It was the 4. visit in a row in the hotel Pajara Beach. General you had the impression, that is not some no more so, as it once was. It was for example this year piano bar closed. Among other things. Therefore often queue to the other bars. Moreover, the entertainment in the evening very deteriorated. As soothes only the beautiful pool and grounds, but unfortunately not in the evening.     Chairs and sunscreens were this year in better condition as in previous years. Very regrettable and extremely annoying was the morning reservation to the numerous beach chairs, although this through the hotel services is prohibited. On one day i could at 8:45 o'clock difficult 2 free chairs find! From the reserved chairs were at this time at best 5% occupied. In my opinion, an impossible condition, what for me amongst others a reason is, next year again.

    Somewhat remote located. After last year the bus from the hotel to la pared union was, there is now no bus more within Costa Calma. To the bus stop direction Jandia you have a good quarter of an hour walk. Unfortunately no variation in the immediate area.

355 rooms, of which only a part of occupied (in february) Everywhere and always everything was clean, but in many places were signs of wear and tear to see. Food and drink (only) on all-inclusive, Spa and spa (including massage) as usual for a fee. Guest structure: very lots of young families with 2-3 small children and more than half of the guests in the retirement age. All guests come mostly from Germany. Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland), Scandinavia, Spain amongst others however, taken together the majority. You have to highlight the friendliness and commitment of the staff. We had never ... had in a hotel on the Canary Islands so pleasant and competent receptionist the front desk experienced, at all other -waiters, bartender, cleaning maids, massage-lady etc. - was the warm-friendly efforts to the welfare of each guest remarkable and extremely pleasant. read more

    A very hard mattress. A very hard and much too small, so that unreasonable pillows. All in all okay. But usage everywhere. 4:3-crt televisions ARD, ZDF, satellite. 1, RTL, ProSieben, all programs in moderate quality. The tiny 'safe' costs outrageous 2,50 Euro per day. Wireless internet in the room you can have, is however for normal-earning people hardly pay. In the bar on the 3. floor is wifi free of charge. With a bit of luck with the room allocation it creates this signal to the Room. I don't understand, why the management of the hotel the infrastructure creates, that in every room there was a strong signal is applied, but with a feeble fantasiepreis ensure, that nobody this offer uses.

    The all-inclusive supply left in variety and quantity no wishes open. However, the judgment mixed from. Mostly was the food hardly seasoned, there was too few alternation. If it meat, it was not always, but mostly tough.     Again: never and nowhere on the Canary Islands we have a dedicated and friendly staff experienced. There was german native speakers in the restaurant, at the bars and at the front desk, but german was understood-at least as a part of your tasks-actually all.

    A gym is a k. o.-criterion for my booking. In the brochure, with '180 square meter trim' advertised and with equipment for kardiotraining and muscle building. This advertisement is legally hardly can attack, but it is misleading. The endurance training there is a treadmill, the has individual character, that at some point-in the middle of running suddenly turns off, thus stay standing. In spite of the related danger there is no marking. There is also a cross trainer, although a lagerschaden has, but with its use for a hell noise and with every step for a loud metallic attack. But the is at least usable. The devices quadriceps and hamstrings are not usable, because the steel to the weights intersected are. Only the wire rope equipment for arm strength training are modern and functional. The management are the shortcomings been known for a long time. The advertising in the hotel brochure is therefore unfair! Bad i found, that the travel chief of Alltours me at my complaint just abwimmelte : 'here are mostly older guests, the put on a fitness room no value' (what is not true).

    Fuerteventura for the rest of my life no destination, i am sure. In Costa Calma nothing is going on, really nothing. Nowhere, the everywhere advertised 'shopping center' in the 'capital', 60 kilometer away, i aftershave can buy. We had for 7 days a rental car booked, with which we only noticed, that after endless straßenkilometern the next boring place, in between desert relaxation. Tourist life there obviously only in the ports completely in the south (jablo morro) and in the north.

