25 kilometer in the wahiba undeveoped camp. The strohütten, designed with a carpet, are equipped with 2 beds and an open shelf equipped. Evening lanterns lit. (torch) The showers and toilets were separately accommodated. Activities in the morning has a camel ride in the wahiba to the programme. In the evening we drove to sunset in the dunes, where the open fire coffee was being prepared. There were 2 wonderful days in the desert. No cell phone-no electricity, we it did not miss. Tip: better shower in the evening, since the water is from the sunshine during the day still ... warm, mornings it was cool. read more

Clean, well-kept, cozy, romantic and family run camp in the middle of the sand dunes. We stayed on our tour of the Sultanate of Oman in this camp an unforgettable night spent. We were picked up on time as drivers at the meeting place. When we drive to the 20 kilometer in the desert camp ahead of more often the slopes and drove through the dunes. After referring our palm fronds hut and a small break in camp we were invited to take part in a trip to the dunes at sunset. When we in the dark arrived back in ... the camp was already finished our dinner and a campfire place with carpet, upholstery and pillows (so comfortable) prepared. The whole camp was romantically lit with kerosene lamps. The fire came three Bedouins and Arab and Omani music played and we considered an unbelievably beautiful starry sky. The staff was very friendly and always there if you needed something. We can recommend this camp, as we have seen, absolutely recommend. Martin Hanni Elisabeth read more

Quiet camp, in the middle of the sand dunes. This camp of tourists and a few tour operator to be booked. The cottages consist of two beds and a opened Cabinets. The advantage of the palm fronds are, that it very much airy and is not stuffy. There are plenty of toilets and showers partly also brand new, neat and clean are the. The food was good and typical for the country, but there is no alcohol, our guide so a few cans of beer before worried you can bring. great is the fire to sit and three Bedouin the ... music to listen and watch the starry sky to see (but not Folklore/ tourist). Ten o'clock end and tore in his hut. Was a great experience not to be missed (even if you mixed with camping nothing at the hut) read more
