Really big hotel with 20 floors and accordingly many rooms. The hotel is nice and clean. In the price include free wi-fi and breakfast. The guests are international. read more

    The room is very big and comfortable. I had two double beds, a nice work desk, a flat screen tv, safe, minibar, air conditioning, coffee maker, telephone and a great view from the 20. floor. Also the bathroom was very large and comfortable. Everything very clean.

    There is a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. The quality of the food is very good. For breakfast there is a huge, rich buffet with everything that you could wish for. Lunch can my a lunch menu to take. The prices are elevated, but the quality just.

    The staff is very good and very friendly and courteous. All speak good english. The cleaning of the rooms is very good. I had problems with the internet and the staff gave themselves large trouble me to help. My problem was a it staff of the hotel repaired. Very good, i can only say.

    Next to the hotel the gran torre santiago and a huge shopping center with 6 floors. The neighborhood is good and one evening in the proximity good to eat go (also in the shopping).

A very classy and modern business hotel in Santiago de Chile. Great room, great view from the spa area. Not recommendable is the breakfast. This is a very high price level, quality and extent corresponds however rather to a simple 2a three star hotel, as the Etap. Apart from that, I would stay there again and again stay. read more

A already a bit worn city hotel. All furnishing are however up to date. Internet is free. You can tell by the decor, the hotel already for 16 years business is. You just anytime again improved, it was missing a general renovation. The hotel lies central, next to the hotel is of Latin America tallest office building built and a large shopping center. read more

I stayed two days at this hotel for a business trip. The staff is continuous, from the doorman, to the very friendly and accommodating service. Here the customer is still king. You get a welcome drink and a voucher for a small souvenir from the gift shop. Free Wireless Internet in the room. read more
