We had room 203 and it was not really ideal. You could on the balcony hardly any place to hang out, because you like on a display sat, felt constantly watched. Awkward was the opposite the lobby bar and restaurants, all kinds of noise penetrated at night through the closed window, this open went to bedtime not at all, all in all, a very inconvenient location. The room itself is sufficient, but the storage space in the closet very poor. We all had trouble, our stuff. We had a deluxe room booked the to prevent the neighboring hotel being deported, as some other travellers who before the catalog not just read and best price room booked. Complaints are ignored, what this issue. We had everything as in the description stated ( hair dryer, safe, large shower, lots of space in the room, balcony, lcd tv -KIKA, RTL, ARD, ZDF-, coffee-corner). The room was very clean. Maybe. It was also because of the fact, that I always right at the start from the vacation the cleaning staff abfange and their tip give, but here I have no comparison.

There was a main restaurant and a snack bar. The snack bar would our health department directly closed. I can therefore say, since I the bin am. The hotel is at the end of albena. The town only consists of hotels. There is no local apartments there. The surrounding places are comfortable reachable by bus. This is the most cost-effective option. For example we have by bus after varna 12 leva paid (about 6 €) for 2 persons. With alltours it would have 29 leva and with the taxi 40 leva cost. The airport is approximately 40 minutes out by bus.

We had unfortunately the best price room and this was in the neighbor hotel dobrotisa ( only stars) It was not the description of the catalog! ( no hair dryer, no lcd tv, no elevator, very small and in poor condition) To the rooms in the hotel Kaliakra unfortunately I cannot say anything.

What the bars is it really top. You get on every corner something to drink. However the food is very not varied and often also already cold. Us hanging the food already at third day already from the neck, and we were only in restaurants ( very many available and cheap price) all inclusive and you can really save, as the service at the beach only very rarely and so as all the guests served, not only with all inclusive and bracelet.

At the all inclusive catering there is something for everyone. We found the very varied food, attractive and tasteful. But there is people, always something to moan about have. Also in the dining room is cleanliness largely written. in the dining room there are coffee from the nescaféautomaten, at all bars is the coffee fresh with the espressomaschine. Perfect The only thing that bothered me, if you arrive later to eat went you had to the cutlery gathering. The staff were too many friendly, with some exceptions. Most of the staff spoke German, communication is not a problem. We had a best price room in the neighboring house, small but sweet, very clean, view of the sea. If you wanted or not, there were new towels every day. The sheets were changed every second day. We had a deluxe room and this with small child absolutely recommend. There is enough room, a cradle in to, but also sufficient space in the beds (1 single and a double bed), the small with to itself to take. The bathroom was open, could but by a sliding door closed. A spacious shower made it possible for us, really cozy with our junior together to shower. Hair dryer was available, as well as a minibar with water, juice and beer and a tv with RTL, ARD and ZDF. This mini bar during our stay not filled up, we have however also not afterwards asked.

There is a large main restaurant, a snack bar by the pool and another restaurant, with the neighboring hotel share. The food was very tasty and varied. In the morning there was muesli, omelet, fruit, fried egg, scrambled egg, boiled egg, sausage and cheese, toast, different bread and rolls, pancakes, marmelade, honey, nutella, cakes, cookies... Who has the already everything at home in the breakfast table? Choco, coffee ( the also tasted!) and hot water you can help yourself from several machine, otherwise there are everywhere trinkwasserautomaten for cold and hot water, as well as juice container. Very recommendable for all, this artificial juices on vacation hate: there are everywhere very delicious apple juice, 100% bio of a regional apfelhof. Delicious! Afternoons and evenings you can either at the snack bar food ( pizza, spaghetti, burger...) or at the buffet in restaurants. There were daily 3 soups, salads, rice, potatoes, noodles, fried potatoes, fish, chicken and pork, vegetables, noodle also beef, turkey, lamb and again and again local dishes. To the dessert there is a choice of cakes and fruit. Unfortunately went often again the coffee spoons from. Also extra cutlery for the little ones does not give it here, since it is itself what to bring. High chairs, there is enough, unfortunately they are often quite smeared and we often only clean our own must. In the main restaurant plays evenings a really good live band international hits. For my taste somewhat too loud, however the children love it. Outside at the snack bar was evenings more often fish grilled, it wasn't a problem him to get and with the restaurant to take. We and our small always something delicious found, it was never too hot and our son could eat everything. In the lobby stands a fridge, from the bottled water can take. On each 2nd floor eiswürfelautomaten. At the snackbars are eistruhen with very delicious ice in around 5 to 6 different kinds of.

The staff were very friendly, especially to our son! Everywhere he was cuddled, stroked, said... That has it but also pleased! We are actually always with German managed, if necessary times with a few broken English. With our very nice maids we with hands and feet very successfully maintained. Our towels were daily changed and the beds made. Once we got even a few flowers laid out. The rooms were apart from that on demand, but completely sufficiently cleaned, the garbage bin daily emptied.

The entertainment program is good ( volleyball, soccer, water aerobics, fun games by the pool, darts, nordic walking...) and extensively, as far as we in the day could see also for children. We were asked, whether you participate wants, but very unobstrusive. There is wi-fi and 2 pcs with access to the internet. Pools and beach are very clean. The pools will the two neighboring hotels divided, so that altogether 2 children's swimming pools and 3 pools for large are available. Per 2 beach chairs there is a sun screen. The cushions you had to yourself, where you the towels herbekommt we didn't find out, we had itself which for everyone.

We had a little fear, in such a large hotel our vacation to spend but it was completely groundless. Even if the hotel complex itself not huge is, spread ideally located in the vibrant bars, pools and restaurants and snack bars. The hotel complex was always very clean, our room would be cleaned daily, the towels changed daily. The pools each morning by foliage and regularly scrubbed. . Because we in the summer vacations in albena were, we met there especially on families with younger children. We German were rather in the minority, there are many romanians, russians, bulgarians, but also English and Scandinavia. The mood was very friendly, the safe also the lots of children.

The great with small child: in the hotel there is no long distances! Directly in front of the door are the pools and bars, at the beach one is in 2 minutes. There are several lifts, everything is baby carriage navigable, even if you then times a small (!) detour must. The shuttle from the airport took us about 40 minutes, but safe from, as lots of hotels be driven to. The next supermarket is directly opposite, is however rather small. Approximately 400 meters the promenade up is a bit larger, in which one then also pacifier, bottles, diapers and so on get. German brand names are there however somewhat more expensive than with us. There is a massive selection of water- and beach toys, we have all gained. Otherwise there are a lot of pub, eisbuden, kinderkarussels, decoration conditions, gift shops, a karaoke bar, taxi ranks, bimmelbahnstationen, horse-drawn carriages, toys, bike rents, cafes... It made us really fun to stroll, because you here in Bulgaria not harassed, but in all herzensruhe also simply look is. Very pleasant! My husband was diving in the diving school in the hotel Laguna beach and was very satisfied there.
