The furniture in the room was great and the room service has its best. Great is the choice of different restaurants the food was always tasty. Unfortunately was for our taste the atmosphere during the day at beach and pool very annoying, since there too many canadians and americans the hotel as 'Ballermann' used. Also to in the middle of the night were the partywütigen in the room to hear. Unfortunately is around the hotel 'so-called occupied land' and remove the hotel was due to the high crime rate warned. Bars or shop in the nährern environment does not exist. ... Inselweite umflüge are very expensive cost per person to the 100 American Dollar. read more

Everything was already described. The area is very nicely kept with its palm trees and flowers, and nestled within it the pools. After sunset a deafening noise of cicadas and baumfröschen but funny consultative role. Most we missed an open-air bar, or restaurant, where you in the evening comfortable sit outside can, have a drink and with other people chat. read more

    The rooms are enough described. We were at check in immediately our request for 2 single beds, and our room was on the 4 floor close to the beach, so we a great view had (surcharge sea view we had paid and in my opinion, the also worth it) far away from the elevator and durchgangslärm.

    Except cajun we all restaurant visits. We enjoyed the best the steakhouse, also, because you sit outside could. The japanese was too loud forth, it is everywhere entirely on the americans and the are glad about it, if a lot of crying and with the cookware hit. The food and for the most part the service was a disappointment for us. We had in other hotels much better. The other restaurants, including buffet was excellent. At the bars we have on the tips of the americans were astonished, there were already times $10 for 1 drinks. We had the impression, that a tip is expected.

    We only erfreulige experience. That especially for breakfast some a bit grumpy looking looked, oh well, we are also not always great mood. The service has not suffered. A broken light bulb or the fan, the suddenly no longer ran, were within a very short time to get it repaired. Only the evening service was often not available.

    We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer, us but the funny games amused. The dance around about 15 hours should be definitely not every day his. We were in the thanksgiving week and there the hotel was fully booked. We were annoyed as the reservierungstaktig the americans; as towels in the sun, in the penumbra and shade, partly.     The hotel is located secluded and quiet. We were on one of our desk with Claudia shopping in Negril, there there are a lot of center. The excursions i have already booked at home. Claudia's address i found here in various reviews and it was worth it. We paid not much more, than the offered excursions in the hotel. Claudia went to all our needs, we were with her alone or with another few together. On the way to Negril we looked the museum 'hanover house' at, where we had a private tour with the translation of Claudia. It is a small museum about the history of jamaica and the punishment of slaves, absolutely full of experie the leadership is only short.

    Very nice, big room with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, flat screen tv, ironing board and iron, nice balcony with 2 chairs, table, clothes dryer. Large double bed, large closet, separate sitting area, a table and 2 chairs. Bathroom very big, with a bath, separate shower, double sink in good condition.

    1 main restaurant with buffet and four speciality restaurants (mexican, mediterranean, steak, gourmet) with possibility to book, as well as two further speciality restaurants (cajun, japanese) in the beaches, which can also be used. With 2 weekly stay are 4 reservations per week possible. Everything made a well kept clean impression. Tips as described above.

    Very friendly staff with caribbean tranquility. English are required. Housekeeping and maintenance were super. Naturally, tips were gladly taken, Wien but not the feeling, that these were expected. Medical center available, by us was different use.

    Many entertainment possibilities. Beautiful pool and a lazy river, but is very slow, but it is the serve relaxation. There are plenty of loungers available. In the pool area also of good quality. On the beach partly worn out. Umbrellas are very nice and stable from palm frond produced. Entertainment possibilities, show, disco, etc. Were not used by us.

    The hotel is directly at the (artificial aufgescütteten beach and is with 2 further Iberostar-hotel complex. To the airport it was about 20 minutes. Aircraft noise does not exist. In derunmittelbaren proximity no leading entertainment. A shopping center can a mild bus shuttle in 10 minutes.

