Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The management, facilities and service was despicable. In terms of cleanliness, food quality and spa services I was very disappointed. No value for money whatsoever.
- Rooms were very small.
- It would take you upto 30 minutes to get your eggs during breakfast and another 30 minutes to convince someone to get you coffee (maybe they will maybe they wont)
- If you complain, they may charge extra on your bill so be careful.
- AC in the room does not always work
- Spa is ... very dirty and I wouldn't want to get into that water if you pay me
- Type of guests are also a disappointment but lets not go there. read more

The whole hotel is on quite a high standard, but especially positive emphasis is, the furnishings were rather typical for the country and not the typical five star hotel-no matter is. The rooms had two balconies in the bedroom, as well as on the bathroom with a great view to the dead sea. The location-in the middle of Wadi is exceptional. The pool area could be a little bit bigger, there were partly not enough pool chairs available. The gym is very well equipped. The SPA is a few meters from the main building in a suitable construction and had ... their own particular character. The treatments were good to very good, however on a very high level. The food (we had half board) was very good, both breakfast, and dinner at the buffet. Alternatively the hotel buffet on a higher viewpoint (panoramic complex-part of the hotel) overlooking the dead sea food. Overall, we were with the service in the hotel, as well as in the SPA very positively surprised. The hotel has its own 'trip' section, which is very good for excursions in the surrounding towns and cities worries. read more

I had a room and it was quite evason large with a king size bed, a huge large televisions including DVD Abspielgerät, a sitting area with table and fresh fruit and the bathroom was also very large (separate shower with shower's wall and bathtub)-just wonderful of course was the balcony with a view of the nature. I really liked the hotel, as it is very rustic built is usually with dark wood, especially the staff was very friendly. The cook used the hotel only food grown and meat from the hotel's own breeding very delicious. You can relax in the ... hotel really. 2-3 days really recommended, so that even the six-senses Spa test can. This is below the hotel (on foot about ten minutes walk, the ascent is very exerting and hot.). One pays a entrance from about 25 American dollar for those whole stay and then you can also use the natural hot spring in the Spa. Furthermore, there is a public hot spring at the Hotel and at the Pool. For me it is the perfect place for a couple of days so really to relax and unwind. To The total The sea is only 20 minutes by car. read more

The staff was very, very polite and accommodating. Requests were almost of the lips. The staff noticed our names and preferences (for example, coffee for breakfast, the square at the Dinner.)
The hotel is located in a very isolated in a ravine! For us it was more of a plus since we were looking for peace and quiet, some can be a problem.
To the next town (madaba) is about 25 minutes drive.
The hotel offers a great many trips, has its own transport service or organized on request taxis.
Lastly, I have to say that our holiday this ... hotel was perfect and we again at any time visit. read more

We stayed for a night in the hotel. Basically, this hotel is highly recommended. The hotel was located nicely on the end of a canyon, directly on a water fall. The furnishing of the hotel and the room was very tastefully. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. May be I only have the following points of criticism do a:1) the lounge of the hotel water fall is, at the moment, completely destroyed. According to what it was a few months ago a storm with floods given. Unfortunately, the lounge is still ... not repaired. I guess it will take some time, until it is again prepared. 2) The Spa was a bit far away from the hotel (at the end of the gorge Road, respectively). 3) The restaurant has tons of staff, the were friendly, but the service was not so great. Instead to focus on the essential, the staff rather minor. Therefore, it would seem, that the hotel more, than it really is. The hotel is recommended and definitely worth a stay. read more
