Opposite some previous speakers i can only say. This hotel is for the offered price an absolutely positive in the framework notch. Possibly the staff is had been replaced, ours was always friendly, helpful understandable in english speaking. The hotel area is large, simply, but very clean. Beautiful garden area. Always fresh towels as well as beach towels we had to 6 piece at the same time get.
Wifi is almost always and in the whole complex available free of charge. The beach is beautiful, he could have been a bit deeper, if you to the right runs then has ... without couch (not comfortable) then but almost alone.
Recommendation opposite left kingfisher to eat or to the emigrants Markus the bamboo to the right about 1 kilometer on the left-hand side.
The only point of criticism are my russian friends, which is a decent behavior at the table unfortunately not penetrated. Russians has this hotel many, but it seems in general lots of russians on the island to have.

Once Ibis Hotel and no 2 time.
As it was our first trip to Thailand was we our travel agency and the Ibis Hotel booked. What we not said before and the internet not mentioned was, that the hotel to 90% with russians was occupied. Each of the often icy as we also, the white, where the russians invade we have german no chance on a reasonably relaxed vacation as the russians not at all behavior could. Food was only the hands that smelled and back. Put you towel on a chair and is for breakfast gone you had afterwards ... no more couch as the russians believed you heard everything. Near complaints at the front desk only nice smile with the shoulders twitched and that was it. The cleaning of the rooms in 7 minutes tact done.
The bed linen in the whole 3 weeks we in this hotel there were not even changed. The bathroom was if at all maybe just swept. A mirror or a shower stall also once cleaned, the maid service never heard. read more

Hotel and it's facilities clean, employees nice and friendly. Daily the room satisfyingly cleaned, towels always changed (after a week there were new beach hand towels). Breakfast was good, fresh fruits, eggs, toast, white and dark bread, rice, yogurt, something of everything, only no sausage and cheese. Coffee and tea tasted very good, tables were cleared immediately and cleaned. Pool area a bit small, but clean, also the toilets stayed in the pool area very clean and were always cleaned. On animation at the pool we can confidently, an evening program would have been nice!
Beach and sea we could ... unfortunately not recommend! Sand was very coarse, bad to walk, i also hurt getran. Sea often dirty, once during the night so much dirt and trash washed ashore (packaging, plastic bags, bottles, old used? Syringes, plants of any type, dead fish) that the hotel employees three days tidying up- eckt disgusting! We wanted to the beach not more amenities and are with the taxi at the nearby mänam beach. Very nice, the water was clear, sand was fine and soft and also not so much going on!

For three stars the hotel is fine and we had no large expectations, but Grundsachen should vote.
If you 12 hours flight behind it, and then 5 hours will wait. ( check in only at 14 o'clock) no Bock on a unfriendly reception. And actually is only one lady said. ( otherwise, the front desk not, but this is completely no matter.)
The worst but it was the bed. So bad we slept never. We had each morning back pain. There we a bit better of Al we after documents have asked for the bed. We were given a ... blanket on the mattress clamped. But the rock hard mattress remained.
If you the loungers ( without cushions) is taken, the perfect reason for your massage to go. No, one must then even, because you back pain.
So for older people this is nothing. I understand it is still not. Loungers without cushions. How can you offer. Unless you have an ulterior motive -the people to go bust!
What is positive:
In any case also times in the restaurant eat. Really great.
For breakfast:
If you like sausage and cheese for breakfast is, is here completely wrong.
There is nothing of it. Except for the chic the English in your breakfast have!
But if you like cereal is, freshly made scrambled egg, fresh fruit and Quark or toast is. The is in the right place here.

Value for money is okay. It was the first stay in Thailand and I think for the price there are no better hotel. As already several times mentioned, the closet in the room way too small and the quality of the water not so great, these were but also the only faults! Small necessary repairs in the room were immediately dealt with and the staff were always friendly! Towels were changed daily but a rag was probably not in the cleaning van available. Excursions definitely in neo book! Very delicious you can eat with kings fisher opposite! Massage best also ... diagonally opposite on the right side use! This hotel we could in any case and without doubts to further-recommend! read more

Is negative the price for W-LAN in the room! This is way too high and should hotel price contain!