The year's holiday was once again very relaxing in this hotel with its unique flair. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately i have to say my last visit in november 2012 have to say, that staff was diminished. This is for the bars and the restaurant no good prospect! read more

The hotel is located outside of. Costa Calma. Unfortunately is also a bus stop only in good 15 minutes to get to, the public transport could really have made more attractive. The location directly on the atlantic ocean is wonderful. At the hotel same is the beach rocky. You can but easy access to the beach, either over the promenade, or at the water front on the rocks. However, one should carry bath shoes forward. The hotel is otherwise highly recommended. Clean, good food, friendly service. Which is not so completely folds correctly, is that clearing of the tables. But ... it seems not only here a lösbares to be a problem. The fitness studio is a bit of getting used to, what the number of the equipment was concerned, is in such a large hotel too few what was offered. By the pool unfortunately the loungers also early occupied, despite prohibition, but that seems a common problem, one should not be upset about it, is anyway not. Apart from that, the hotel is further recommendable, in february we had a peaceful time. read more

We stayed at the Pajara Beach a relaxing and great vacation experience. The staff are friendly, Accommodating and helpful. The food is okay and always tasty. Around the ideal beach to reach, is a short walk neccessary. This is however in the hotel description Specified. The pool area is terrific, as well as all outdoor areas are maintained and totally clean. Altogether the hotel makes a very positive impression. For a tip, as it shortcoming reputation, that also people from England, France, Sweden and Poland in the Pajara Beach have a vacation. Lead you like we conversation and you will ... see, that it too many to nice, refined people. read more

The hotel offers first a relatively friendly front desk. After arrival in the early morning we could before of the room already once go out for breakfast. Many corners offer considerable need, once thoroughly cleaned to be. There is the possibility the free internet in the lobby, but it was unprotected and completely without a password accessible. Data protection is here questionable! In the hotel were very lots of pensioners, some families with small children or young people, as well as couples and a few singles. The majority of of the guests it came Germany, russian, english, french and spanish ... guests were represented. read more

    The room allocation and policy this hotel is a catastrophe. Different you can't say! You will have a look here at holiday check will only room with a view of the sea offered. When we booked we had the choice between a 'service' and a room with a view of the sea. We decided in spite of the additional fee for the clearly more expensive room with a view of the sea. Full vorfreude on the vacation arrived, we had to - as expected - first still waiting, that the room ready was. Not a problem. We were then spontaneously after the breakfast a different room offered, the already finished (our 'original' was just painted-one may imagine how it in a frischgestrichenen room the first time smells good, that we the other one were offered). On demand, whether this as booked with a view of the sea is we got a ' no ' as an answer. The scoop : the hotel was fully booked, even if you booked sea view, we could not get. They would but offer in a sister hotel in tarajalejo to move, there we had a room with seaview. We wanted us first a room in the Pajara Beach an impression. Divided we are to the front desk returned, where we were told, that a change is not possible... Well, so we took the room we now get offered had, but no sea view. (it turned out, that the 'real' room right next door, so no sea view) The lady at the reception promised us, that we are to have a list with travellers, the a room with seaview booked, at this time, but none of them could have. If a move was possible, we would notice. That should be about middle of the ten-day holiday done. To 4 days we asked, whether we have a written confirmation from the hotel get may, that our room contrary to the reservation no ocean view. Then we were told, that we do not (!) On the list with travellers, with a room change advertised would have. For the confirmation we should ask the rep asap. We were now to 4 of 10 days included on the list. Now we are again in Germany and still have no information, that we now the room exchange may... A great information. Nice, that the hotel more ' expensive ' room with a view of the sea and sold, as are available. So makes you profit?! The furniture was ok, a bit shabby. In the hotel there was still tube tv?! In the Pajara Beach! Mini fridge was free of charge present, safe against 2,50 Euro per day. Bathroom was big enough. One wall (head of the bed and corner to the bathroom) were wet places to see, where appropriate, mold, but with the blue, with a kind of wischtechnik painted wall difficult to recognize. (our suspicions: the next room was not aesthetic reasons painted, but from 'practical' painted over...) The rooms were cleaned daily. A point to give is actually because of the insolence way too many. Less but unfortunately not.

