:15 p. m. for the adults (entertaining!) And before a hour program offered. The drinks were, except the cocktails, of good quality and the selection large. Some international spirits were included in the all inclusive. The dishes in the buffet restaurant were varied and mostly delicious (there were always exceptions). From meat to fish, as well as the different vegetables. Only in the starter area as could be something to be done. Here was missing it often of sophistication. The breakfast was solid with everything you know. Sausage, cheese, eggs and omelets. Also here was missing to us unfortunately that certain something. There was fruit salads from canned fruit. Fresh fruits as grapefruit and oranges was quartered with shell offered. We find very inconvenient, if you with yogurt food. Some says now, the home more? We are here but the comparison to other hotels and not to a private home! The cleanliness we can say, that the used plates always cleared away very quickly and the tables always very fast newly restocked were. The beverages you had to yourself or get. Bothered us however nothing special. The chairs in the conservatory area could be renewed times, since the peeling paintwork nothing special well maintained.

    The check in folded smoothly and we had already after the breakfast (10.30 hours ) our room. Especially praiseworthy be mentioned here, that we had seldomly had such a friendly and accommodating staff experienced. This is for us a reason, this hotel on our next fuerte holiday to re-elect. As mentioned above, has this hotel in its equipment age-related defects and we have stayed in far eleganter hotels, but the warmth of the people from the front desk from staff to the restaurant- and bar area makes the small 'altersschwächen' more than made up for it. You just feel completely comfortable and welcome. Even the cleaning staff on the birthday of my wife a small surprise in our room provided (in addition to the greeting of the hotel with sparkling wine). The cleaning was very good and we were greeted with more towels carefully, as we needed.

    The pool area is very nice, with two pools (one heated, one heated). There are enough chairs and umbrellas available, but many not held, early the to reserve chairs. The loungers are alright, the umbrellas but a catastrophe. Here an appeal to the hotel management: new screens with uv protection! These umbrellas you need not any to offer. Cheapest execution and way too thin. It is for the not only the shade. We were still a little pre-tanned and despite enough lsf 30 nasty sunburn closed and under the umbrella. We have in the unlikely many other holidaymakers seen, the krebsrot in the evening to eat came. This brings unfortunately also to the rather bad review. A shame, otherwise was the pool area very nice. In the official description see gym existed in the form. There was a room, by a few fitness and treadmill were. Rather disappointing!

    The transfer to the hotel took from the airport about 90 minutes, but of course several other hotels funky were. The hotel is on a small cliff above the beach. By stairs you reached quickly the beach, which very clean was, but not to the hotel belonged. To the next shopping possibilities it was about 15 minutes on foot parallel to the beach a promenade along. In the hotel itself there is also a small shop, the various offers (cigarettes, souvenirs, suntan lotion, etc.).

We traveled the 2. time to this hotel and were once again very satisfied. Very commendable is the friendly staff in all areas. The food including drinks were always lovingly arranged and in the evening Beach always something special to choose from. We had a room on the top floor and a great view over the complex and the sea. Were for the 2. time in february in this hotel and like the first time we were totally thrilled. Very friendly staff. Everywhere one was greeted friendly. They speak german at the reception. At the beach one can walk kilometres away. There were always enough umbrella and loungers by the pool available. Worth mentioning is, of course the food. That was a dream. There was way branded spirits on. This is not everywhere usual. Evenings the day at the bar drink. There it was pleasantly warm. On the halls sometimes ventilation. With our room we were completely satisfied. We needed ... an 2. blanket. This was immediately with the cleaning of the room the maid brought. With the cleaning of the room we were completely satisfied. Now still another note to the somewhat older guests. I often the feeling, the looked for fallen a bit too complain. It was partly horrible. Also like this guests the staff have approached, i really ashamed. For this hotel there was nothing to complain about, unless you are looking for details. Besides one should consider, that there people work and not machines. I would next year gladly again a small little winter in this great hotel. read more