All in all a great hotel, great wellness area, with the treatments very expensive are, massage to 100 Dollar. The sun loungers are unfortunately completely unacceptable worn out!. And unfortunately no possibility at the beach to shower or a dressing to find. The possibilities in various restaurants to eat is very pleasant and the food great, could use daily, nice service in addition. 3 billiard tables are, for the size of the hotel, a little bit. The internet on the rooms is very slow. The majority of gästte consisted of americans friendly, but partly quite loud are. There is no ... designated quiet areas. Very many children, for this of course great, but if someone absolutely relaxation wants, not in this hotel. read more

The hotel is one of 3 ibersostar the pretty close to lie next to each other. The beach should be used, the grand, however, again not. Very clean facilities with a lot of green and a quick access to the beautiful beach, the during our travels was quite empty, since the americans (90% of the guests) better by the pool sat. So if you are noise are not used to it, there is in the wrong place. Really a shame, as it an excellent hotel is. The german guests we could count them on one hand! The state of the ... hotel was not really good, considering that it only 5-years-old is. Since we had already had better Iberostar-hotels. read more

    The rooms were huge. Everything was clean, but when taking a closer look you will see, the not clean were working on it. I know, abroad one shouldn't complain, but it is finally 5 star... But it was everything available. Towels were 2 times per day changed, minibar every 2 days refilled and were deseamed also always. Coffee maker and safe were also available.

    There is a buffet restaurant and 4 specialty restaurants, which we all absolutely recommend could. Great food, thanks to the german chef Klaus. Drinks are also super! Whether soft drinks or cocktails, there is something for everyone. But you should always tip for everyone.

    The service is really the best. But that was because the jamaican of nature really nice and cheerful people. Good, there was always/two not the best mood. But one has that at the sight of the other already long forgotten. All of them spoke english! And a small tip: if you don't english, should rather elsewhere fly over there. The jamaicans have cool slang in your language, which one of them is plugged.

    The animation was very on the americans oriented, but if you like it should please do not be stopped. The people are definitely all crazy. The chairs at the beach but should be replaced.

    The hotel is located far away from the spring. The hotel we have also as good as not leaving. But tours you should do. Jamaica has a lot to offer. The airport from overall is just about 15 minutes from the hotel. But you get absolutely nothing with. The beach is just a stone's throw away and owned by the hotel. An advantage, because traders was far and wide no trace.

    The hotel is approximately 15 minutes out running time from the airport. Excursions: definitely with dave go on excursions. So do you see what the 'right' Jamaica. Dave is a great tour guide, since he long time in Germany lived and then back to his heimt, Jamaica, pulled. He spoke so perfect German, knows Jamaica like the palm of his hand, is punctual and very flexible what your ausflugswünsche is concerned. It plans to take the excursions individually, that means you say, what sights you want to see and dave brings you back. An air-conditioned van there is always cool refreshments and comfortable reggae -music. It drives also very safe and not too quickly - this is also important. Oh, and do not leave you from the prices let this put you off, because they are for jamaican conditions absolutely representable. If you on the ground compares, you will see... Was just amazing! Mainly Americans and Canadians all very friendly, no nocturnal noise. Food extremely good and varied ( repeated after 2 weeks nothing at the buffet) for breakfast there were a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices ( all inclusive). Service really great even without tip. As only drawback we had to find, the beach chairs partly very worn out. Nevertheless all together really beautiful. We would come again, season OK., end of April and early May frequent rain, the only negative was, that except the Generalmanagerin (from Austria) nobody German spoken has. Changing facilities at the beach missing. Guide from Thomas Cook was a lady, their job has failed. Name, I would not call. Hardly excursions booked ( very friendly) it was past with the friendliness. You had the feeling, she just 'no support'. 3 times a week in the neighboring hotel, in case of any problems ( other guests) it was frequently: they must themselves clear up, go to front desk. On my ... question, how long a 'bar' trip on the next day really goes, the answer was' is-> the whole day'' when we come around back? 'answer: ' how am I supposed to know '. False information about the individual excursions: 'obviously, the lunch included' score-> itself pay. Apart from that: class vacation, the next time rather a month earlier. read more

It is a very nice hotel, however it was fully booked and a bit rough on the day, as many families with children were present. In the evening and at night we could sleep. Nice were the specialties restaurants with service and good kitchen and also the garden and the beach we were very pleased. read more

I can only recommend this hotel. It has a guest at nothing missing! We stayed in an all inclusive Hotel never had such a great diversity of food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks as seen here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. All the toiletries were available, therefore, you needed this didn't take them. The minibar was daily filled up, coffee, milk and sugar as well. For us it was the perfect vacation! read more