    There was a main restaurant, as well as a pool bar. In addition there was still two bars on different times open. The quantity of the food was sufficient. At the quality was apparently instead saved. Everything tasted the same, everything seemed unseasoned. Variety could be better. If you in 10 days twice each the same lunch and dinner has, is the slow boring. Normally, i am satisfied when it in a universe inclusive hotel at least edible noodles and chips. The noodles were generally so soft that you could not chew had, the chips-if there was any-were cold, often stale and sometimes inside still not completely. The quality of meat was not good, often very fettdurchzogen, stringy or the opposite: dry! Spanish specialities there were maybe once, tapas, Paella etc. There could have been more frequently can give, but there were two sushi and other asian 'specialities'. As a guest you could often watch, as the food from large plastickbeuteln just of deep frying geschmissen or the finished bechamelsoße as' fettklumpen' already and whilst there was only in the container to liquefy filled had. There passes one the appetite. If you have a clean glass or a clean plates has, had you were lucky, they should already say everything. The worst was, when i on the final day a cup for breakfast had, a hole in the floor had. This is something the setting to be noticed!     The waiters at the bars were always very concerned, often on itself alone, but took a while to some visitors your orders were given. Generally is' self-service 'or at least' pick-up '. Rarely can be a waiter a order. The waiters could the necessary german or english the right drinks in the right number of money. In the restaurant the ladies and gentlemen, who cleared away the tables, seemed partly overstrained but tried mostly 'good manners to harm game' to preserve. It was noticeable, that older guests much more often served as a young (drinks)-clear, the more tips. In the final analysis, but every guest the same treatment deserved! At the front desk the employees were hard working, almost all spoke german, but could the mistakes of the hotel services not clean (see rooms). Whilst dealing with complaints were sometimes then also somewhat unfriendly, promises were not kept! All in all for us it was not a sufficient service.

    The pools were ok. At the beginning of were the loungers always occupied. If you are not already before breakfast somewhat reserved, had to watch, where he lay-, although explicitly pointed out, that the reservation is forbidden. Well, 'we' german will probably never change. Soon i also attach in the subway a towel on the seat... It would be still place for further couches, either were no longer available in the hotel or they were in the summer 'restrained'. The loungers seemed very old, rickety and unstable. I had no problems, but if you want a little larger and/or is more difficult, you have to just muscular his, had in fear in the next moment zusammenzukrachen. The screws were often more than enough. Entertainment was unobtrusive and friendly. We used not. Because of the bad condition of the chairs and the insufficient availability is a good rating here not possible.     The hotel lies at the end of the Costa Calma towards the Jandia. To the beach it lasts about 2-3 minutes, up to the beach where a lot of kite surfers were underway there is ebb about 10-20 minutes, depending on speed. Disability is it nearly impossible good to a beach section to come, as the distance often climbing or walking on dirt for requires. The next 'shopping center' could be reached in a few minutes, however, there was as good as nothing. Night life and restaurants one finds also rather less, the latter is however because of the many all-inclusive hotels not surprising. The former one may with a visit to the costa 'calma' don't expect. The bus stop is a good walk. Here you have a lot of luck. When the buses i know only the driver, and if no seat is more free, it drives through. There is apparently nobody is possible. Good is the location not. We were informed in advance sufficiently and knew therefore answer. Still not thrilling.

The hotel is quite large with many floors and. The condition is actually alright. But there are some ausbesserungswürdige paths, steps and stolperfallen. The hotel is only for all inclusive-guests. The guest structure is clearly on 60 years and mostly german nationality. The hotel advertises discounts for pensioners and long term, seems some to use. We have learned from many discussions, that some here up to 2 months remain. read more

    The size of the room is sufficient, as well as balcony and bathroom. The tv was old and the screen cracked, many dead mosquitoes. The wardrobe has too few shelves and hangers for 2 people.