We went as a couple the ocean view room 1 floor the room was clean, the staff were all very friendly and were around our well-being very hard. The way to the beach was a breeze. Well-known Iberostar-quality of the hotel. Negatives: a bit inconvenient, to to the beach to come. About 2 kilometer long way to Jandia in the 'shopping-mile' is also not ideal. Unfortunately there is also no gardens, but only a large deck, it is difficult, after the lunch three free chairs next to each other to get; most chairs are arranged. Still a nice vacation in a nice hotel! read more

It was a wonderful relaxing vacation in a nice hotel right next to the sea, the hardly any wishes open left, very friendly staff, great food also the choice of drinks was very rich. The only thing which it is to be marked, that trip there and back in the nighttime, the noise of the bags, something disturbed, is however on tiled floors not to avoid. We will come back for sure read more

A great vacation in a very nice hotel. Except for the loud noise in the early due to the car of the cleaning staff, and the drawing of the case-on the tiled floors (but, we want all no carpets more), not avoid. The atmosphere is very nice, especially no durchgesessenen seating, partly very nice bright renovated rooms (there is at least invested ), extremely friendly staff. No matter wether in the dining room, in the bar (especially jesus and Toni) or at the entertainment. I have no experience, the time a very musty smell was. The food was very diverse. ... Some of the meats you have to stop, generally abroad drawbacks, it is a little tough. But they are in the culinary preparation clear in the advantage. It was really delicious. Also the presentation of the dishes was a feast for the eyes. If you didn't find anything there or complained here, should remember, which he himself home prepared, all cooked or just ' a box opens. I had to, through a small accident due to the doctor, it was immediately set a deadline and the costs (plus recipe) took over. Also the very pleasant. The food would have could have been more diverse. 10 days long the same fish? For dessert always ice cream, cakes and a cream of dr. oettger? I the hotel can only in connection with a suite recommend, this has 2 beach chairs on the spacious balcony, the chairs by the pool are sufficiently available, but it is with its unknown neighbors almost hand in hand. What about the hotel captivates, is the direct beach area, otherwise i thought the value for money not harmonious. Wifi is bad and expensive. In this price range actually not be. Evening entertainment rather ... even knitted. With animation i generally problems. Still, i live. Positive point is, that i am not forced bingo to play. read more

I had a sports holiday planned. The sports offer wasn't so appealing as described in the catalog. The Steps was on seniors and were in general the hotel guests 60+. I felt in the hotel relatively lost, because you no interlocutor has been found. This is really difficult access to find. I would only check in again if i 60 or older am ☺ read more

    Rooms were large and clean. Family rooms were but down on the pool level, there it is with a pool view and sea view is rather a joke. Is also quite noisy during the day and balconies are on the children's playground. If we spielplatzkinder would have had it would be great, as it was sometimes disturbing.     The driving directions from the airport beach was excellent. Many stops and hüpfender bus were 2 hours long, really borderline. But can the hotel nothing for it. Return was better. Night life = 0, shoppingmeile is fast attainable. There are also a lot of pubs car rentals. Had 'Orlando' as rental company from Germany booked and no problems. Taxis to Morro Jable are as well not a problem and cheap.

The 355 rooms were spread on several areas, so that the number of of the guests very spread out. We stayed on our hallway usually only the cleaning lady made. The floors 1-4 beach chairs very quiet, however, the way of the front desk there rather unfriendly and kellermäßig. Decoration, pictures, booths for more atmosphere. The whole area made a clean and appropriate impression, declined but on any kind of luxury. Internet connection was poor, there was unfortunately only the front desk with fee. Also the safe had to be paid and was so small, that no laptop fit inside. read more

    Our superior room was on the 2. floor, was newly renovated (we could paint still smell) and big enough. It had a terrace with a table, 2 chairs and 2 beach chairs, but unfortunately no umbrella. At the end our stay, there were the odd renewed. The extra expense was worth it, because we on our terrace wind could lie under the sun. Also the view on the sea is wonderful. Daily clean enough cleaned, but very different times, so we could prepare. The bathroom was size wise, the counter space and the number of aufhängemöglichkeiten alright, but as a shower we had to the bathtub use, we find that no longer (especially in the superior rooms).

