In this hotel category of course with drawbacks count, not tolerable is however, that at the time from the 2.10 up to and including 6 October the coffee for breakfast between cold and warm was offered, the Baguette for breakfast basically from the day before, the toaster only 2 of 7 days was available. For the many Russians in the hotel like the buffet to evening sufficiently have been, I had but, as many other also passed and better restaurants in the area busy. read more

This hotel was the worst we have ever experienced. For breakfast, lunch and in the evening it always had the same food. Without love cooked and served. Guests were mainly from Russia, Germany and Poland there. Of cleanliness in this hotel probably still none heard. The bar guys were except for a few exceptions rude. read more

    The pool is very small and the water slide is only working a few hours. Beach chairs were available but no umbrellas. The beach was very clean however chairs and covers you had to pay there.

    The hotel is near from the beach, you need only a street cross and already is one at the sea. Unfortunately, you had to be there for the loungers money, even though the beach section is to the hotel heared.

This is probably the last! Cleanliness directly nothing! Food is terrible always the same and cold and totally unpleasant prepared! The one in the south with the sternbewertung drawbacks is clear but the you on hygiene must that is unacceptable \u263a lifts face not at all, dumps everywhere around, because here everywhere smoke despite smoke-free zones, dishes and tables dirty, the waiters unclean clothes but the apron by the cook is the crowning, probably since last year still not been washed! Currently we are still here and we look forward tomorrow again at home to be! It is a great ... shame for families the all year save, its vacation and then unknowingly here \u263a so positive I am here nothing at all reports except the joy never again come to have. read more

After reading the reviews i was worried about staying at this hotel but when we got there i was pleasantly surprised staff were great hotel was clean only downfall was sometimes the food was not nice but then again some food was lovely although we missed most breakfasts the scrambled egg was nice mohammed the director was the most nicest man and very helpful as was the owner sorry i forget your name overall our holiday was filled with laughter and fun only 1 of the staff was not very friendly and i think he knows who he is so ... lighten up lad a smile wont hurt you hahahaha would go back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is worried about staying here go see for yourselves and enjoy maybe stay b and b and take your own drinks that would be a good idea. read more

went for 2weeks which was a bit to long but overall had a good holiday, there was not enough umbrellas to go around the pool area, hotel manager was really helpfull as were staff. beach and the sea could of been cleaner.nappies in sea along with other things. read more

The hotel is the absolute disaster! The entrance area was already very much unloading, all inclusive-bar and front desk in an area. Hardly any of the suitcases there already pushy tourenverkäufer! Worse than burs! Elevators, at the number of 3. Functional only one and this with caution! Slamming approximately 30 years old, only with very much effort to open! Many locals the complex, pool and bar with (the from the street be clean-let)! Animation leaves much to be desired! Are not picky, but so what we have never experienced something like that! With the exchange of money we were in ... the back asked. Without any receipt! Nothing can positive reports! read more

    Pubic hair, hair, dirt and so on lay on the floor! Mold in the bathroom! Balcony not usable! No safety deposit box in the room! Door lock was also an adventure... Again on the bathroom... Shower holder and towel rack were only glued with screw attached... Stop also ageing...

    A catastrophe... So what we have never seen! The lighting was so bad, probably only the we do not see what we eat! It was nothing refilled, the salad looked in such a way as if it would be from the day before... Tables were not cleared off. It looked as if a wild mob there gehausst... It was shocking! Let alone whose of which the food off the containers side, again thrown in is (from waiters)! Drinks if during the dinner from were... You had the also not more! Not to mention the one first times always line up had to, as well as the glasses never were full...

    Russians are preferred... Even if you ordered! Waiter flirt with the young girls with deep section! The first impression was first good, but after closer look at a catastrophe... All hairs and dirt on the floor, bathroom moldy, as well as hardly water pressure from the shower! Thanks to our tour operator to 2 days in a five-star hotel transfer... Our vacation was saved! It is to be mentioned that our tour operator very friendly and accommodating was...! ( FTI)

    Hotel is located right on the main street, very loud and very good traffic! To the beach ( back from the hotel) you have a very busy street cross. Chairs and sunscreens only for a fee! After the cleaning lady every morning tip got was our room also cleaned, the pool was very dirty, air conditioning canceled, drinks all PI warm, ripped off we were greeted by a man us a piratenfahrt with all inclusive catering on the ship Hannibal sold it was unfortunately nothing included. The complaint he of course not understood (at once he spoke no German anymore :-) ) Some of the food not enjoyable. read more

Karawan is a stadtnahes (therefore also a older) hotel. If you like we have no vierzehntageablauf only' beach-hotel-beach' loves is here at the correct place. Only few minutes on foot the medina (or taxi for 2 Dinar), to the harbor with its pirate ships was and to the train stations for instance to Tunis or monastir-mahdia allow varied holiday (fare sousse-mahdia and back about 160 bahnkilometer -cost 2,50 Euro-where there is the still). During our stay was the owner himself daily times in the public areas of the hotel active. This was certainly on the betreuungsniveau of the guests ... including and cleanliness a positive influence. On justified's defects was their disposal without delay initiated. The not too large pool made a clean impression. The constant wasserumlauf is optically seen on a good quality of the water close. It is recommendable, the state of the rooms and baths and the service of the staff in these areas more under control increase! In short to us. If I prefer a city three star hotel book I can't 5-star comfort. For this hotel true in our opinion the value for money. read more

