We spent the christmas days in grand suite apartment in the winsstraße very much. Very quiet, clean and comfortable furnishings. It wasn't missing anything for a nice stay.
Situation in 2. backyard is perhaps for some getting used to. As we earlier in Berlin lived, we know that.
We will definitely once again, then in the summer, if the Kiez more life is! read more

Apartments in a renovation needy house. Staircase would a renovation stand. No lift. Apartment is bright, friendly, very well maintained. Could you not erwaratet. Everything there, which is needed. Very clean.

We chose a apartment instead of looking for our hotel and expectations were fully fulfilled. The handling of the booking to delivery of the apartments, the payment and check-out worked smooth. Even the late arrival in our opinion turned not a problem dar. The location of the apartments is very centrally located, all sales ahrs resources are on short reachable. Especially important it was, in a lively Quarter to stay, there is immediate full of restaurants, Pubs, bars and shopping possibilities( until 23 o'clock). Nevertheless it was really peaceful, as the apartment in a inner courtyard is located. Only fly ... in the ointment is the known bad sound proofing in old buildings. We had in the last week night a bit noisy residents about us (tip Ohrpax for emergencies). We can B! Apartments only recommend. That is the good price performance ratio. read more

To the building - in the apartment -to reach, you need to walk through to the front entrance to the house through and then, after two doors, in a courtyard. From there you can reach the rear spar from with the inside it apartments.
Here it is very quiet. From the front street nothing to be heard, also there the passage with its two doors a good noise is.

We had a very warm welcome, although our train was delayed. Everything was clean, nicely furnished and spacious enough for a short stay. For children right outside the door in Hof a playground (even if not usable for snow). happy to recommend this hotel to others. read more

Apartment in a good location, directly opposite a small park. Even late at night we felt very safe in this area. Due to the location in the courtyard was nice and quiet. The apartments are absolutely central, it is a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station (with elevator, was for us with a stroller super convenient!) we went through most of the means of public transport, saves time, money and nerves! For a car there is parking on the street in front of the hotel (sometimes a bit difficult) or in the immediate vicinity, but all for a fee. There was also the possibility to rent a underground parking in the adjoining building. A REWE market is right across the street! And the best Italian, according to Internet referred to ... as the stars food, is located across the street. We got pizza home from there very delicious! In the apartments was everything you need (kitchen with dishes and appliances, bathroom with hair dryer and towels, bedroom and living room with tv and stereo area). All in all it was a very nice stay, we would love to repeat! read more
