The hotel seemed very new, very modern, with much attention to detail. In terms of cleanliness, quality and variety of the food, etc. There was no reason to complain. We felt from the start well looked after. There is amongst others a library and two lounges with open fireplace. Also ample toys is provided. We are sure not always easily satisfied, or always everything great. But we have really nothing noteworthy a, which we would have improved. read more

    We had the family room royal (42-45 square meter ) with a big balcony and space for 2 adults and 4 children in a separate bedroom. Everything was very clean and decorated up to date. In the bathroom is located above the sink (very pleasant is the lower sink for kids) a window with blind to the living room/bedroom. But there is only on both sides somewhat small mirror. The everything looks very pleasant from, is in the shave sometimes perhaps a bit inconvenient, but not really disturbing.

    The breakfast in buffet form has a great variety and offers enough for any taste. Next to the normal coffee there are two machines for a good espresso, or Cappuccino. The dinner is usually in menu form, in addition there is a varied buffet of starters and salad. With the quality and the service we were very very satisfied.

    To complaints it gave for us no reason. But we didn't the impression won, that a legitimate criticism or complaint not seriously would. All of the staff are very accommodating and always willing to help. Both of our sons (3 and 6 years) have in of the child care (14-21 hours), or with the kid felt good. On the day of arrival (saturday) is the service (i believe) actually not at all designate, was but nevertheless offered free of charge, which we positively surprised has. Especially the treasure hunts and malwettbewerb our large son enjoyed it. Our youngest has the service unfortunately only occasionally used, as he some days was sick. Also here have the staff (the directorate, reception and child care to our nice waiter Valentin) touching taken care of. The room was always in perfect condition.

    In the room are towels, slippers and bathrobe provided. To the pool and of the sauna we went through a tunnel. Very nice we found the swim in the heated outdoor pool in the middle of the lake especially with darkness (in view of the beautiful lighting the grounds). Also the sauna is very clean (steam bath, herbal sauna and finnish sauna). The gym we didn't use.

    We wanted here exclusively a couple of days on the kronplatz skiing. In comparison to usual buses, we found the ski train as very pleasant. The train station is in front of the hotel (a maximum of 5 minutes walk). The journey time to percha is 22 minutes. The entrance into the gondola is right on the platform.

A great hotel with outstanding service ( absolute highlight were the Kürbisravioli in Gorgonzolasoße with walnuts)! Our little (2 1/4) on own children's buffet always something delicious found. The employees are extremely child-friendly and the waiters ( especially Bekim and Enzo) beat this even. Swimming pool just great - even for children. Sauna area we didn't use, but the Außenlandschaft Sah great from. Room a nice size, and on the balcony we would have in spite of the two loungers even soccer can play. View lake simply great. Thus with the book ensure that this side gets ( other side ... has otherwise no balcony). The outdoor playground is very nice and varied and the rafting on the hotel's own lake for swimming great fun! Reasonably Priced although it is very 'work', but if you an offer in the low season gotcha, then it is OK (although still not cheap-but cheap if you want to get also not something was offered). read more

A hotel which also for couples outside the vacation period intreressant is, we had three nights at the special price and felt really good there. With the reservation one should remember that there are two types of rooms are. The' normal' (smaller ) room go to the train station side, the better ( larger ) room to the sea side. In the summer is the train service, of course, to hear, but the last train runs at 22:30 o'clock. read more

We were with a travel group on the way and in the falkensteiner hotel for one night accommodated. In general, you can about the hotel only say the best. Negative we noticed the bar staff. This was unmotivated, the service took a long time and drinks wrong (complaint was smooth). However the hotel was fully booked, because at the same time a wedding there was. Perhaps the staff were in the stress. Our room was in the 2nd floor and rather the lower category. The wellness area is with other falkensteiner hotels not comparable. The breakfast- and dinner buffet were ... very appealing and the selection large. Service in the restaurant was very good. read more

We love South Tyrol and now we have a great hotel for a couple of days for relaxing found. The homey atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff inside, the authority has impressed us. Beautiful rooms, wonderful outdoor area, wonderful breakfast buffet, and very, very delicious dinner, the all carried to a wonderful short break. Perfect for a mountain and wellness vacation. Mountains in all degrees of difficulty in next proximity, also beautiful Cities for strolling are in about 70 kilometer distance ( Meran, Bolzano, Brixen)... The breakfast and food was excellent, all employees extremely nice. Because the hotel is very family friendly, may one about the sound of children shrieking and yelling and romping around infants not disturb. Definitely recommendable! read more

