A great resort with friendly staff, good service and good food. The waiters always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you.
The room is very clean and spacious.
You can access the beach by a shuttle boat, it will take 5 minutes to get to the beach. The boat leaves every hour.
The resort itself is very beautiful and the garden is very well maintained.
Only downside is, that everything is good wheelchair accessible accept for the lobby. read more

We want to go back, because of the staffmembers and the area ! The daily trip to the private beach was great.
El Gouna is totally differnt from Hurghada. It was clean and well kept, very safe. No annoying people around. read more

I had a lovely time, my compliments to the staff. Even when we came back from a excursion our drinks were standing by. They knew exactly what we liked to drink and eat. That shows interest for the gasts. El Gouna is a nice place, you can go there by foot and even as a women alone, no problem. The snorkeling excursions and Dolfine house are wunderfull. read more

The hotel is rather small and well arranged. It a certain charm not deny that and it was very cute. The small bungalows are really nice at the lagoon and the hotel. Unfortunately everything ageing and that is everywhere visible. From gebröckelter plaster and abgeblätterte paint, creaky doors, shaking chairs... Run-down wind protection by the pool.
We had all inclusive; terrible extensive it was not, but sufficient.
Tourist structure: in the one week we have two german couples met, otherwise predominantly russian speaking guests. read more

The location of the hotel is excellent and the service is outstanding.
Diversity in the food could be better but the quality of the food is excellent.

We had a really nice time in Panorama bungalows. The place was always clean. On Christmas-eve there was a great meal and it looked fantastic! The quality of the food was also very good, we didn't get sick at all. The staff is real friendly. read more

This vacation has been absolutely magnificent.
The resort has been outstanding, actually greater than expected!
What has been most lovely would of course be the service and the lovely people running this paradise!
I have felt like a princess being here because of the teams greatness!
I will NO DOUBT recommend Panorama Bungalows to anyone thinking about travelling to Egypt!

This is quiet place where you can rest very good. Personal also is very friendly and help every time you asked. Who is kiteboarder, there is very beautiful beach. In hotel there also parties almost every day and shows. read more

We had a nice and quiet stay. No music was heard in the rooms, which we liked. The staff is very friendly, helpful and not pushing at all. The guests are mostly Russian, but comparing to our experience in Hurghada it was ok here. The furnishment at the beach is a bit poor, but the sight is exceptionally beautiful. El Gouna in general is a nice and friendly tourist area. read more

Price quality of the hotel is good. Personnel very friendly and very helpful from arrival till departure. Beach area very nice for guests with all inclusive formula. Restaurant has a very good quality.

Went to this hotel for the second time. And again remained are very happy. Everybody met us as old good friends. Still excellent food, high-quality service and is more benevolent the personnel. We were there at the beginning of december 2012 for one week in the hotel, that the best years already very long behind it. The furnishing and phone is längts outdated. Many cracks and herunterblätternder plaster, whether in the room, the bar or in the restaurant/dining room.
The room was huge, but also a bit dirty, and in particular the bed linen is always stained been (in spite of that we pointed out and tipped well spread out-there is apparently no clean) mold in the bathroom!
In the whole hotel was only with a lot of tips halfway from:
Already ... at the check-in we were stressed, that we a tidy room only if we the receptionist grease-insolence!
If you at the bar longdrinks ordered (Gin Tonic, Bacardi Cola.) You get the Bacardi Cola only as Cola, if you no tip is (is several times happened)-insolence.
For information we had all-inclusive. During dinner the following rules shall apply:
- tip (1 $): glass Cola/ beer
- much tip (from 2 $): glass Cola with straw, ice cubes and limettenscheibe
- no tip: you got drinks in plastic cups!
The food is on the whole good. Ample selection, but little variety during the week. The pool looked clean-only the covers the spillways were partly broken-we ourselves are not in the pool been.
The beach you reached with a shuttle boat about minutes we walked there about 15 minutes
The employees at the beach were very unfriendly and could only very bad english, exception to this of the chairs-boy.
The sellers of the hotel shops (perfumes, kind of odds stuff.) Are extremely annoying and verkaufsaggressiv. After we wrong mock facts in the parfumeladen were (the seller asked for help with a translation into german), we saw with a 20 minute's pretty good deal. From the 2. day we have a large elbow around these stores and have detours reckoned.
Directly at the pool is a construction site.
We were the only german in the whole hotel. The majority of the visitors are eastern europeans. Some of them had itself and the alcohol unfortunately not in the grasp. The other part of the guests are dutch.
Conclusion the hotel is outdated. The service is just satisfactory. For El Gouna you definitely better! read more

Hotel is busy improving rooms, outdoor areas & gardens. We were very pleased with the serving staff in the restaurant & around the swimming pool!!! Even the reception team & bell boys needs a mention as they were also very helpful.

very pleasant stay in panorama bungalows. The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed the feeling was like home. The hotel is not very big but that make's it cozy. The food is also good and always enough.