    There were different bars with different opening times. Restaurant: The food was okay, the enthusiastic reviews here we cannot understand. Cucumbers and tomatoes and fruit tasted musty, the coffee for breakfast that caused me to teetrinkerin up. The drinks-stations smelled disgusting and many glasses were dirty. The stations with the freshly prepared food we mostly use. Bars: Drinkable was beer, wine and water. ☺ were unedible the longdrinks with too much alcohol and the cocktails with zero alcohol and wässerigem taste.

    The ladies the front desk seemed rather distant to unfriendly. Also with the waiters by the pool or restaurant there were different freundlichkeitsstufen... :-) The entertainment team was very friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was rather poor, we only all 2 days our room cleaners, but always got broken towels, also the bed linen always had flaws: stains or holes. There were extremely many mückenleichen blood on the walls and tiles. Could already longer time kill can, they were not fresh. Swept also nothing special thorough.

    The entertainment team was very nice, the programme such as for example 20 minutes water aerobics it was too much on the older audience. It has not demanded. We know water aerobics from other hotels different ☺ The large (nice) pool was unfortunately not heated and with 17 degrees really too cold to swim in. There were only very few times guests for a few moments it. The winzpool was heated, but it was for swimming and relaxing not convenient. Some regular guests reported, that the other years of large heated pool was. The hotel as spa hotel to mark we feel as large joke. Firstly, we have had only 1 time per week free entry the so-called spa and 2. it would be money from 10 €entrance not worth it. Of 3 saunas was broken, in the steam room, there was no hose to hosed down the tiles, there were extremely many tiles loose. The ice is empty, the cooling pool was lukewarm, a shower broken and the whole combined with the charm of an old ddr swimming pool.

    The journey with a rental car to the airport takes around 45 to 60 minutes. The location is very quiet and tranquil, beautiful beaches in walking distance.

For 6 years reviewed in january in this hotel vacation spend. For 3 years on falling level. No star hotel more. Check in, check out: staff unmotivated and uninterested on the welfare of the guests.     Rooms are spacious circa 35 square meter enough for 2+1 babykinderbett. A few minor cosmetic measures may be implemented, otherwise however everything alright the bathroom is big enough, bathtub with shower partition and also always hot water available.     There is two restaurants, a main restaurant for all meals in buffet form and a kleinesà -la-carte-restaurant with a view of the sea during limited hours for a fee(we didn't use, as not in the all inclusive) there are several bars, the pool bar offer a variety of snacks. The quality and variety at all meals was very, from and to missing sometimes spice, but otherwise nothing to complain about on the contrary we have definitely some more kilogrammes spirits, because us the food tasted good. There is the possibility also on of the terrace food, everything not a problem. For babies/toddlers are sufficiently high chairs available.

    All staff were friendly and spoke german, some also english (usually at the pool bar and in the bars) and praise you can the cleaning ladies it was thoroughly cleaned (every day) and the beds well presented. Towels were regularly exchanged. The child care is super, mini-club and entertainment! Very varied and pleasant (sport, water aerobics, archery, etc.).

    The entertainment is perfect! There were different offers where for young and old something going on. Every evening there was a mini-disco and a colorful evening entertainment, as well as live music. There are several pools, all are very nice and maintained, heated children's swimming pool and relaxing pool.     The hotel is located a little outside of Costa Calma, everything important as shopping center or in the supermarket is however well on foot with the walk or by taxi. The next public bus stop is approximately 15 minutes away. There buses either to Jandia or Porto rosario, prices were ok. The distance to the airport is ok, about 1 hour with the bus. Next to the hotel there are two other hotels in the h 10 group. The beach is rather small and rocky (steep coast) and to the main beach one must run.

