Phenomenal: :-) in every aspect. A real recommendation for the sauerland! Nice hotel, great spa, friendly employees. All of the staff, we met, were very motivated. From the check-in to the cleaning maids. The hotel consists of the main building, main building, old sägerei, gutshof and the new holzkontor. Everything was very tastefully decorated, and in a clean and clean state. It is overnight stay with breakfast or half board were offered. A parking space in our underground car park you can of course also to book. read more

    We inhabited an apartment in holzkontor. It consisted of living room and bedroom. Very nice equipped living room with a small kitchenette. The room had a coach with 2 armchair and table, everything very high-quality. Opposite there was a dining table with 2 chairs and the kitchenette. We missed a kettle, and a coffee maker (for example senseo). A flat screen tv was on the wall appropriate. The bedroom had a comfortable bed. The cushions were not our cup of tea. The framework in bed left electrically adjustable-great to read or watch television. Across the street from the bed was also a flat screen tv. 2 armchair, as well as a table, telephone, safe and closet. The bathroom inboard. With a shower and doppelwaschbecken and separate toilet. The entrance to the bathroom is a door from glass, this bothered us a bit. You can directly in the bathroom look. For the record, we should the cleanliness in the room, and bathroom mention. Only one negative: the room is located on the side of the road, the very busy. Since we only with the window open sleep, is not have been possible. So here the full marks.

    We rate here the à-la-carte restaurant. We had a very nice table by the window. The staff is very friendly and reacted flexibly to special requests. The quality of the meals and drinks was excellent. Also everything was very well presented. The map in the evening was well arranged and left still nothing to be desired. Breakfast: very good quality. The variety but still expandable. Missed my husband (cereal fan ) fresh fruits like for instance strawberries, kiwi...

    Very nice front desk. The hosts were present and greeted us very warmly. After the 'long' prior we got a welcome drink (with options)! In the meantime our luggage brought to the room. Now could the vacation start.

    7 of 6 stars! Much better is only hard to beat. A very nice spa temple. Everything available, that you ask for. Big pool, saltwater outdoor pool, various saunas and relaxation rooms. Always plenty of towels, and blankets available. Also there was a water dispenser in the sauna area.

    Typical sauerland... Just idyllic! With a beautiful park, and pond, lawn... Of course the hiking trails not to forget. For shopping: you can travel by car about 15 minutes to schmallenberg. Very nice small shopping street with factory from falke.

We have a very nice weekend in your house and there were also very satisfied. We had the rooms 152. 302 and 304. furthermore, we had in the autumn also a single room ordered. The room 319 corresponded as a single room not our idea. read more

The arrival from Brilon is fast, and the area around it hotel we have many a time visited. The absolute experience for us was their wellness area, we in the 5 days fully savored have. We are not even before the hotel entrance trod. Outside we were only in the outdoor pool and the plunge of the sauna area. We will hotel warmly recommend, and even visit again. read more

We stayed 3 nights in the comfort room a stayed in. The hotel and the wellness area is really great! I have in no hotel in Germany seen. Especially excellent the gastronomy, the evening 4 course menus, breakfast leaves nothing to the imagination, the private bath and wellness area even with fireplace in the sauna, the suspended benches in the resting room. A great location for enjoying and relaxing. The price is at the weekend too high. In the week it is okay. The hotel we can on whole line recommend. read more

Again was our stay in the hotel deimann very nice. The only point of criticism was the 2. evening the air conditioning, the one of my friends very unpleasant was cold. Our complaint was in our opinion not deployed and we had the feeling, that we do not really taken serious, our criticism. Everything else was ideal! read more

This was our 3. time there. Only negative, we have to mention, that through expansion of the hotel the otherwise in the existing peace and tranquility in the restaurant was missing. It was partly in the morning at 10 o'clock quite chaotic. It was missing at the buffet again and again edible, and were the staff rather under 'electricity' and seemed overstrained. The existing informal atmosphere Was missing a little. We hope, that you can counter what. Then we would gladly go again. read more

It helped us for you to enjoy, however with a exception. Wellness-and feel-good atmosphere we would also gladly during the meal times found. However at the latest friday it was partly a large children birthdays (wrong understand, we have even children raised) but the unrest, the small children once produce, carried not a comfortable dinner in peace near. Suggestion for improvement: more spatial separation, that would probably be advantageous to both sides. But apart from that as mentioned, it was with you very nice. read more

The hotel is very extensive. The lobby and the restaurant are very stylish. The rear area is the obviously older, somewhat abgegrabbelten furniture. The guests are couples and families, as well as some few singles. The age structure was mixed. read more

    The rooms are relatively large. The furnishing is partially dated and a little worn out and do not fit in other style of the room. The bathrooms are obviously all renovated and very nice. However fit the yellowed hair dryer with crack on the housing and half torn holder not at all into the picture.

    Dinner was very good, the breakfast more than ample. Everything fresh! The cheeseboard in the evening was really excellent. The attempt at the wellness bistro comfortable coffee failed thoroughly. Coffee and choco came long before the ordered cakes, so that it cold, or choco i left because of sour rampaging cream back. The pot of coffee came without cover. The new choco was cold and apparently only in milk gerührtes powder. The ordered waffles didn't, because allegedly the waffle maker was broken -3 minutes later got the nebentisch waffles. So really everything more than embarrassing and unprofessional.

    The service in the restaurant and the front desk was very good. The service at the bar was more than slow, although not fully staffed and sufficient staff walking around, we had to for a very long time the beverages wait, the also not even at the same time arrived. Nuts we had specially orders. The service in the café in the spa was friendly, but very unprofessional. The service there fit so not at all into the picture.

We stayed over the holidays in the hotel deimann, it was not relaxing little space in the hotel genervtes staff at the buffet often empty plates and queue. After the dinner hardly any seating places, the beautiful spa area was partly by unrest and playing children not in peace to enjoy. Rooms partially new, are very nice. Because we the hotel frequently besuht have as a conclusion: not relaxing and relaxing in the high season, the flair of the hotel has deteriorated significantly. Nevertheless the hotel is very nice and with restrictions recommendable. read more
