The hotel is satisfactory. Only the breakfast was below average. Everything from plasitk and paperboard (cutlery, cup, plates). The muffins, jams, orange juice-fake and so on were also below average. That was already a small shock. The had campsite flair, would not be there not the 10 tv in the much too small breakfast room was. I am from Marriott hotels and their daughter hotels not used. read more

I can only recommend the hotel. We stayed during hurricane sandy and were very well looked after. We had to 2 days longer stay, and there was no extra charge requires. The barkeeper was fun and gave us well maintained. The rooms were despite notbesetzung clean. The location is great, you can a lot on foot or with the subway to reach. If I go back to new York fly I will book again in this hotel. read more

The hotel lies two blocks from the Time Square away. Opposite is the bus station. Hotel is only a couple of years built and is in a very good condition. The reception staff are very friendly and competent. Had a small problem when checking in, was quickly and without problem regulated. The rooms are not really big, for two people sufficient, for four persons it was already a little tight. But you're only for sleeping and for three, four days is it not a problem. The selection for breakfast is quite large and the quality good. As in Amerika usual ..., the general rooms very well chilled. A tip is you bar on the 32nd floor. Is not to be missed. read more

Great hotel nearby to the Times Square; ideally located, since both subway, as well as bus stop just a few meters away are. Cleanliness and rooms are top, as well as the offer for breakfast, the breakfast room and the lobby are however ' thanks' the air conditioning very strongly cooled. In the fitness room you will find the' coerced' (Treadmill, bicycle, cross trainers ), the devices are in good condition. Our in short: gladly again at any time! read more

Great hotel directly on the Times Square. The rooms were clean, although relatively small. Especially good we found the breakfast, super extensive and tasty. There was even real Starbucks-coffee and eggs and so on. Very recommendable read more

The Fairfield inn is a small, but clean city hotel in the heart of new York. Just a short walk away from the Times square. Other sights (Empire State Building, Central park, Macy's, rock of the top, circle line.) are within walking distance.
the rooms are clean and good equipped (Safe, tv, hair dryer, free internet access). Unfortunately during our stay at the construction in the lobby, therefor but the breakfast in the 'sky lounge' (33. Floor; fantastic view of NY) offered. There was coffee, bagels, cereal, different jam, fruit juices and fresh fruit, as well as needed to ... break nearly burgers and scrambled eggs from the Mircrowelle.
If you're going to NY a cheap hotel in a good location, is well cared for at the Fairfield inn. read more

The hotel was rather small for New York standards. It has 32. Floors and each floor only 8 rooms. A continental breakfast is offered. On the roof is the sky lounge with a great Blcik of Manhattan. The rooms and lobby were clean. There were mainly Americans in the hotel (but also with Thanksgiving to justify) read more

The hotel is not long so that at the local travel agency as well as the airport shuttle service for Konfussion made. The front desk staff are such things but no matter as our booking was not to find, they didn't want really help farther And after 12 hours flight + airport chaos. During our holiday was anywhere you as unhelpful as here. It wasn't until we solved the problem ourselves, we were able to book a room. In the rooms but there is nothing wrong with this Everything was excellent and on the 24th floor (which was great). Only ... the continental breakfast are a must - skip the for European standards inedable and a hotel of this category, also in the United States, complete disgrace. read more

Hotel is centrally located in very good Mittelklasseniveau, new, attractive, clean. The continental breakfast was more than expected and similar to European standard - recommendable! The air conditioning is quite noisy, you can hardly run at night at this new hotel could you can expect a more modern and central. read more

The hotel has been recently finished (in 2009 ) and is therefore in top form. With 244 rooms on circa 30 floors it was relatively large and has everything you need for a city break. We were very pleased and benefited from central location. The only things that bothered us were the loud AC in the room and the too small Frückstückssaal. Under the hotel guests had there were a lot of families, a few couples and a few business people. Most of the guests were Spanish or english-speaking. read more

Next to the hotel is currently a construction site. (September 09 ) construction noise was as good as no noise heard. The hotel has 32 Stockerke. In the "cheaper" lower floors are 8 rooms each floor. Further up only 4 per floor. At the top of the 33 Floor is built on a suite and is currently unavailable. 3 lifts - gym and ice machine are in the basement. breakfast room in the hiteren part of the hotel (winter garden, but currently because of construction outside with ironing boards as is. Breakfast free and good. Internet was also free. Air ... conditioning in the breakfast room was always on "Frost" operated - but the only thing in this hotel complaints would be. The area is not really "upscale" but it was never terrible. When I booked this hotel with the Juni09 Roosevelt Comparisons, I would not hesitate for a second to go back and stay at the Fairfield Inn. (Even though the price higher would be) The Fairfield Inn is actually a more star rating. read more

Tourist hotel in the 330W40th Street, apparently straight newly built, noisy hotel. De 2 stars, compared to Manhattan but other than that definitely 3 star. 33 Floors and 8 rooms per floor, 3 reasonably fast elevators, hotel right on the Port Authority bus terminal between 8 and 9 avenue. Complimentary continental breakfast. No pool but seemingly small fitness room in the basement, no bar, no restaurant, guests to my travel time mostly US tourists. Wired internet access in your room, free wireless in the lobby. read more
