the hotel lies great central location, room tiny, breakfast room not available, you have breakfast in the room, which was very uncomfortable, since the heater only evenings for 1a 2 hours on our insistence turned on and the December. On repeated our request was also not changed. (I speak fluent Italian, so a language barrier it was not). It was anytime again I said 'yes', but not adhered to. In the room and especially in the bathroom was it was freezing. The houses are in Venice not great isolated, it was freezing cold. read more

    We were constant tantalised.' yes, the heater immediately put on '. Then ran an hour and was again turned off. The two owner were extremely rude. When we on the second day said, that we leave, if the heater further be forthcoming grinned just derisive (thought probably that we tourists the didn't make). When we really our suitcase packed they were extremely rude. luckily we then a really beautiful hotel found, the room had free with heating. only the chambermaid was very, very nice. It was totally unpleasant and it has anytime again for their bosses apologized. Helps but unfortunately also nothing if one in a fridge need to stay...