    There was a main restaurant and a specialty restaurant, the 2 evenings in the week was open (login required). The food and drink offer was both from the quantity, as well as the quality very good. There was 3 food, where you can get soft drinks, beer and wine (white, red and rose wine from the tap or in the bottle) even served and in addition still another table with strong alcoholic beverages. The buffet was nicely decorated, with changing specialities and freshly prepared food (one sort of meat, one sort of fish) and was constantly refilled. We did not even experience, that something was missing. The tables were quickly cleared and again newly restocked, always with a new, clean table cloth. That was but also necessary, because the rush are big. The restaurant itself we found uncomfortable, cramped in row and member seats without optical interruptions or divisions. Only the conservatory seemed a bit cozy, was therefore but also especially desired and it gave always queues. A star reduction.

    The entire staff was unsurpassed friendly, also without constantly getting tipped been distributed. Almost all languages so much german, that we could understand. The check-in and check-out was quick and uncomplicated. During the completion of the formalities were sparkling wine, snacks and sweets were offered.     On the sun terrace around the pool stood the loungers (always two beach or pool chairs and an umbrella and a small table) close to each other, it meant that but abundant.     The location is magnificent, a iberostaroase (altogether 3 hotels) with extensive beach and a promenade direction morro del Jable, the evening but is not lit. The distance to the airport is quite far. We have 2 hours needed, because all places on the route were on the route. A small shopping center is easily reachable on foot, as well as the stop for the public bus.

Objective was pure in the cold season. That is wholeheartedly been fulfilled. We had a wonderful time in the Iberostar Playa gaviatos. We will come back for sure. If you want a high recreation value searches, will certainly find. Food, hotel, friendliness and cleanliness were excellent. Big praise to the staff. The hotel has already times better days experienced. Is however nor in a respectable state. The rooms are big enough and with all the necessary equipped. Should be emphasized the large flat -tv with enough german programs. The waiters was in all areas extremely friendly and competent. Which one from the kitchen can't say. The dishes were at best below average. Except for the appetizers or the salad buffet can't something be recommended. The same goes for the most drinks. All cocktails were of horrible quality. (this is the disadvantage of all inclusive facilities) in the draught beer can not ... much wrong. Also the Gin-tonic was good. As in short here is to say, someone, the value on kitchen and keller sets in this hotel not in good hands is. Everything else. By the nonintrusive animation at the pool or the always guard eye of all employees is exemplary. read more

The complex is big with about 350 rooms and only by the bank promenade from the beach separately. The complex is about 12 years old (according to other guests the every year there have a vacation. It was in the meantime renovated. We had all inclusive. Half board is worthwhile not since nearby only 1 restaurant at the beach is (small and not inviting and expensive). The guests in january are mostly retirees and around 90 to 95% german. read more

    The location is perfect direct at the beach, something is the hotel and to the beach one arrives either by stairs or a ramp but without any problems. The distance to the airport about 90 minutes. To Jandia at the beach along about 30 minutes Shopping is in Jandia given, is worthwhile but not there the prices as well as in Germany are, the sales tax is 7% increase.

For the 2. time we are for our decision recompenced. It was again a time a very lovely vacation and we were satisfied with everything. This time we had our grandchild (1 year) %blank%. Every in the hotel was of of the kids loved it, especially the staff has us all wishes of the lips. A small drawback was however, it should be worked. The hotel has a large and brand new spa area, first it said with of the kids not a problem in the use. But at the end of on one day, where it was very windy ... and we of the kids not to the beach or in the pool go, we wanted to stay in the spa. Unfortunately sat there a very rude only english speaking employee without a justification access denied. There were only two words. Adult, adult! These and not so much!