Nice, large area. As my predecessors have written, the hotel is already ageing and should have been renovated. New furniture should also ago. We were from 05-01-2013 until 09-02-2013 to 4 time in pajara hotel and to have us always felt good. We have this hotel because of the 4.5 stars and the promise of exclusive approach (great spa, unforgettable experience evenings, moonlight barbecue etc.) And were disappointed. There is a spa (1 time per week free entrance), this is but only a steam room, a small sauna, a swimming pool and three showers, which in itself is ok, but is not unusual. Which in my opinion not at all for a 4.5 star hotel is, that there were no towels and dressing gowns, this you had to bring your own. A moonlight barbecue during the 9 days, we ... were there, not. The food was very good. Evening was a drink often self-service or one had the waiters at its table call, so that it actually is. But this was probably, as in previous reviews mentioned, to the lack of staff. Otherwise worked the waiters in the restaurant very friendly and hard-working. Which noticed, was the frequent recovery of the food on the next day and there was every week again and again the same food. Here should be more variation. The beverages, were only those edible, the already finished the bottle arrived (beer, sparkling wine, wine). The only exception formed sangria, this was really delicious. The cocktails were just bad. Once we had the Pajara Beach ordered cocktails, which tasted totally to toothpaste and once the Caipirinha, this had neither visual, still tasted a bit with real Caipirinha together. Since then, we have no cocktails more volitional. The rooms and the balconies were in comparison to previous 4 star hotel, in which we were, small. The mini-fridge with 2 small bottles of water replenished, after consumption, were not any longer filled up (only in the royal suites, it was done). One had the water, for example if you after 23 o'clock still thirsty, even buy. A further criticism is, that the rooms quite badly soundproofed, we have at 7 o'clock in the television of the neighbors, which on vacation really did not have to be. Also cause the chairs on the balcony when moving very loud and unpleasant noises, that means you can hear quite good, if someone late evening or at night on his balcony is. The only thing which about this hotel really its worth 4,5 stars is, is the beautiful grounds and the fantastic view of the ocean, we really every day enjoyed. Overall the hotel is for us good 3, perhaps worth 3,5 stars, but for the promise of 4.5 stars the package for us as a disappointment to. We will the hotel not again book. read more

Very nice and for fkk friends ideally located hotel, unfortunately with unübersehbarem maintenance deficit. Almost all upholstered seating and partly also bed mattresses were saggy and worn. Staff overstrained, good service only works with enough tip, there was even a table with the 'gala dinner' on new year's eve, which according to reception (we asked before a table) is not possible. We had the impression, that you prior to a reasonable service with quite erkannbaren benefits for example with serving a drink with the staff 'erkaufen' and not afterwards with tips rewarded. Safe in the room costs extra ( 2,5 Euro per day) which we in a hotel this price category still never experienced. The same goes for the internet access in the room ( at ... the bar on the 3. floor free). Our room was only on the 3. day ( after complaint) tidy-was inadvertently forget! The difference except for the made the bed (which was ok. ) Was only, that in the bathroom the mirror by above sweep smeared was. The bathroom itself was optically nice material furnished, but in a hand-crafted very bad quality running. The edelstahlhandlauf the 'long' railing was through along with around the pipe colored bodenwischmopp'cleaned'. Glasses in the restaurant to 50% not clean. Leftovers from lipstick and residues from the orange juice are usual. The note from the hotel, that the chairs by the pool not reserved and that the staff ordered, the towels to remove, without consequences ignioriert. For dinner should the guests in 'appropriate' clothes the restaurant visit. At the entrance you through 2 staff welcome. In the restaurant one sat still next to guests in shorts, axelshirt and flip-flops. We will this hotel definitely no 2 time in book and leave it the guests the feel well here and 1/4 hour for open of the restaurant itself on the doorstep gather around the 'best' tables or at 7 o'clock the loungers reserve. read more

Very beautiful hotel! The only negative experience was the treatment, the my partner at the front desk received, as they criticized, that the safe are not more open leave. The man at the reception was first not believe, a safe have, then challenged it on their german language skills (is to believe?) And was rude.