    Service varied, in general very good. ice- water is in the restaurants constantly refilled. And ordered drinks brought immediately.     Sport we have catamaran, Beach volleyball, kayaking used, this was also free of charge. But there are different classes, once we made aerobics. But nobody participated and was also rather stretching. pool is great and a breathtaking view with transition into the sea. pool Bar quite full, but staff is always make an effort. however i have the first days always something with mint drunk, from the fifth day there was no more and not come back.

    the location in Montego Bay is OK, outside the hotel complex you don't find very much. Golf courses are however sufficiendy in the area. The shopping center in Montego Bay was not to our taste, but so well we had previously stayed in NYC and plentiful shop. After clothes one needs there at least not look... and for souvenirs definitely prices comparisons and not in the first store buy there, for the same frames in a shop at the beginning 3 $paid more. The private beach is right next to hotel with enough chairs and umbrellas. A Beach Volleyball Field is also available and also well. the beach good, however we made a trip to Negril, but once you get the 'right' Caribbean beach, is once again which other:-) possibilities for excursions are offered in the hotel, however if you want a German-speaking facilitator, one had to go to the neighboring rose hall beach. The actual problem is, that a woman should be located and the name says first had no, so we only once half an hour searched and only by coincidence they have found. Then has but also everything worked well. The trip packages however are however very expensive... about 100 $is normal for a daytrip per person. Ausflugsm

We were totally thrilled. The most beautiful hotel and the best food, which we had ever plus top coffee and top Cappuccino. In every respect this was the first choice. Especially pleasant were amongst others the air-conditioned restaurant and bars. Wonderful staff! A Wonderful place! read more

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired, the staff is friendly and tried very hard, as I myself have individual trip especially the animation estimated. the room room was very nice with a view of the sea and the restaurants varied. The Hotel lies somewhat apart from Montego Bay and so you have to take a taxi to the real Jamaican Get live. Excursions I booked on the Internet well in advance, as I was not with large group travel wanted. I have twice had the pleasure to be with Claudia Suleiman the very individual excursions were exactly the form ... I would have great utility. Contrast Hotel. read more

I am with my parents rose hall suites to and can only say, it was by far the nicest vacation I have ever had. There was simply everything perfect. I felt like I was in the paradise sports for everyone, eating and drinking was easy excellent and you could in spite of the many sportattraktionen always at the beach or by the pool rest without this one was disturbed through noise. Short and sweet tight it was simply wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone recommend. read more

The hotel itself I could describe as medium. The suites were beautiful, large and very well kept. The bathroom was very spacious and with separate shower. The cleanliness in the suite I could only describe as very good. Even the hand towels were exchanged late in the afternoon again, although the general cleaning was already done, and the beds were also turned down. When we were in the suites, besides us were about 20 Germans present. Then there were about 30 other people from Europe, the rest were Americans. read more

    The rooms, like I said were great. Furniture in the room and balcony was good. The safe was easy to use, simple but good coffee machine. It was clean as I already described, very good! Outlet adapter were not needed!

    The restaurant was excellent. The food was excellent in quality and quantity. There was something for everyone and also special days where for example Italian was served. Cleanliness was very good. It was reset after leaving the table immediately new with tablecloths. The staff introduced itself by name and was accordingly friendly, which we appreciated and tipped $1 (enough).

    Here, some deductions must be made because of the staff at the lobby bar which was not only rude but also very conceited, especially to the Germans. Otherwise, good staff (unfortunately without any German, excluding manager) English a must! Room cleaning, as already mentioned excellent.

    The activities were planned mostly for the Americans, since only they were regularly invited. As a result we could have it peaceful at the beach. The beach and pool had sufficient beach chairs and umbrellas available, so nobody had to give up his place, although the Americans once reserved 10 sunny beach chairs, and 10 shady places to be able to switch. Something that was said of Germans. There were shopping possibilities in the hotel, but beware of the prices. for example A carton of cigarettes $ 9! The evening events should be visited. However, whoever expected Cuban and Dominican Republic show quality would be disappointed.

    We couldn't say the distance to the beach, it was a short walk. Excursions were offered by tour operators. We booked from home private excursions, they were not cheap but very individual! Tip: be sure to do something, the island offered a lot. Shopping and entertainment were not in the vicinity. Way out, taxi to Montego Bay. Therefore some points drawback.