The only thing, that at this vacation nice was, was the weather and the few nice German tourist you made! The food was okay, but carelessly displayed! The dining room was so dirty. There the words are missing to me. Drinks? Water with chlorine and the' juices'. Just chemistry and sugar. In and around the hotel just trash, as far as the eye can see! Of the odor not to mention! I am not picky, but this really was the worst, which I had ever Tunisia seen! ( was already 4 times there) But I am now healed! Never more ... never again Tunisia and karawan already not at all times more. Sad the Alltours, Bucher and as not all hot, this hotel in the program have! read more

Again book I the hotel not, the food was everyday the same sometimes disgusting food anything you could't eat. The guests beat almost for the food get, you were way geschubst to other faster the food %BLANK%. The rooms were rarely cleaned, they were so dirty that you have not dared to sleep there. Beach there is only for a fee, circa 4 Euro per person. Not recommendable. read more

To beach vacation to make one must not to Tunisia flies. The sea and the sand was fine, the sun wonderful, however the area - terrible! If you are 1 or 2 streets further from the hotel leaves everything was full dirt, debris, stench etc. And the area is yes the same-no matter what hotel one booked 5 ode three stars. Never again and also other we will advise you not to go there. read more

The first room, we accommodated, was very unclean, everywhere there was hair, pubic hair, nails and dirt under the bed around. The worst was however the bathroom: the toilet leaked, so that before a massive Puddle of water was. Sink and shower were very dirty, the shower curtain was disgusting, the toilet brush, you got from the carefully herpes, bathroom, as well as air conditioning meadows mold on. The 2. room, uS available represented, could only by view of the sea points and was furthermore not reasonable: dirt, mold and broken toilet. The food was OK, if it wasn't lukewarm ... served would be. The glasses, plates and cutlery were shattered respectively dirty. Drinks were mostly empty. The excellent central location in Sousse was our only Ray of hope. Thanks to excellent travel guide ( Bucher-travel) we moved a day later, without extra charge to pay, the hotel ( Hotel Houda Golf & beach resort), with the we our vacation enjoy could. read more

At the pool bar there were unfortunately no tea or coffee. But noisy statements of the manager be amended. Good starting point for their own activities. Everywhere very friendly hard-working staff, tried the best of circumstances to make! Don't forget, it is a somewhat older three star hotel ( not 5-star luxury expect!) very good location the city of Sousse to nevertheless the beach directly opposite the hotel to have, both for walks on the beach, as well as for Stadteroberer good. Tunisia is quite again worth a trip and the country and the people are on the revenue from tourism. read more

You just have to cross the main street. the hotel has definitely already better days, but when it was clean and all a little more effort would give, would probably really pleasant.     Size was OK, the furniture was poor, no mini bar, microwave, TV with poor reception. Telephone front desk or other rooms not available. Extremely dirty and in my bed found it get bed bugs. Having regard to repeated A request was then treated with insecticide and everything changed. I was on the whole body is grim. Balcony on the sea side really beautiful. rooms to the street side( opposite side by the sea) not recommendable nonetheless. The whole night blare and much noise, Alarm and so on

    There were very few guests in the hotel. Nevertheless you could have been a little more effort. The food was lukewarm up until cold, and monotonous. Hardly enjoyable and little choice. There was the whole week the same half coudlnt apples and oranges and the same cake for dessert. Salad was available, but no salad sauce. In the case half board is not even a table water locked. cereal, muesli, milk it was not. we ate mostly outside and got only for the really small Hunger in the evening in the restaurant.

    very slow, very 'carte mourning'. The few waiters were rather a chat with the chef, instead of making crepes. The children always had to wait very long. Tables had to set will, room extremely dirty, cleaned wasn't, only beds made...

    entertainment and pools outside was not available, respectively to cold in order to outside to swim. the indoor pool was nice heated, but the plates and the beach chairs were very dirty. the children liked it, we were also practically alone there. At the Sunday the pool is full, then a whole school Ramadan the hotel and the pool were reserved for several hours. towels there are no extra, that means, you have the towels from the room take-away.

Food and drinks only evenings from a scant buffet, lunch, although inclusive buffet paid, only ungefragtes /without choice possibility served menu, consisting of salad, soup, main course, sometimes to the dessert fruit. Atmosphere bad, cold dark rooms, first pulse: oh... Here is closed! So dark, I attempted was, a candle to ask. Everything was a bit better, with music and more light, when I solid the soups the altours reported. Selection very limited, more necessary, instead of balanced or typical of the country.

On demand according to the catalog: aerobics, water aerobics, during the day entertainment, evenings show and dancing. Original animation head :'in the winter is hardly anyone here, only retirees, not worth it, if you want, come in the summer again!' I have but noisy purchase contract with alltours pays! no response, except in the summer are we doing all this. Unfortunately there is in the winter catalog from alltours expressly in it?!