We are much on the way, had a lot of hotels and are also very critical. Therefore, we cannot understand, what criticisms some on this hotel letter. I wonder, whether this people the right hotel rate. The staff, especially the at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. One could with all concerns and it was helped immediately. Even if you a disturbance communicates (and honestly, it is not normal, that time a light bulb ausbrennt?), it was fixed. And that one in such a large hotel not can be undisturbed as if one would be alone located within ... a country estate, this is perfectly normal and does not the good image of the hotel. And it is on hand to every guest to a certain room to book, and if you a cheap room bay, not the size and view a suite has, this makes sense to a. I think that the people, the here so bad criticism letter, simply even the fly on the wall or in the forest disturb. We can only say, a really inviting hotel, with very friendly employees, very good food and the children are also in very good hands and will be pampered. Especially the huge games room is great. Especially also the large lakeside terrace good, on the you really relaxation can! Therefore, not be swayed, you will not disappointed! read more

    We have a beautiful family room on the 3rd floor mit seeblick had. The extra children's room with bunk bed is a bit small. But otherwise was our room well equipped ( however without airconditioning)

    The highlight for us were the offered excursions. Cycling and hike to a waterfall with veith -the really the nicest corners of the pustertales knows-was an experience for the whole family. With every question on active vacation it is the right contact person, gladly and competent tips are. The spa complex with a sauna, kräuterkammer and steam room small but sweet. This applies exactly for the indoor/outdoor pool with extra hot tub. In addition there is the lake at the whole complex is, but rather cold and only partially for swimming invites.

The falkensteiner is a good, clean and very balanced hotel it is just something for everyone offered. Gourmets, children, sports-minded people and also wellness enthusiast all of their costs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you for example rather athletic are interested you can to fitness instructor Veit go, the a then immediately for example mountain bike tour recommends and the directions with returns. Otherwise he cares itself also well about the children and with you soccer play and so on the food is also very tasty sometimes there was a bar-B-queue of my personal highlight in the ... area food was. The hotel lies great for excursions. The complex is always super clean and in good condition. We'have for 9 years here and are thrilled time after time. The staff has little changed and is always very accommodating. All wishes were implemented immediately. read more

    The chef is brilliant and the figures on the Waage after our vacation also. But the food was worth. We were thrilled the bar-B-queue on the terrace and the büfettabend on saturday. Also the service at the table was always immaculate.

    The sport program is great and sufficient. The entertainment really any trouble and who participate wants, can always. Our kids wanted to unfortunately not in the kids club, but was boring nevertheless a foreign word. Chairs were always sufficiently available.

    The proximity to Bruneck is second to none. Where you can really nice stroll and on demand shop. Everything for the daily use receives one also in the nearby kiens. Our kids were thrilled by the quality of the nearby issinger pond.

Very nice, outdated, hotel with great service in all aspects. No matter wether restaurant, front desk, bar: the staff were very polite, helpful and lots of other child-friendly. Beautiful garden area with a large playground, beautiful terrace. We had a family room the lakeside, friendly and beautiful, with a big balcony, we noticed, that the hotel already somewhat older is. At the entrance directly very small children's room with bunk bed. Ok., however without possibility the ventilation, except the dining and bar areas were lacking. Beautiful bath. Pool nicely arranged, but that was to rainy days very crowded. Outdoor swimming ... pool in the lake. Sauna, fitness, wellness, children's playroom available. Fitnessangebot were sufficiently available, we didn't use. In the morning varied buffet. Dinner was exceptionally good. With different buffet and à la carte. Excellent. There were separate kinderesszimmer and (if the kids that wanted). Location: in a small town with a small supermarket ( tucked away). Many excursions nearby, less however within walking distance. It is a good, especially for the price families suitable hotel. There is very good food, a beautiful wellness area for relaxing. The fitness instructor Veit good care the children with free time activities like for instance soccer play. But it offers also a very balanced fitness program for adults like for instance ' Belly legs po' or a bike ride. The front desk is also very friendly and is one with questions.