We really liked the hotel. We had the half board. The warm food could varied his. The selection on the menu was a bit meager. The food was the taste delicious. The rooms were clean, only much too few space to put the wardrobe. Everything other was perfect! Cushions on the beach chairs would have been better. The staff were always friendly. We can only recommend the hotel! read more

The Ibis is a relatively large hotel but when we were there, there were apparently almost no guests since. You meet only very few guests during the day as at night. The Fischermans village is reachable on foot. The beach section is in my opinion a the best in bophut. For the price you get to Samui almost nothing better. What at bophut very great is, is the central location. After maenam it is not far and to Chaweng also not.
I think I would in any case go there again. read more

very well maintained and wonderful laid out hotel complex, actually more than 3 Stars would have earned. Directly on the small but fine bophut beach captivates particularly by its cleanliness, friendliness of the hotel staff and wonderful garden area. The often criticized Kleingläubigkeit of the modern equipped double room( view of the sea) was less important, since one on Samui anyway every day with the scooter one great beach( for example Maenam) or one of the many sights (Bid Buddha or Ang Thong marine National park) explore can. The scooter and a tour organized you best with Neo, where very ... friendly and accommodating (Bottles of water) always a more favorable price as directly in the hotel offers will. We stayed there the whole time a modern Hondaroller for 100 bath daily rented, cheaper it is hardly! Even if we already have a lot of the world saw( for example South America fully), is our stay on Samui by this great hotel our dream vacation became. We are definitely coming again. With the Ibis you can absolutely nothing wrong. Well-known shortcomings, which we have seen: room too small, the breakfast was very monotonous. Very quiet everywhere at the beach in the fisherman's village and good for shopping, food and drink. Panorama of the highest quality. The water is warm and clean, but not clear. You can go swimming, but the snorkel things (if you don't have trip) confidently at home. Well-kept hotel area was directly on the ring road with very friendly staff. about 15 minute from the airport. Restaurants, a pharmacy and a small convenience store in the immediate vicinity. Relaxing vacation in a very beautiful & quiet hotel:-)
This was the second time we'd stayed in this hotel and this time for 2 adults + 2 children: 2 standard rooms with connecting door. Unfortunately 1 could child because of an unexpected OP short term with, quite sad.
A changes on a family room we would be more, so we leave it with 2 standard rooms with connecting door. This variant can we really only all parents with 2 children recommend.
It is in Thailand nearly impossible, online with 2 children to book. We booked through TUI just 2 ... double EW. Writes the hotel manager Mrs Anika Ningelegen email and ask around 2 rooms with Verbindungtüre (see pictures), the lady is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The hotel is as already 2 years ago definitely recommendable, very clean bright rooms (see pictures) and very friendly staff. 2 pools, behind directly the sea and cheap massages ( always Act )
When it rains, the hotel umbrellas available-) the breakfast buffet was completely enough and we eat as 2 years ago evenings in the German beer garden when John/next to the go-cart track bophut gone. It hears as German, but it is not at all. The Thai kitchen is mistaken, absolutely recommendable nonetheless and our kids could eat like German, when they wanted. John and his wife pin feed on KOH Samui for nearly 20 years-)
We prefer bophut because of the children before, Chaweng is amongst others way too full and too loud.
Sights and tours we have privately by small trains, shuttle bus or taxi done. There are enough to see. The beach the boathouse a trip is worth.
In short, the hotel is definitely recommendable nonetheless also regarding the value for money!

Very nice relatively new hotel on the end of bophut Samui in maenam. The hotel stands under German management and it shows. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are relatively small but functional equipped. A big bed, a small seating possibility, a small balcony and the option to dry the swimming gear, safe, everything available and so on. The bathroom was not the largest, but clean and cute. All in all you can bear it two weeks in the room and also you are actually only for sleeping anyway and duaschen in the room. We therefore it ... was completely enough for us. The breakfast was always great and tasty. Juices, water, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, toast, white bread, sweets, jam, fruit, eggs, Thai food and so on actually, there was always enough, even if it was too late. The beach was nice and quiet, just what we wanted. During our stay, you could go to the beach at any time of the day and was always a beach chairs, the beach was deserted. The water was the only thing that wasn't't the worst thing happened. It was warm but very dull and you could see the reason shortly after the banks no longer. Chaweng or lamai as much nicer but we knew that before we booked, because we two years ago on the island there were. All in all, a fantastic holiday with many beautiful moment. PS:a Thai SIM card in the seven eleven get it is worthwhile exceptional. And then we had for two weeks a scooter with Jürgen (Austrian) for the day 190Baht rented, this is by far the cheapest way it is. Drive on the island is foolproof, we have two years ago so made. read more
